Abstract

The research results were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires based on five dimensions of service quality: tangibles, reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the questionnaire distribution obtained from the Customer Satisfaction Index results obtained a value of 43.95% which means that the level of customer satisfaction of the Budi Motor workshop is at the Very Poor level, meaning that consumers are very dissatisfied with the Budi Motor Workshop. After getting the results, Importance Performance Analysis testing is carried out to find out what attributes can determine the quality of service so that it can be improved to provide service satisfaction to customers assisted by a cartesian diagram. Attributes that affect service quality are found in Quadrant A, namely Speed in providing services (1), Responsiveness of employees and managers in providing services (2), and adequate workshop facilities (5). The results of quadrant A were redeveloped using the House of Quality to determine customer needs related to engineering characteristics. The preferred customer needs can be seen from the matrix using the House of Quality; the main priority is to use language that is easy for users to understand. The results of HOQ can be realized in designing the application design.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansi dan prosedur penerimaan kas dari penjualan tiket bus PO Luragung Jaya dan Untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi akuntansi dan prosedur yang diterapkan pada perusahaan PO. Luragung Jaya sudah sesuai atau belum berdasarkan aspek bisnis. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini mencakup survei pendahuluan, studi lapangan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi akuntansi dan prosedur dalam penerimaan kas sudah sesuai aspek bisnis, namun belum cukup baik. Ada beberapa pendokumentasian yang belum sesuai dan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan tanpa adanya aturan khusus yang berkesinambungan. Sistem penerimaan kas menggunakan sistem komputerisasi namun belum semua, ada beberapa yang masih manual menyebabkan ketidakseragaman dalam pencatatan yang bisa berakibat menimbulkan ketidakefektifan dalam pengecekan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Semi-automatic water purification machines are urgently needed by the people around the Sitopong river, Cilacap Regency. Required application and testing of the YF-S201 type water flow sensor based on Arduino Uno. This is done so that the application of the water speed sensor in the river water purification machine can be maximized. The research method used is a literature study related to Arduino Uno and conducting experiments. The experiments were carried out in the form of testing the water flow velocity sensor, carrying out the process of calibrating the water flow sensor. Sensor testing was carried out 10 times after calibration. Based on the calibration results, an average volume of 329 ml was obtained from the desired volume of 330 ml so that an error of 0.3% was obtained. Whereas at the desired volume of 600 ml, the average volume of the calibration results is 598 ml, it can be seen that an error of 0.3% is obtained at a volume of 600 ml. Function test on the water filling process with 10 trials obtained an accuracy of 99.6% for a 330 ml volume bottle and 99.6 ml for a 600 ml volume bottle.

Abstract

At the prokopim office of the Regional Secretariat of Central Lombok Regency, incoming letters are still stored in files that are still manual in nature, so that it is possible for these letters to be scattered and when looking for the desired letter you have to search for it one by one, and it will take a long time in the search process. The methodology used in making this system is a data collection method in the form of observation, interviews and literature study, while the analytical method used is PIECES analysis, for the design method using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Based on the results of the research that the mail archiving application can accommodate the storage process becomes more effective, so that the search for incoming and outgoing letters is faster, the system can back up data, so that it can minimize damage or loss of data making incoming and outgoing mail reports as needed, so Facilitate reporting to superiors.

Abstract

Advances in technology encourage many agencies to be able to maximize the use of technology. One of the institutions affected is the educational institution. The payment transaction process that is still widely used in educational institutions is a manual transaction. Recording transactions manually raises several problems, one of which is transparency in recording. A web-based information system for paying tuition fees and student savings was developed to maximize the use of existing technology. This research resulted in a system for recording tuition fees and student savings which can be easily used and has good transaction recording transparency. This web-based system was developed using the R&D method. Based on the results of the validation carried out, it shows that the system is good and ready to use.

Abstract

Abstrak. Perusahaan ABC adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi genteng cor, dimana pada data produksi periode 3 bulan diketahui terdapat cacat produk berupa cacat retak, pecah dan keropos dengan prosentase sejumlah 13% dari total produksi. Permasalahan ini dalam penelitian dilakukan analisa lebih lanjut dengan metode six sigma dengan tahapan DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve dan control). Dari metode ini dalam analisa dan pembahasan diketahui akar penyebab cacat/kegagalan ditinjau dari 3 (tiga) variabel faktor yaitu proses, mesin dan metode. Dari ketiga variabel faktor diperoleh hadil analisa Risk Priority Number (RPN) 343 pada variabel faktor “proses” dengan rencana tindakan perbaikan pembuatan Standar Operating Procedure (SOP) dan Instruksi Kerja (IK), perbaikan layout material handling serta penerapan 5R, Risk Priority Number (RPN) variabel faktor “mesin” pertama 256 dengan rencana tindakan perbaikan pembersihan cetakan secara periodik, Risk Priority Number (RPN) variabel faktor “mesin” kedua 80 dengan rencana tindakan perbaikan penerapan outonomous maintenance; Risk Priority Number (RPN) variabel faktor “metode” 336 dengan rencana tindakan perbaikan penggunaan cold agragat supply yang semuanya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan availibilitas, reliabilitas mesin, menurunkan kekagalan proses dan meningkatkan kualitas produk hasil proses produksi.

