Abstract

Memprogram mesin CNC dasar merupakan salah satu standar kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa teknik pemesinan SMK.Pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan berpedoman pada perangkat pembelajaran yang layak dan baik.Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran, kelayakan penggunaan program CutViewer sebagai media, keterlaksanaan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa, respon siswa, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa.Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D model, yaitu define, design,develop, dan disseminate. Perangkat yang dikem-bangkan divalidasi para pakar pendidikan dan diujicoba pada subjek ujicoba siswa teknik pemesinan SMKN 2 Tarakan. Desainuji coba pada penelitian ini menggunakan one grouppretest and posstest design.Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif.Hasil analisis penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dapat deskripsikan bahwa: 1)perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran,lembar kegiatan siswa,dan lembar penilaian dinyatakan valid dan hasil uji coba ada pada kategori baik; 2) program CutViewer sebagai media pembelajaran dinyatakan valid; 3) rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran terlaksana dengan rata-rata baik; 4) aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran sangat aktif; 5) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran kategori positif dan; 6) ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa tercapai baik individu maupun klasikal. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan pada pembelajaranmemprogram mesin CNC dasar di teknik pemesinan SMK.Kata-kata kunci: Pengembangan perangkat, memprogram mesin CNC,CutViewer, teknik pemesinan SMK.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is based on the lack of information technology which is used at SMKN 2 Tarakan, especially the use of virtual computer and video. Therefore, the learning set which adapt those technology and appropriate learning model are needed. This research develops a learning set which use virtual computer and video in the direct learning of Network Operating System Installation Subject at SMKN 2 Tarakan. This research aims to find out the quality and the effectiveness of learning set which are developed.There are four steps which are conducted. They are preliminary study, design, validation and revision, and empirical test and revision. Those step are adapted from R & D research designed by Borg and Gall. It is also adapted from 4D instructional model by Thiagarajan. The data collecting techniques used are observation, interview, documentation, review, validation, test, and non-test. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis.The first result of the research is the quality of the learning set gets the average score 3.78. This is based on the logic scoring from the experts. The criterion of the learning set is excellent or very valuable. This scoring used the valid and reliable instruments. The score of the validity is 3.85. The criterion is excellent and its reliability coefficient is 0.92. Its criterion is almost perfect aggrement. The second result is the effectiveness of the learning set through empirical test. The learning runners score is 3.90. Its criterion is excellent. the student competencies achievement score is 3.55. Its criterion is excellent. The average score of both are 3.73 which has excellent as the criteria. Therefore, the conclusion of the research is that the learning set is very effective. The result of data analysis shows that: (1) the learning set has a very good quality because it has been validated using the logic scoring by the experts with valid and reliable instruments and (2) the use of learning set is very effective.Keywords: Learning Set, Virtual Computer, Video, Direct Learning.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menguji perbedaan hasil belajar pengoperasian perangkat lunak lembar sebar antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan e-learning moodle dan yang dibelajarkan menggunakan LKS; 2) menguji perbedaan hasil belajar pengoperasian perangkat lunak lembar sebar antara siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar rendah, dan motivasi belajar tinggi; dan 3) menguji pengaruh interaksi antara penggunaan media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pengoperasian perangkat lunak lembar sebar.Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain faktorial 2 X 2 yaitu membandingkan dua kelompok, terdiri dari pembelajaran menggunakan media e-learning moodle dan media LKS dengan membedakan motivasi belajar siswa tinggi atau rendah. Kedua kelompok diberi pretes dan postest. Data diperoleh dari angket dan tes. Untuk pengolahan data menggunakan Anava dua jalur dengan SPSS. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan teknik Anava pada uji hipotesis pertama diperoleh Fhitung = 7,923 dengan signifikansi 0,007. Pada uji hipotesis kedua diperoleh Fhitung untuk motivasi adalah 108,142 dengan signifikansi 0,000. dan pada uji hipotesis ke tiga diperoleh Fhitung = 8,369 dengan signifikansi 0,005. Dan dapat disimpulkan: 1) Penggunaan media e-learning moodle terbukti menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan penggunaan media LKS; 2) Siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar tinggi hasil belajarnya lebih baik dari pada siswa yang bermotivasi belajar rendah; dan 3) Interaksi penggunaan media e-learning moodle pada siswa bermotivasi tinggi memberikan hasil belajar yang terbaik dibandingkan dengan interaksi antara media pembelajaran dengan faktor motivasi lainnya.Kata Kunci: E-learning Moodle, LKS, Motivasi, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstrak Curriculum used and developed by Vocational High School should already be relevant to the need of business or industry world (DU/DI). The purposes of this research are 1) To know the conformity level of curriculum according to the need of DU/DI at the productive training education technique of hair beauty; 2) To describe the demand of DU/DI to students of hair beauty; 3) To describe curriculum implementation of productive training education technique of hair beauty; 4) To describe the demand of the students of hair beauty to technology development in hair beauty business. The research was performed at SMKN 3 Malang, SMKN 6 Surabaya and SMKN 8 Surabaya. This research uses research design with mixed method descriptive quantitative and qualitative to answer the above questions. Quantitative data analysis uses percentage, while qualitative data analysis uses triangulation data resources. The result of this research shows that (1) Curriculum conformity level according to the need of DU/DI in hair aspect at productive training education subject at SMK in Malang and Surabaya are : curriculum of SMKN 3 Malang with code A = 47,84%, curriculum of SMKN 6 Surabaya with code B = 49,84% and curriculum of SMKN 8 Surabaya with code C = 52,17%; (2) The demand of DU/DI for skill competence of hair beauty subject amount 14 competences; (3) The implementation of curriculum of productive training education lesson of hair beauty subject at each vocational high school in Malang and Surabaya involving the same curriculum document among the three vocational schools come from SKNI, for there devolepment are not the same because they are conformed with each school?s needs, KTSP of each schools are mostly added by local materials, SKL are the same, Silabus are different, conformed with local condition, from RPP have all been done, just only the division of learning hours should be more compacted at grade 1 and 2; (4) For technology developments, the student are demanded to study more, to practice more related with unfit competence that DU/DI demands, that is haircut and hair curling. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kelayakan modul, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan modul, respon siswa, dan ketuntasan belajar siswa setelah menggunakan modul menyiapkan stock, soup dan sauce dengan model pembelajaran langsung yang dikembangkan dengan rancangan Four D model dari Thiagarajan (1974). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas XI tata boga SMK Negeri 2 Tuban.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dan observasi. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan indeks kesepakatan untuk menguji kelayakan/kevalidan modul. Reliabilitas data dianalisis menggunakan Intraclass Correlation Coeffision intra reter dan antar reter. Analisis butir soal menggunakan alpha Crounbach, dengan program SPSS 17.0 dan invire 4.00 windows 7. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: 1) Modul menyiapkan stock, soup dan sauce dengan model pembelajaran langsung layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran karena semua indikator modul, yaitu RPP dengan skor 4.73 berarti sangat valid, LKS dengan skor 4,8 sangat valid, format modul memperoleh skor 4.55 sangat valid, bahasa dengan skor 4.34, materi dengan skor 4.9 sangat valid, daya tarik memperoleh skor 4.33 dan konsistensi modul memperoleh skor 4.45 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Tingkat reliabilitas menujukan skor 0.98 untuk RPP, LKS dan format modul yang berarti memiliki reliabitas sangat tinggi. Materi modul memperlihatkan skor 0.84, daya tarik 0.97 dan bahasa 0.75 yang kesemuanya dalam kategori reliabiltas sangat tinggi. 2) Pembelajaran dengan modul menyiapkan stock, soup dan sauce dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena siswa menunjukan keaktifan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, aktif berdiskusi dan mempresentasikan, aktif mengajukan pertanyaan, mengerjakan tugas sesuai petunjuk, merangkum, dan perhatian yang sangat baik.3) Respon siswa sangat baik, terbukti tanggapan yang diberikan siswa pada saat menggunakan modul dengan model pembelajaran langsung serta perangkat lainnya menunjukan sikap sangat senang. Siswa mampu memberikan umpan balik dan menunjukan antusias yang tinggi. 4) Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul menyiapkan stock, soup dan sauce menunjukan ketuntasan belajar yang baik karena siswa secara keseluruhan dapat mencapai ketuntasan dengan taraf ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 95 %. Abstract

