Abstract

The research was motivated by the growing business of serving food, especially in the form of cafes in the city of Semarang that influence the buying decisions of consumers buying interest again. Buying interest again indicate a high level of customer satisfaction in making a purchase and consumption. Based on sales data in 2011 and early 2012 show that sales have fluctuated Kopi Miring. Therefore, we find two variables that influence consumer buying interest over the attributes of the product and reference communities that are used in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the attributes of the product and the reference community influence over consumer buying interest Kopi Miring. Population used in this study is the Kopi Miring consumers who make purchases of three or more times. Samples in this study as many as 96 respondents using simple random sampling method which happens to be in the Kopi Miring. Analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. These results indicate that all the independent variables together in a positive effect on re-buying interest and positive influence on an individual basis against buying interest again. Thus, product attributes and reference the community has a positive and significant impact on consumer buying interest again in Kopi Miring Semarang indicate variables which influence the value of 42.5%.

Abstract

Feminism leadership style in a female leader can affect on employee performance. Motivation and commitment of employee can directly affect of high low employees’ performance. The aim of this research is exmine and analysis of existence feminism leadership style on employees’ performance, the influence job motivation on employees’ performance and the influence organizational commitment on employee performance.The research population was the employee of PT Leo Agung Raya thet number 194 employee, then 66 employee were chosen as the sample of the research by using Simple Random Sampling methode. The methode of data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing technique used was test validity, reliability, classical assumption test, T test, F test and coefficient determination testBased on the result of this research, the researcher concludes that the feminism leadership style positively and significantly affect the employees’ performance. The job motivation positively and significantly affect the employees’ performance and the the organizational commitment positevly and significantly affect the employees’ performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the green marketing, brand awareness, and attitude on purchase intention bottled water brand Ades. Data were collected in this study through questionnaire method against 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, sampling technique based on criteria such as knowing brand Ades and live in the city of Semarang. The method of analysis used the analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that the content of the green marketing, brand awareness, and attitude have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. Through the F test can be see that the variable independent has a significant jointly on purchase intention. Figures adjusted R square of 0,255 indicates that 25,5 percent the variations of purchase intention can be explained by attitude variable used in the regression equation. While the rest of 74,5 percent is explained by another variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, and non physical work environment to organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as intervening variable. The strict competition between companies nowadays evokes some effects to the employees, one of them is job stress. High job stress level can decrease their organizational commitment that leads to the declining of organizational citizenship behavior which affected directly by organizational commitment. This study was done on spinning department at PT. Daya Manunggal in Salatiga. The sample used 100 respondents using simple random sampling method. Likert scale is used to measure the questionnaire. The data analysed using SPSS ver. 20. Sobel test used to test the mediation effect. The results from the analysis show that job stress affects significantly negative to organizational citizenship behavior, and non-physical work environment affects significantly positive to organizational citizenship behavior. Another result of this study also shows that organizational commitment is a strong antecedent towards organizational citizenship behavior and is an excellent between job stress and non-physical work environment towards organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is examining the role of government auditing in Indonesia’s corruption control initiatives. The dependent variable is corruption and the independent variables are irregularities and rectivication effort. This study uses population data all provinces in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data, the prosecutor annual reports in 2012 and 2011, IHPS BPK RI (I 2013, II 2012, II 2011) and the Statistical Yearbook of Indonesia 2013. Statistical tools used in this study is multiple linear regression. Statistical hypothesis testing on irregularities per capita concluded that the findings proved significant and negative effect on corruption. Also, rectivication effort per capita proved significant and positive effect on corruption.

