<![CDATA[HELDA YUSDIANA L. 2023. Study of Teachers' Teaching Motivation at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Gantinga, Turatea District, Jeneponto Regency. This research examines the teaching motivation of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Gantinga, Turatea District, Jeneponto Regency. The problem in this research is: what is the description of the teaching motivation of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Gantinga. Based on these problems, this research aims to determine the teaching motivation of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Gantinga.The approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, namely trying to study the teaching motivation of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Gantinga. The population in this study were all 18 Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Gantinga teachers. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire techniques as the main instrument, and accompanied by observation, interviews and documentation techniques as supporting instruments.The results of the research show that teachers' teaching motivation, namely: (a) intrinsic motivation from the aspect of responsibility, there are still teachers who do not create lesson units. The achievement aspect shows that the majority of teachers take training related to developing teaching abilities. The discipline aspect shows that the majority of teachers are punctual in teaching, (b) extrinsic motivation from the self-development aspect there are still teachers who have never been sent by the school to attend educational seminars. The wage/salary aspect shows that teachers are happy with the amount of salary they receive every month.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the offect of E-Banking and service Quality On Customer Loyality At Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jeneponto. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population used is costomers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jeneponto. The sampling technique uses a purvosive sampling method , by taking a sample of 60 Respondents validasi and realibilitas test , Classical U Asumsi, Multiple Regression Analysis And Hypothesis Test. The results of this research state that E-Banking and service quality have a simultaneous offect on loyality, E-Banking has a positive and singnificant ottect on customer loyality and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyality.]]>

<![CDATA[This article describes about underhanded marriages that still leave various problems in a family and society. Religion and the state have provided clear references that a marriage is valid if it meets the requirements of the pillars and must be recorded. Marriage registration is carried out for orderly administration and to avoid negative impacts from an unregistered marriage. On the other hand, marriage registration is part of the implementation of Islamic law from the aspect of maqashid asy-syari'ah (for the benefit of the married couple). Problems that arise due to underhanded marriages not only occur to the wife, husband, but also have an impact on the children born, even society. If there is a problem in the family, the husband and wife cannot submit the problem to the Religious Court because there is no authentic evidence showing that the couple is a legitimate husband and wife. As a result for the child, he does not have a civil relationship with his father, but only has a civil relationship with his mother and his mother's family. Therefore, the child does not have inheritance rights, guardianship rights, and others. The solution to the problem of unregistered marriage is to raise awareness in the community about the importance of registering marriages, make it easier to grant permits for polygamy, and prevent illegal practices for those whose profession is marrying other people.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of Arabic language learning is closely related to the methods used by an educator (lecturer) in the learning process. Therefore, appropriate strategies and methods are needed so that the learning process can be achieved according to the expected goals. The method used in the implementation of Arabic language learning at STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto, especially in the Arabic language education study program, is the qiro'ah method. "The qiro'ah method is mastering a foreign language by starting with mastering the smallest language elements, namely vocabulary, which is preceded by correct pronunciation exercises, then understanding". The main focus of this qiro'ah method is reading skills. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with the purpose of this descriptive data to create a factual and accurate picture of the phenomena investigated in the study. In this case, the author will trace the phenomena that are the focus of the study, namely understanding the application of the qiro'ah method to improving reading skills for students of the Arabic language education study program. The instruments used, namely observation, interviews and documentation, and data analysis techniques in this study were carried out through the stages of data presentation, data reduction stages and conclusion stages. The results of the study indicate that the application of the qiro'ah method in the learning process applied by lecturers has been implemented and successful, both in terms of methods and practices starting from the planning stage, implementation to the evaluation used to make it easier for students not only to read Arabic texts but also to understand and comprehend the material taught even though there are differences in the application process in class and there is an increase in the ability to read Arabic texts in students as seen from the scores obtained when the test was conducted by the lecturer.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the problem solving learning method on learning to write argumentative essays for class X students. This study is an experimental study. This study uses pretest control group research. The population of this study was 70 class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba. The sampling in this study used a total sample (total sampling). The sample in this study was grouped into two groups, namely 35 class X1 students as the experimental class and 35 class X2 students as the control class. The instruments used were observation and tests. The techniques used in data collection were test and observation techniques. Data obtained in two ways were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. To analyze, the data was used Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software. The results showed that the results of the Problem Solving Learning method for Class X SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba Regency were categorized as adequate. Among the 35 students in the experimental class, there were 31 people who scored above 70 or 88.57%. Meanwhile, in the control class, among 35 students, there were 22 students who scored above 70 or 62.85%. In contrast to the results of the Conventional learning method, the Problem Solving Learning method is Effectively Applied in Learning to Write Argumentative Essays. This can be seen in the t value of 122.556 with a significance (ρ) of 0.000 because ρ ‹ α = 0.05. then the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a significant difference between the value of creativity in writing argumentative essays in the Problem Solving learning strategy and the conventional learning strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the specialness of Arabic as the language of the Qur'an. The author presents a deeper understanding that Arabic is not just the language of the Qur'an but has many special features if someone can study it again so that they can feel the reason why Allah SWT revealed the Qur'an using Arabic. This study uses a qualitative research method to be able to describe research based on information about a problem being discussed, then the author compares it with social reality. Data collection used in this study is a library study method and examines more deeply and analyzes articles and books that are relevant and related to the discussion material. The results of the study show that Arabic is a language that is widely used among Muslims because of its specialness as the language of the Qur'an. This study provides information on how important the Qur'an is in learning Arabic and vice versa. Because the Qur'an is the main benchmark in making Arabic the center of study among Muslims.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to see the effect of using newspaper and conventional media (textbook) in reading ability at the first grade of SMA 11 Makassar 2014/2015 Academic Year. Then the researcher compared both of these media to know which one is more effective. This research employed the quasi experimental design, with two groups as the sample. They were experimental class (X3) and controlled class(X9). This research consists of two variables including the Students’ Reading ability as dependent variable and the independent variables were newspaper and conventional media (textbook). The population of this research was the first grade of SMA 11 Makassar which consisted 10 classes. Each class consisted 38 pupils. The total number of population was 380 pupils. The number of respondent chosen to be the sample was 76 pupils by using purposive sampling; it was equal to 20% of the population. 38 pupils were taken as experimental class and 38 pupils were taken as controlled class. The instrument of this research was a written test used in pre-test and post-test. The result of the data indicated that there was a significant difference between students’ post -test in experimental class and controlled class. The mean score of post-test (92.1) in experimental class was higher than the mean score of post-test (80) in controlled class. From t-test, the researcher found that the value of the t-test (3.667) was higher than t-table (1.992) at the level of significance 0.05 with degree of freedom (df) = 74. Based on the finding and discussion of the research, the researcher concluded that the re is a significant difference between the students’ reading ability taught using newspaper and those taught using conventional media (textbook).]]>

<![CDATA[Hasil belajar merupakan perubahan tingkah laku setelah melalui proses belajar mengajar mencakup bidang kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Kesulitan belajar akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Salah satu penyebab siswa kesulitan mempelajari biologi adalah materi biologi berkaitan dengan hal atau objek yang abstrak. Penggunaan video pembelajaran dapat dipilih untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi penggunaan media video pembelajaran biologi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video pembelajaran biologi memiliki keunggulan yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Melalui tayangan video ,siswa akan lebih paham dengan materi yang disampaikan. Selain itu, kapanpun dan di manapun video pembelajaran biologi dapat dibuka kembali.]]>
