Abstract

This research aims to analyze religious values ​​on the career planning of students at Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The research method used is a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis, focusing on emerging theme patterns. The research results show that religious values ​​have a significant impact on career decision making, business ethics, and handling ethical challenges in the business world. Respondents consider religious values ​​to be an important basis for choosing a career that is in accordance with Islamic principles. They also emphasized the importance of ethics and morals in business management, with a focus on integrity, honesty, fairness and transparency. Even though there is a conflict between religious values ​​and job demands in business, respondents are looking for a middle way to resolve the conflict. Religious values ​​also provide guidance in facing ethical challenges, including maintaining integrity and treating others fairly. Alignment with Islamic law, such as avoiding usury, was also considered important by several respondents. This research illustrates the importance of moral awareness in career planning and business management of ULM Banjarmasin students.

Abstract

Kamu sudah pernah dengar tentang QRIS? QRIS atau Quick Response Code adalah kode matriks persegi panjang berwarna hitam putih yang bisa dibaca dengan kamera smartphone dan menyimpan informasi di dalamnya. Saat ini, QRIS sudah banyak digunakan di berbagai bidang, mulai dari sistem pembayaran, pemasaran digital, hingga penyampaian informasi. Ternyata, QRIS juga berpotensi besar diterapkan dalam pengumpulan ZIS atau zakat, infaq dan shadaqah. Bagaimana caranya? Dengan memanfaatkan QRIS, lembaga pengelola zakat dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi muzakki atau orang yang menunaikan zakatnya. Muzakki cukup memindai QRIS yang tertera pada materi kampanye atau di lokasi strategis, lalu akan langsung diarahkan ke halaman pembayaran zakat. Praktis dan efisien bukan? Tidak perlu lagi mengetik panjang lebar alamat situs atau rekening tujuan zakat. Dengan begini, diharapkan minat masyarakat untuk menunaikan zakat bisa meningkat dan tentunya akan berdampak pada peningkatan pengumpulan ZIS di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of social media in changing religious dynamics in this digital era, social media has become an important platform that influences the way individuals interact with their religion and beliefs. This research uses social media analysis methods to collect data about how social media influences individual religious understanding, practices and views. The research results show that social media has a significant impact in changing religious dynamics. First, social media allows individuals to connect with their religious communities, thereby strengthening religious social ties. Second, social medio provides easy access to religious information, which can influence individuals' religious understanding and beliefs. Third, social media also becomes a forum for interreligious diologue and discussion of religious issues, which can change perceptions and tolerance between religions. Abstract

Shopee paylater is a digital-based payment method that is presented in the shopee application. Now is the era when transactions are carried out electronically. Due to the increasing frequency of electronic transactions, it is starting to be questioned whether it is in accordance with sharia economic law. This article will examine the implications of using shopee paylatter in sharia economic law, especially related to usury and the law of transacting in Islam. So that with these aspects, this research aims to provide a clear view of how Islamic economic law views a transaction using shopee paylatter. From various related problems, it can make character education in accordance with Islamic law, especially in terms of buying and selling, it is better to buy according to the needs and availability of the bag. With the sufficiency that is owned, Allah will open the door to sustenance rather than entering into transactions that smell of forbidden, it will drop in dosan and eliminate blessings.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the principles of Islamic business ethics that can be applied in the context of business managerial decisions, the challenges of implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics in managerial decisions, and the positive impact of implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics in MSME businesses which are based on the principles of ihsan, honesty and responsibility. answer. The research method used is library research. The data obtained is then analyzed and studied in depth regarding the references used, as is the case in library research. The results of this research explain that the implementation of the principles of Islamic business ethics in business managerial decisions, namely ihsan, honesty, justice and responsibility is able to encourage the progress of MSME businesses in Indonesia and help create a business culture with integrity, capable of creating a positive impact on business owners. , surrounding communities, and overall economic growth. Implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics is not only about material gain, but also about creating added value for business and society, as well as achieving the pleasure of Allah SWT in every business step taken.

