Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce, accounting information systems, and business capital on entrepreneurial interest, focusing on how these factors contribute to decision-making and business development. Method: A quantitative approach is applied to examine the relationships among variables influencing entrepreneurial intentions, emphasizing the role of technology, information systems, and financial resources in fostering entrepreneurship. Results: The findings indicate that e-commerce significantly enhances entrepreneurial interest by simplifying business transactions and expanding market access. Accounting information systems provide relevant, reliable, and easily understood financial information that supports strategic decision-making, while sufficient business capital strengthens entrepreneurs’ ability to initiate and sustain ventures. Limited access to capital, however, remains a key barrier that often discourages potential entrepreneurs from pursuing business opportunities. Novelty: This study integrates technological, informational, and financial perspectives to explain entrepreneurial interest, offering new insights into how digital commerce and accounting systems jointly stimulate entrepreneurship in the modern economic landscape.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the legal mechanisms governing copyright ownership of songs produced by artificial intelligence (AI) applications such as Suno, Soundful, and AIVA within the Indonesian legal framework. Method: Employing a normative juridical approach, the research examines relevant legal provisions under Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, supported by doctrinal interpretation and analysis of technological developments in creative production. Results: The findings indicate that AI cannot be recognized as a legal subject or copyright holder under current Indonesian law. Copyright and economic rights are granted exclusively to humans who contribute significant creative input. Furthermore, if AI-generated voices imitate the vocals of deceased singers, permission from rights holders or heirs is required, and the use remains subject to royalty regulations. Novelty: This study provides a timely legal perspective on the intersection of AI and intellectual property rights, emphasizing the urgency for adaptive reforms in Indonesian copyright law to address emerging challenges in AI-generated creative works.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the influence of digital marketing, gamification, and brand image on Generation Z consumer loyalty in the Shopee e-commerce platform in Indonesia. As digital natives, Gen-Z consumers prefer interactive, creative, and technology-driven shopping experiences. Method: Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through an online Likert-scale questionnaire from 100–150 respondents selected via simple random sampling. The Slovin formula was applied to determine sample size. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), including tests of validity, reliability, R², f², and bootstrapping.  Results:  Results show that digital marketing, gamification, and brand image together explain 84.6% of the variance in Gen-Z loyalty. Gamification and brand image significantly affect loyalty, with gamification being the most dominant factor. In contrast, digital marketing has a positive but insignificant effect, indicating that Gen-Z is more selective toward repetitive or impersonal promotional content.  Novelty: These findings highlight the importance of interactive features and strong brand image in building sustainable consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the direct and indirect effects of Green Organizational Climate (GOC) and Green Motivation (GM) on Employee Green Behaviour (EGB), with Perceived Organizational Support (POS) as a mediator. Method: Using SEM with SmartPLS, findings show that GOC significantly increases POS but does not directly affect EGB; instead, its effect occurs through POS. Results: GM significantly influences EGB directly but not via POS. POS itself strongly predicts EGB, explaining 39.8% of its variance. Novelty: The study highlights POS as a central determinant of EGB, underscoring that green climates must be accompanied by tangible organizational support to foster sustainable employee behaviour.