Abstract

Intenese competition has made Ades bottled  water which is the Integration which has been acquired by PT. Coca Cola Amatil has precentage decreasing of Top Brand Index (TBI) for three  years and always be in the last rank  for the Top Four of bottled water in Indonesia. Top Brand Index (TBI) has three main indicators, namely Commitment Share, Mind Share and Market Share.The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variables Promotion, Product Design, and Reference Group can increase the percentage of TBI. Variable Promotion, Product Design, and the Reference Group as an independent variable; Brand image as an intervening variable; and Purchase Decision as the dependent variable.The population used in this research is the consumer of bottled water Ades. This research method using a non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method. Used as a sample 157 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire which is then processed and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through AMOS program.The results showed that all three of independently variable has a positive influence on brand image; and Brand have a positive influence on the buying decision. Of the three independent variables influence the Reference Group has the greatest impact on brand image, and then followed by the promotion and the smallest is the Product Design.

Abstract

This Research aimed to see if Merger and Acquisition has an Impact to Financial Performance and Abnormal Return of Companies has listed on Indonesian Stock Exchanged (IDX). Financial Performance is measured by some ratios : Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Abnormal Retun(AR) and Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR).Population of this research include of companies which conducted Merger and Acquitision activity in the period 2011 and listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and announce merger and acquisition in the period 2011,and data analyzed by non statistic parametric. To answer the hypotesis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Manova.Analysis of the data used wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Manova. Empirical Test of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test show that there are parcial significantion on CR,TATO,DER,ROI and EPS before and after merger and acquisition but for Manova there are no significant for all that ratios. Abnormal Return and Cummulative Abnormal Return show that there are no difference of ratio before and after merger and acquisition.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the role of Javanese leadership in the Java company, which was owned by the leader and employee. The purpose of this research was to know the understanding and view of the owner of the company to Javanese leadership. Starts from identifying leader and employee perception on the practice leadership based on the values in the Javanese culture. Javanese culture which was the root of the Java society, had a big part in the character building of the leader in Indonesia. The practice leadership based on the value in th Javanese culture become an integral part in the Javanese leadership practice in company. This study uses qualitative methods in which data collection was the role of Javanese leadership. The sample in this study were workers have work experience of minimal 10 years at CV Batik Indah Rara Djonggrang Yogyakarta. Results obtained from this study states that of the five elements of Javanese cultue that is gotong royong, rukun, bisa rumangsa, sepi ing pamrih rame ing gawe, aja dumeh already reflects the role of Javanese culture in the CV Batik Indah Rara Djonggrang Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze cause of sales decline in Subasuka Paradise Restaurant and find solutions to customer complaints. This study is to analyze the impact of service quality, customer value, and experiential marketing over repurchase decision through customer satisfaction in Subasuka Paradise Restaurant Kupang.The research was conducted to Subasuka Paradise Restaurant’s customers who did transaction with Subasuka Paradise Restaurant for more than twice. The total of sample used in this research is 120 respondents with questionnaire as the collecting data method and non probability sampling as sampling method used with purposive sampling technique. The research used Structucal Equation Modelling as analyze technique which is estimated with SEM AMOS 22.0 program.The result stated that customer value have the strongest and the most significant effect on customer satisfaction, followed by expreriential marketing, while servi didn’t have a direct and indirect impact over repurchase decision through customer satisfaction. While service quality has the weakest effect and doesn’t significantly affect the customer satisfaction to affect repurchase decision. Customer satisfaction factor is the main factor which is able to influence the buyer to do repurchase, so that the higher one customer’s satisfaction rate the higher the decision to do repurchase to the product and service

Abstract

Radio is a medium that has a range of selective solid segment and able to answer the need to ensure that communication can spur a change masyarakat.Radio has some powers because it can reach a large number of target audience at the same time, quickly deliver the message so that it can provide the most current information and easy to understand, it also provides a form of entertainment that radio.This study aims to identify and analyze the effect on the Listener Loyalty Radio Geronimo Semarang.Variabel company is bound by an intervening variable Listener Loyalty Brand Awareness. the independent variable is the perception of quality of broadcasting and rerunning Format. The samples were 400 young people in the City Semarang.Data used is primary data obtained through kuesioner.Alat analysis used multiple linear regression.The study concluded that radio listeners can earn loyalty backed by a factor of a positive perception of the broadcast quality of the Listener Loyalty and pulled positively to the broadcast format Listener Loyalty. It is also supported by a positive factor for Brand Awareness Listener Loyalty.
