Abstract

This study examines the effect of implementing good governance, accounting information systems, and internal control systems on the performance of Yahokimo district government agencies. testing was carried out on a sample of 97 respondents. The sample method used is purposive sampling. data collection is done by direct survey. Hypothesis testing was tested empirically using moderated regression. The results showed that the implementation of Good Governance had a significant positive effect on the Performance of the Yahokimo Regency Government Agencies, the Accounting Information System had a significant positive effect on the Performance of the Yahokimo Regency Government Agencies, the Internal Control System had a significant positive effect on the Performance of the Yahokimo Regency Government Agencies and the influence of the Implementation of Good Governance, Information Systems Accounting and Internal Control Systems simultaneously affect the Performance of Government Agencies of Yahokimo Regency.

Abstract

This research entiled the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PDAM Dobo city. Based on problems related to customer satisfaction in this case related to the quality of service that has not been optimal. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, dan emphaty on user satisfaction of PDAM kota Dobo. The population oh this research are all customers of PDAM Dobo City with a total sample of 76 respondents. The data collection method is the questionnaire method. The validity unit uses total correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha. The classical assumption test includes the normality test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, test t and test F. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Tangibles on customer Satisfaction at PDAM City of Dobo (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Responsiveness on Customer Satisfaction in PDAM City of Dobo (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Reliability on Customer Satisfaction in PDAM City of Dobo (4) There is a positive and significant influence of Assurance on Customer Satisfaction at PDAM City of Dobo (5) There is a positive and significant influence of Emphaty on Customer Satisfaction at PDAM city of Dobo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the complexity of pilot law and encourage the authorities to monitor the urgency of pilot law in Indonesia and the country's economic development even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Start-up companies are companies that have just entered or are still under development or research to continue to find markets and develop their products. In the competitive nature of a fast-paced industry, it is important to identify the problems companies face in order to improve business performance by finding root causes and finding effective solutions. One of the problems in start up companies is the regulation that governs the company's activities. The lack of special regulations for business start-ups hampers the sustainability of companies and other impacts of business start-ups. Start ups in Indonesia have indeed shown significant growth. On the other hand, start ups in Indonesia face challenges that often lead to start up failure. One of the reasons for this failure is that start ups are in a vortex of legal complexities that do not match the characteristics of the start up itself, thus requiring a more appropriate and flexible legal structure

Abstract

One of the strategies that can be used in creating qualified human resources in terms of performance, ethics, or abilities and skills is the application of Talent Management. In this context, companies can run training on Talent training. This research is intended to conduct a study on "Improvement of Hotel Employee Performance in Ambon City Based on Talent Management Case Studies at the Golden Palace Hotel." It is suspected that training has a positive impact on employee performance. ) is 14,171 while at a = 5% and df = 33 the t table value is = 1.504. Because t_count > t_table, it is partially proven that employee training variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Golden Palace Hotel, Ambon City. Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of effectiveness and contribution of local taxes and regional levies to Ambon city's own-source revenue (PAD). The analysis model used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis used is an effectiveness analysis to determine the level of effectiveness of applying regional tax contributions and regional levies in the city of Ambon from 2017 to 2021 for the last five years. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness of regional levies, the contribution of local revenue is less than 100. point level. On the other hand, the contribution of local taxes and surcharges to local own-source revenues has increased over the last five years based on local revenues, but their effectiveness has decreased. The calculated contribution to effectiveness in 2017 is 0.22% and the contribution for 2018 is 0.23%. On the other hand, down 0.19% in 2019. 0.19% in 2020. Up 0.22% in 2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of transformational leadership and work motivation on the performance of city management and engineering employees at PT. Ciputra International Citraland Bay View City Ambon. This type of research is explanatory research with a population of all employees of PT. Ciputra International Citraland Bay View City Ambon. Withdrawal of samples using cluster sampling technique, namely only employees of the city management section and engineering section with the final sample size of 78 respondents. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership and work motivation proved to have a positive and significant impact on the performance of city management and engineering employees at PT. Ciputra International Citraland Bay View City Ambon.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees of internet service provider in Ambon City. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population in the study is all employees of an internet service provider in Ambon City. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique with a final sample of 34 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaire instruments that utilized the google form. The analytical tool used to answer the objectives of this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results prove that; leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Another result is that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of internet service provider in Ambon City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand trust, brand love, and brand emotional attachment on brand loyalty. Respondents in this study are customers who own and use OPPO brand Smartphones in Ambon City. This research uses multiple regression analyses and validity and reliability tests to test research instruments. The results showed that the three hypotheses proposed were accepted, which means that brand trust, brand love, and emotional brand attachment affect brand loyalty.

Abstract

The number of the sandwich generation in Indonesia increased by 33.82% in 2021 compared to 2020. The latest figures also show the looming burden on Millennials to care for their parents. The sandwich generation continues to grow until financial responsibility is no longer limited to parents and biological children, but also to generations above and below who are still family. This is the background to this research which aims to analyze and determine the factors that influence investment decisions among the sandwich generation in Jakarta with an age range of 20 to 31 years. This research uses primary data and data collection methods using questionnaires distributed online. Questionnaire data was collected using Google Form by getting 200 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of financial literacy on investment decisions. Meanwhile, financial literacy on fear of missing out shows an negative affect and significant. Meanwhile, fear of missing out on investment decisions does not have a significant affect.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze community-based tourism development at Pantai Kuako, Maluku. It seeks to enhance community engagement, identify local potentials, promote cultural richness, and increase environmental awareness. Additionally, it aims to boost tourist visits, local income, and community participation in tourism development programs. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to comprehend individuals' experiences in community-based tourism development at Pantai Kuako. Data are gathered from both secondary and primary sources, including government policy documents and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving 20 skilled informants. Data analysis follows Miles and Huberman's (2014) approach, involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The analysis findings emphasize the significance of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) in fostering sustainable and inclusive tourism development. CBT strengthens the local economy, empowers communities, preserves culture, and promotes environmental responsibility. At Pantai Kuako, tourism development progresses through initial, intermediate, and advanced stages, with tailored strategies for each stage.