Abstract This research was aimed to know the influence of learning outcome of students using direct learning model and the learning outcome of students using cooperative learning model ? Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type - on IF logic function. The method used in this research was quasi experiment with Non-equivalent control group design model. The research was held at XI-IA1 class ( using direct learning model) and XI-IA6 (using cooperative learning model type STAD). Choosing the two researched classes was based on random sampling technique. The research design used two way ? anova. The instrument used was an objective test ( 7 items) which its validity and reliability had been tested. According to the data analysis, we knew that: (1) There was a different of the learning outcome between the students taught using direct learning model and the ones taught using cooperative learning model ? type STAD. This conclusion was based on the result of the hypothesis testing to the two classes - post test score namely; thit 3.983 > ttabel 1.69 or (Fhit) 76.190 > 0.073 (sig.), at significant ? 0.05. (2) There was no different of the learning outcome between the students who had high achieving motivation and the ones had low one. This conclusion was shown by the result of the hypothesis testing, thit 0.259 < ttable 1.69 or (Fhit) 0.026 < 0.899 (sig.), at significant ? 0.05. (3) There was a correlation between a learning model and students? achieving motivation. This conclusion was proved by the result of the probability testing Fhit 0.129 < Ftable 0.169, or Fhit 0.129 < 0.720(sig.) at significant ? 0.05. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop learning tool Engine tune up Toyota referring to problem based instruction based on authentic, which was applied in class X Mechanical Light Vehicle 2nd semester in SMK N Kare, Madiun.This study was conducted into five steps, they were analysis, planning, design, development and implementation based on model of the development cycle by Fenrich (1997). The data resultswere obtained as follows: validation of achievement test consist of LP1, LP2, and LP3. The score of correlation probability r (analysis) bigger than r (table).So it can be concluded the results were valid; The implementation of lesson plan with an average score of 4.6 as good category; students? activities in learning activities have reliability 94,33%; In analysing questions, there were easy and difficult category of questions. The cognitive?s achievement in pretest was 0%, while in posttest was 100%; Psychomotoric?s achievement shows that the average score of students RPP 1 (91,1), RPP 2 (91,2), RPP 3(91). All of the students have mastered the outcome learning.; the average score of students? behavioral in affective?s achievement at test 1 were honest (4,2), care (4,5), and responsibility (4,4) with good category, students?social skills at test 1 were asked (4,6), contribute ideas (4,5), being a good listener (4,3), communication (4,4) and cooperation (4,0) with good category; students 'response to students' books, worksheets, learning media with value 4,07 was goodcategory.Based on the analysis of data analysis, it can be concluded that the development of the learning tool engine tune up Toyota referring to Problem based instruction Based onAuthentic can be effective, but it still need adjustment based on the situation and condition of the school.Key Words: Problem based instruction, Authentic, mastery learning.