Abstract

Perubahan aktifitas penggunaan teknologi saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang besar di sektor pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan cara memudahkan proses administrasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi di desa-desa khususnya di kantor desa deniang yaitu belum adanya teknologi yang dapat menyaring calon perangkat desa dengan SDM yang sesuai kebutuhan pemerintahan. Namun sayangnya proses seleksi masih secara manual sehingga terjadinya kekurangan efektif dan terjadi kesalahan perekrutan tidak sesuai kriteria dan kompetensi yang diharuskan mengerti teknologi terutama dibidang mobile. Dibutuhkan sistem berbasis mobile yang tidak perlu pengadaan perangkat keras penunjang, proses ujian dapat menggunakan smartphone calon perangkat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model prototype dan metode berorientasi objek dengan Tools UML. Bank soal dengan jumlah soal yang besar maka dibutuhkan juga algoritma pengacakan yang efektif dengan performa yang cepat seperti algoritma Linear Congruent Method dalam mengacak pertanyaan yang ada pada aplikasi secara random. Hasil dari penerapan algoritma pada aplikasi mobile telah diuji dan berjalan dengan baik di berbagai smartphone berbasis android diatas versi jellybean, Dengan aplikasi ini maka kegiatan dalam perekrutan calon perangkat desa menjadi lebih mudah dan maksimal.

Abstract

Before buying a laptop, you need to pay attention to the specifications and standards that are tailored to your needs and requirements. Some of the standards and requirements include looking at several aspects of the criteria including RAM (random access memory), laptop prices, hard disk capacity, processor, screen size, VGA (video graphic adapter), battery power, availability of spare parts, laptop weight, distance to service centers, long warranty. The fuzzy method is an algorithm used to find a value that is still vague and also linguistic, using the TOPSIS algorithm (Technique for Order by. Similarity to Ideal Solution) to support calculations in decision-making. Determination in using the TOPSIS algorithm results from careful calculations. From the results of calculations using the TOPSIS algorithm, the total ideal positive and negative ideal values ​​are generated with the following ratings: laptop 5 with a value of 4.637 in rank 1, laptop 3 with a value of 4.174 in rank 2, laptop 4 with a value of 4.077 in rank 3, for laptop 1 with a value 3.880 is ranked 4th, and laptop 2 with a value of 3.472 is ranked 5th. Abstract

Sekolahan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah maupun dimiliki oleh kalangan swasta yang tentunya digunakan oleh masyarakat sekitar dan juga memiliki tujuan dalam rangka untuk memberikan suatu ilmu pengetahuan, memberikan pengembangan diri terhadap siswa, juga memberikan ilmu keterampilan serta kemampuan terhadap siswa maupun siswi. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 04 Cepiring merupakan bagian dari salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang pada waktu itu pertama kali didirikan pada tahun 1998. selama ini di dalam melakukan olah data inventaris sekolahan di SMP ini menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran yaitu Microsoft Office Word dan juga menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel yang tentunya dalam melakukan proses input data event Aris memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan sehingga Terjadi ketidak efisiensi dalam mengetahui jumlah data inventaris. dalam mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang sudah disampaikan SMP Negeri 04 Cepiring Ini Membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi manajemen dalam upaya untuk mengolah data inventaris. sistem informasi pengolahan data inventaris ini yang nantinya digunakan dalam mengatur segala aktivitas data barang yang ada di dalam SMP dengan menggunakan database dbmsql sebagai databasenya. sistem informasi manajemen pengolahan data inventaris ini diharamkan nanti dapat melakukan olah data yang secara rinci spesifik seperti Data masuk data keluar data barang yang rusak kemudian perpindahan barang dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Badung Regency, Bali is one of the famous tourist destinations in Indonesia that offers a variety of attractive tourist attractions. However, the lack of organized information access and the deficiency in selecting travel packages that suit user preferences can be obstacles in maximizing the tourism potential in the region. This research aims to develop a web-based tourism information system with a Decision Support System (DSS) feature using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in Badung Regency, Bali. The system is developed using the SDLC development method with a waterfall approach, which functions to provide information access about tourism objects, including their names, categories, photos, and descriptions. The main feature is the DSS that assists users in selecting travel packages based on their preferences, using five criteria: price, number of attractions, duration, popularity, and rating. The system also supports multi-level access for regular users and admin users responsible for creating posts and travel packages.
