Abstract

Objective: This study analyzes and examines the effect of work-life balance, organizational support, and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT Quanta Sinergi Indonesia. Method: An explanatory quantitative approach with an associative design was used. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to all 56 employees of PT Quanta Sinergi Indonesia using a total sampling technique, and analyzed with SmartPLS version 3.0 through outer model testing, inner model testing (R-square, F-square, and path coefficient), and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. Results: Work-life balance, organizational support, and self-efficacy each have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, and the three variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Novelty: This study is the first to simultaneously examine work-life balance, organizational support, and self-efficacy on employee performance within the specific context of a legal service firm, an organizational setting not previously combined in prior research.

Abstract

Objective: The growing urgency of environmental sustainability has challenged conventional marketing paradigms, including green marketing, which is often criticized for its instrumental and profit-driven orientation. Simultaneously, Islamic marketing offers a value-based framework grounded in ethical and spiritual principles but remains underexplored in addressing ecological concerns. This study aims to develop an integrative conceptual framework that bridges Islamic marketing and green marketing through the lens of maqashid shariah. Method: Using a structured literature review and critical synthesis approach, this study identifies a theoretical gap between sustainability-driven marketing and faith-based ethical systems. Results: The findings reveal that while green marketing emphasizes environmental responsibility, it lacks a transcendent moral foundation. Conversely, Islamic marketing provides a holistic ethical system but has not been fully operationalized in environmental contexts. Novelty: This study proposes a maqashid shariah-based framework that integrates ecological sustainability into Islamic marketing by aligning environmental protection with the preservation of life (nafs), lineage (nasl), and wealth (mal). The framework introduces the concept of Islamic Green Marketing (IGM) as a value-driven and sustainability-oriented paradigm. The study contributes to the literature by offering a novel theoretical integration and provides managerial implications for halal industries and Islamic social finance institutions in advancing sustainable practices.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and digital financial record-keeping on the financial resilience of culinary MSMEs in Sidoarjo, with intellectual capital as a mediating variable. This research is motivated by the importance of MSMEs’ ability to maintain business financial stability amid changing economic conditions and the development of digital technology. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 30 culinary MSME owners in Sidoarjo. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that financial literacy and digital financial record-keeping do not have a direct significant effect on the financial resilience of MSMEs. However, both variables have a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital, and intellectual capital significantly affects the financial resilience of MSMEs. In addition, intellectual capital is proven to fully mediate the effect of financial literacy and digital financial record-keeping on the financial resilience of MSMEs. Therefore, the financial resilience of MSMEs is more influenced by the ability of business actors to manage knowledge, work systems, and intellectual resources.

Abstract

Objective: This study is motivated by the inconsistency between positive market sentiment regarding agritech technology collaboration and the declining movement of stock prices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Current Ratio (CR) on stock prices of agritech sector companies. Method: This research employs a quantitative method using panel data regression analysis. The data used are secondary data obtained from agritech companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2025 period, selected through a purposive sampling technique. The analysis was conducted using EViews 12 with the Random Effect Model (REM). Results: The results indicate that ROA and DAR have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while CR has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence stock prices. Novelty: These findings suggest that investors tend to prioritize profitability and financing strategies over liquidity in making investment decisions. Therefore, not all financial ratios are equally responded to by the market in determining stock prices in the agritech sector.

Abstract

Objective: This article analyses the specific features of the economic development of the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, focusing on interregional disparities, growth factors, and cluster dynamics. The background of the study stems from the global trend toward industrial clusters and spatial economic transformation. The research aims to evaluate the current economic performance, industrial concentration, and regional disparities across the administrative territories of Uzbekistan. Method: Methodologically, the study utilizes a complex approach integrating A. Weber’s industrial location theory, F. Perroux’s growth poles concept, and new economic geography models, alongside clustering, dynamic comparison, and analytical methods applied to regional statistical data (GRP, per capita indicators, and investment flows). Results: The key findings reveal that regional growth is unevenly distributed, with resource-based regions and metropolitan areas like Navoi and Tashkent City exhibiting the highest GDP per capita and investment inflows, whereas agrarian-reliant regions demonstrate slower industrial expansion. Novelty: The conclusions emphasize that while overall macroeconomic growth remains positive, future policy interventions must target balanced regional development, infrastructure enhancement, and the active deployment of cluster mechanisms to reduce disparities.
