Abstract

Distribution is one of the most important things to increase customer satisfaction. However, distribution is often a problem for companies. The wider the marketing area owned by the company, the more complex the problems that arise in the distribution schedule. PT DBM's Purwokerto branch also faced a similar situation, where distribution activities were not well coordinated, resulting in lost sales, accumulation of goods in each warehouse and swelling storage costs. Therefore, an appropriate method is needed to schedule distribution activities to each warehouse, so as to reduce distribution costs. The method used in this research is Distribution Requirement Planning. This method is effective for reducing distribution costs. The results showed that by using the Distribution Requirement Planning method, distribution costs were lower than the company's distribution method. Distribution costs using the company distribution method amounted to Rp. 1,371,391, while distribution costs using the Distribution Requirements Planning method amounted to Rp. 1,040,501, resulting in a cost reduction of 24.13%.

Abstract

Penggunaan jaringan client server merupakan suatu sistem jaringan komputer yang memanfaatkan sebuah server. Untuk mengendalikan penggunaan oleh komputer client yang diinginkan atau yang berada dalam satu jaringan. Metode penelitian berdasarkan model pengembangan sistem Waterfall 4 fase. Tahap analisis, Tahap perancangan, Tahap pengkodingan, dan Tahap pengujian. Akses terhadap komputer yang berada dalam satu jaringan dapat berupa pengaksesan terhadap file ataupun aplikasi. Termasuk pula pengaksesan dalam spesifikasi komputer yang sedang diakses. Akses terhadap spesifikasi komputer dalam satu jaringan bisa melalui pengontrolan atau pengendalian host-host dengan menggunakan aplikasi remote monitoring atau remote control komputer. Dengan adanya Perancangan aplikasi remote desktop berabasis client server diharapkan penggunaan komputer sesuai dengan fungsi dari tujuan komputer yang diinginkan oleh organisasi atau sistem

Abstract

PT Kayu Lapis Indonesia is a leading company with more than four decades of experience in the field of sustainable forest management with an integrated timber industry that already apply information systems management. Existing information systems developed by IT departments that exist in the company. Currently the company has a system of information that has been developed by internal parties for the operation of corporate transactions, such as for logistic and finance needs. But there has been no support system for the other divisions. Such a system capable of providing information related to forest management such as land clearing, seeding, harvesting, and mapping of forests managed by the company. One problem that often arises in the field that such a report for monitoring the level of production, the number of trees that have been felled in the day, diameter, volume, and others associated with production activities to be slower due to the manual recording. So we can say that the use of IS / IT within the company is not optimal. According Manuputty and Wijaaya (2013) that the use of the IS / IT strategic planning needed to be optimal information systems. It is therefore necessary to make a planning strategy for the use of information systems / IT becomes more optimal to support or improve the performance of the company

Abstract

Postur tubuh pekerja tidak ergonomis sehingga menyebabkan potensi gangguan musculoskeletal pada pekerja dapat terjadinya kecelakaan kerja akibat postur tubuh yang tidak baik dan benar atau tidak sesuai. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis postur tubuh pekerja di lantai produksi di UKM Riau Jaya Paving dengan analisa Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) sehingga dapat dilakukan usulan perbaikan sistem kerja yang ergonomis dengan mengubah cara bekerja pekerja memperbaiki posisi saat melakukan proses produksi. Untuk dapat mengetahui gangguan musculoskeletal pada postur tubuh maka digunakan suatu metode yaitu metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Adalah suatu metode yang dikembangakan secara cepat dan mudah dalam meneliti postur tubuh secara keseluruhan, dengan memberikan level atau nilai resiko pada muskoloskeletal. Penelitian ini sebatas memberikan usulan perbaikan sitem kerja yang ergomonomis kepada objek penliltian.

Abstract

In the industrial world, determining the amount of raw material inventory is an important issue, because raw material inventory has a direct effect on the course of production. Errors in determining inventory can paralyze all production activities, because raw materials are the initial materials or media in the production process. If the raw material inventory is too large compared to the company's needs, it will add to the burden on maintenance and storage costs in the warehouse, as well as the possibility of depreciation and a decrease in the quality of raw materials, so this will greatly affect the cost of raw material inventory. And vice versa, if the inventory is too small it will result in a bottleneck in production. Based on the description above, the researcher conducted research at a workshop company in X city. The object of the study was to calculate the cost of procuring AWS welding wire raw materials at the company using the EOQ method. The results showed that the raw material requirement for AWS welding wire in period 9 could be known economically, namely = 77.9817 kg for AWS welding wire. Purchase frequency for AWS welding wire 11 times. The total cost of TIC supplies in period 9 for AWS welding wire = IDR 7,800.00/Kg. To determine the number of orders and the right time to order is when inventory is at point 34.30099 Kg with a reorder amount of 77.9817 kg for AWS welding wire.