Abstract

AbstractThe purposes of this study was to determine: 1) the feasibility of modules developed for supporting problem-based learning , 2 ) the activities of teachers and students in teaching and learning activities using hand care and nail make up (manicure) module which is a problem-based learning , 3 ) the differences in creativity between students who use the module in a problem-based learning module and students who do not , 4 ) the differences in learning outcomes between student between students who use the module in a problem-based learning module and students who do not , 5 ) students' response to the application of the learning modules in the hands care and manicures material.The type of this research is the development followed by experimental research. The instruments will be used : 1) validation sheet , 2) activity questionnaire of students and teachers, 3) students questionnaire responses, 4) learning management observation sheet, 5) student?s creativity test, 6) final test. This research is the development research of R&D models developed by Sugiyono, and the goal is the modules development for 10th grader vocational students in the 1st Semester, and target trials were students of skin care in SMKN 1 Batu and SMKN 2 Boyolangu, Tulungagung.Based on the analysis and research it can be concluded that: 1) learning management using module obtain the average 3 observers rating of 3.96 with the percentage in SMK Negeri 1 Batu is 93.33% and in SMK Negeri 2 Boyolangu is 92.5% so it can be categorized as good, 2) the activity that students often do is making creation reached 35.0 % to 50.0% while the activity that is rarely done by students is an activity that is not relevant as much as 0%, 3) in the experimental class completeness of individual experiments reached 81.68 % with a 21.280-t-test and class control reached 72.57% with a 9.469-t-test, 4) creativity student test data , there are 2 students from 60 students who get the highest score that is 16 and the lowest 1 students get 9, and 5) it can be concluded that the modules used in teaching students gives highly positive responses (98%). Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to study the effect of the use of computer simulation as a teaching media toward student?s learning achievement in vocational school. The focuses of the study are on the cognitive and psychomotor domains of the students in industrial electronics program and their responses toward the use of computer simulation as a teaching aid.The research was conducted under quasi experimental design with non equivalent control group pretest-postest model. The data on students? responses were analyzed using descriptive qualitative technique while the students? learning achievement scores were analyzed using quantitative techniques.The hypothesis of this research was tested using SPSS version 20 to get t-test score. The result of this research is in form of t-test score and its significance after being compared to the t table.The final score of student achievement from this calculation of the t-score is 11.673 with the sig value of 0.000. As the sig value is below 0.05 or 5%, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the score of learning achievement of the students who used computer simulation and those who use textbook. The analysis of students? responses toward the use of computer simulation as a teaching media indicates that computer simulation is a new media for the students and that this media is interesting for the students with the number of responses of 100 %.Keywords: Learning Media, Computer Simulation, Student Learning Achievement

Abstract

Pendidikan diselenggarakan untuk menyiapkan peserta didik menjadi pribadi-pribadi anggota masyarakat yang mandiri. Pribadi yang mandiri adalah pribadi yang secara mandiri mampu berpikir, menemukan dan menciptakan sesuatu yang baru, melihat permasalahan serta menemukan cara pemecahan baru yang bernalar dan lebih dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Guru dianggap menjadi orang yang berperan penting dalam mewujudkan manusia yang mandiri. Oleh karena itu guru banyak mendapat sorotan bahkan kritikan tentang bagaimana caranya mengajar yang mungkin hanya terlalu menekankan pada penguasaan sejumlah informasi atau konsep saja. Informasi atau konsep yang diterima oleh siswa dapat saja kurang bermanfaat bahkan tidak bermanfaat sama sekali jika hal tersebut hanya dikomunikasikan oleh guru melalui satu arah. Informasi atau konsep merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting, namun bukan terletak pada konsep itu sendiri, tetapi terletak pada bagaimana konsep itu dipahami oleh siswa. Pentingnya pemahaman konsep dalam proses belajar mengajar sangat mempengaruhi sikap, keputusan, dan cara-cara memecahkan masalah sehingga terjadi belajar yang bermakna.
