Abstract

This study aims to develop a model to strengthen financial literacy among coastal households and UMKM, grounded in the blue economy of Ohoi Tetoat, Southeast Maluku Regency. Referring to the situation in Ohoi Tetoat, which has abundant coastal and marine resources and unique local cultural wealth, but has not been optimally managed due to the community's low financial literacy and income instability. This study employs a systematic literature review following PRISMA guidelines, based on an analysis of 15 selected articles published in the past 10 years. The results of the study show that financial literacy plays an important role in improving financial management, access to financing, and business risk management. However, previous studies still treat financial literacy and the blue economy as separate. This study offers an integrative community-based model that combines financial literacy and blue economy principles to strengthen coastal economic resilience. This model is expected to serve as the basis for policies that empower coastal communities sustainably

Abstract

The uncertainty of seasonal cycles, increasing frequency of extreme weather events, and production fluctuations are no longer merely ecological issues; they have become new arenas that affect the social structure and economic practices of farming communities. The circular economy program strategy for adaptive agricultural transformation creates space for a social transformation process involving human capacity building, changes in perspectives, and shifts in the structure of economic practices. In this context, HR (Human Resources) play a key role in promoting more resilient and sustainable farming practices. This research was conducted in a farming community assisted by the Trukajaya Christian Foundation in Bansari sub-district, Temanggung Regency. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with three main informants: the head of the Bansari farming group, GKJ Sindoro Church Council, and staff from Trukajaya Christian Foundation. Farmers concerns regarding climate change adaptation tend to prioritize technical management through the development of adaptive varieties, irrigation improvements, or increased production capacity. Due to a lack of knowledge among farmers, the transition to a circular and sustainable economy concept is limited. Therefore, promoting a circular economy in this farming community is part of an adaptive farming strategy to build farmer resilience in the face of climate change.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers, peer influence, FoMO, and self-control on impulsive buying, while also examining the role of FoMO as a mediator and the effect of self-control as a moderator of FoMO. This study used a non-probability purposive sampling method where respondents were Gen Z students at various universities in Central Java who actively made purchases through e-commerce in the last 2 months (May to July 2025). From the results of the research observations conducted, there were 161 selected respondents with an average purchase frequency of 25 times on e-commerce. After checking the answers of each respondent, it was found that 27 questionnaires were incompletely answered on several items related to variables, resulting in 134 valid questionnaires for further analysis. Data analysis used the partial least squares method. The results showed that influencers, peer influence, and FoMO as mediators were able to have a significant impact on impulsive buying behavior. Furthermore, this study also explained that self-control can reduce the influence of FoMO, weaken the influence of FoMO on impulsive buying, and reduce the tendency of impulsive buying by consumers among Gen Z.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of employee recognition and work-life balance on organizational effectiveness, with work engagement as a mediating variable among Generation Y and Z nurses at Rumah Sakit Islam Sunan Kudus. The research addresses increasing work demands faced by young nurses, which may influence engagement and organizational effectiveness. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 135 respondents through purposive sampling and analyzed using covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The findings reveal that employee recognition does not directly affect organizational effectiveness but significantly influences work engagement. Work-life balance significantly affects both work engagement and organizational effectiveness. Work engagement also significantly influences organizational effectiveness and mediates the relationships between employee recognition, work-life balance, and organizational effectiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening work engagement to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed business practices to become increasingly modern. This shift inevitably affects MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors who must be able to adapt in this digital era. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital entrepreneurship and digital skills on sustainable performance, with digital transformation as a moderating variable. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The sample consists of 100 MSME respondents in Salatiga, selected using purposive sampling. The results show that digital entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance. Likewise, digital skills have a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance. However, digital transformation does not moderate the relationship between digital entrepreneurship and sustainable performance, nor does it moderate the relationship between digital skills and sustainable performance. The implication of this study is that digital entrepreneurship and digital skills are the main factors driving sustainable performance.