Abstract

Sampah sudah menjadi masalah klasik dari dulu hingga sekarang yang cenderung semakin parah dari tahun ke tahun. Hal ini sejalan dengan terus bertambahnya jumlah penduduk sehingga berbanding lurus dengan volume sampah yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas manusia. Sampah yang dihasilkan didominasi oleh sampah organik sebanyak 60-70 % dan sisanya sampah non organik 30-40%. Sebagian dari sampah non organik yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas masyarakat banyak dibuang di sembarangan dan terbawa oleh aliran sungai. Hal ini berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya penyumbatan aliran air, merusak ekosistem air dan berujung terjadinya banjir. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk menangani permasalahan sampah disepanjang aliran sungai, namun belum maksimal. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kesulitan mengumpulkan dan mengangkat sampah yang berada ditengah atau dipinggiran sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat suatu alat yang dapat membantu dalam upaya membersihkan sampah di aliran sungai. Alat dirancang dengan menggunakan conveyor dengan bantuan motor sebagai penggerak sehingga sampah organik dan sampah non organik yang mengapung di sungai dapat terangkat dengan sendirinya. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan perangkap sampah yang dipasang disepanjang lebar sungai yang berfungsi untuk menahan sampah yang terbawa oleh arus. Sampah yang terkumpul dibawa ke area conveyor lalu ditarik keatas dan sampah akan masuk kedalam tempat pembuangannya. Penentuan dimensi pada perancangan alat ini menggunakan pendekatan antropometri karena pengoperasiaannya masih melibatkan manusia sebagai operatornya. Abstract

One of the purposes of implementing the enterprise architecture is to create an alignment between business and information technology for organizational needs, the application of enterprise architecture is inseparable from how does an organization plan and designs the enterprise architecture. In designing enterprise architecture a complete and easy methodology is required. Enterprise Architecture Planning or often abbreviated as EAP is a method used to build information architecture. EAP is a method of data quality planning approach that is oriented to business needs and how the implementation of the architecture is carried out in such a way as to support the business cycle and the achievement of the contents of information systems and organizations.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi menjadi semakin penting bagi pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan publik melalui teknologi informasi adalah melalui website pemerintah daerah. Namun, masih ada beberapa website pemerintah daerah yang belum memenuhi standar kualitas yang baik dalam hal informasi yang disajikan dan kemudahan akses pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website pemerintah daerah di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) menggunakan metode Web Qual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Metode ini telah digunakan dalam beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan website pemerintah cukup puas untuk 81% dari semua indikator, sedangkan harapan pengguna dengan hasil analisis kesesuaian sebesar 80% dan rata-rata hasil kesenjangan -0.81. Rekomendasi perbaikan dapat diberikan terutama pada atribut IQ3 (Menyediakan informasi yang up to date) dan atribut SIQ3 (Rasa aman dalam menyampaikan data pribadi) pada kuadran I untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui website

Abstract

Warkop is a place that is easy to find in almost all areas, from traditional coffee shops to modern coffee shops like Starbucks. The habit of drinking coffee and spending time in coffee shops while enjoying the various facilities available seems to have become a lifestyle for people from all walks of life. Warkop Pak de located in Tembilah City Jl. Banyan Stadium venue. This Warkop Pak De provides a variety of food and drink menus, besides that Warkop Pak De is a place to gather either with friends or even workers and play track, play games, chat, talk about all kinds of things, and so on. This warkop pack is located on Jl. Banyan Stadium still uses manual work methods. So that the service system at Warkop Pak De is still experiencing problems, namely when the buyer has decided on the menu he wants to order, the buyer has to wait a long time for the arrival of the waiter to record orders or take a written order list which often occurs when there are many customers, double orders or redundancies, out of order. orders from customers due to the accumulation of order notes which often occurs when there are many customers and when ordering a lot of them sometimes experience food delivery errors at the table. Based on these problems, to overcome the errors that exist in Pak De Warkop, it is necessary to develop a web-based application to facilitate the work process on Pak De Warkop, especially in ordering and service. With the existence of a web-based application, it is possible to make mistakes that often occur in the Warkop Pak de. So that manual work that is prone to errors and is less efficient can be reduced by the "Design of a Web-Based Service Information System at Warkop Pak De". The results of the design of the ordering system at the web-based warkoppak de can make menu orders using a web-based application at each table and customers can access web-based applications so that they can attract customers to visit the warkoppak de. For business owners, it can improve the operation of a computerized ordering system and for customers it can simplify the process of ordering food with the web, as well as provide a new experience for customers for the services they get.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu indikator evaluasi kinerja perusahaan terkait tanggung jawab dan tugas yang diberikan. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan konstruksi yang memiliki satu fabrication workshop tempat proses pembuatan pipe concrete support dan pembuatan pipe spool untuk dibawa ke lokasi kerja. Pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pekerja yang bekerja di fabrication workshop mengakibatkan pekerja harus lembur demi menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung beban kerja fisik maupun mental pekerja area fabrication workshop PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cardiovascular load dengan cara mengukur denyut nadi pekerja dan metode defence research agency workload scale (DRAWS) untuk menghitung beban kerja mental dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner DRAWS kepada para pekerja. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa beban kerja fisik dan mental tertinggi terjadi pada pekerja pembuatan pipe spool. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi evaluasi bagi perusahaan dan penelitian lanjutan dalam mengembangkan metode evaluasi beban kerja yang lebih baik di lingkungan kerja.