Abstract

Medical ethics is a system of moral principles that apply values and judgments to the practice of medicine. One of the most debated topics within medical ethics is euthanasia, which refers to the act of deliberately ending a person's life to relieve suffering or pain. There are different forms of euthanasia: voluntary (with patient's consent), involuntary (without patient's consent), active (taking direct action to cause death), and passive (withholding treatment to let a person die naturally). The ethical debate often centers around the sanctity of life, autonomy of the patient, the role of the physician, and the potential for misuse. From the perspective of traditional Islamic teachings, human life is sacred and only Allah (God) has the authority to take it away. As such, euthanasia, particularly active euthanasia, is generally considered haram (prohibited). The Qur'an and Hadith (sayings of Prophet Muhammad) emphasize the sanctity of life and the importance of patience during suffering. However, in situations where there's no hope for recovery and the patient is in severe pain, the withdrawal of futile medical treatment can be permissible, as it's seen as allowing the natural process of death to occur, rather than actively causing it. This distinction between active and passive euthanasia is crucial in the Islamic discourse. It's worth noting that perspectives can vary among scholars and regions, but the core principle of the sanctity of life remains central in Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini "Pengaruh Riba Terhadap Perkembangan Ekonomi Menurut Syariat Islam" disusun berdasarkan latar belakang zaman sekarang dimana riba telah merajalela di kehidupan bernegara, padahal sudah jelas riba itu dilarang oleh Allah SWT melalui kitab suci Al-Qur'an. Pada penelitian ini dijelaskan lebih rinci mengenai dampak riba terhadap perkembangan ekonomi menurut syariat islam. Riba adalah penetapan nilai tambahan dengan melebihkan jumlah pinjaman saat pelunasan. Dalam hal besaran bunga, ini mengacu pada tingkat bunga tertentu yang diberikan kepada peminjam.¹ Fadhl, nasi'ah, al yad, al qard, dan riba jahiliyah adalah lima jenis riba dalam Islam.² Dalam Al-Qur'an, Allah SWT melarang riba dalam ayat-ayat seperti Al-Baqarah ayat 275–276, Al-Baqarah ayat 278, Ali 'Imran ayat 130, dan An-Nisa ayat 161.³ Munculnya perbankan Syariah juga didorong oleh pandangan tentang riba di era modern. Perbankan Syariah menggunakan sistem bagi hasil daripada bunga seperti bank konvensional. Karena ada beberapa pendapat bahwa bunga bank termasuk riba, yang sangat jelas adalah bahwa itu ditetapkan pada awal kontrak, sehingga pelanggan tahu apa yang terjadi ketika mereka mendepositkan uangnya pada bank dengan suku bunga tertentu. Dibandingkan dengan prinsip hasil, yang hanya memberikan nisbah hasil untuk deposannya.

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of Islamic guidance and counseling in overcoming the problems of pornography and free sex in adolescents. Pornography and free sex have become increasingly disturbing issues in modern society, including among Muslim teenagers. In this context, this article explains how Islamic values, ethics, and religious guidelines can become a strong foundation in youth guidance and counseling. In this article, we will also consider the social and psychological factors that influence teenagers in facing this problem. Emphasis will be placed on counseling methods that are in accordance with religious values, provide a healthy understanding of sexuality, and provide practical solutions. This article aims to provide insight into how Islamic guidance and counseling can be an effective tool in guiding Muslim teenagers to avoid pornography and free sex. Thus, this article contributes to further understanding of the important role of counselors in helping adolescents face these contemporary challenges with a religious perspective.

Globalization has become a very significant worldwide phenomenon in the 21st century. It has affected almost all aspects of our lives, including religious identity. This article examines the impact of globalization on the religious identity of Muslim youth. Using a sociology of religion approach, we analyze how Muslim youth interact with global culture, technology, and social media, and how this affects the way they understand and experience their religion. The article also identifies challenges as well as opportunities that arise in this process and proposes or designs solutions to maintain a strong religious identity in the context of globalization.

Abstract

Globalization has a huge impact on our lives in the current modern era with the influence of science and technology that it brings, this has an impact on Islamic moral values. Examples of this are various negative impacts, especially on the morals of Muslims, such as young people, such as consumer lifestyles, a lack of social sensitivity, and the waning of their love for their own culture. This is interesting to research to find out the causes and impacts. The research method used is the internet searching method to dig more deeply into information related to the decline in Islamic moral values in the era of globalization. Islamic moral values are very important to teach, especially to the younger generation, so that they have Islamic morals. Therefore, it is necessary to have moral education from an early age so that children get used to having good morals and in accordance with Islamic moral values. So that in the future the next generation of Islam will be superior and have good Islamic moral values.
