<![CDATA[According to Islamic Criminal Law, drug distributors and drug users including other drugs unless for medical reason are part of criminal offence which can be punished within a such law. This clasification is taken from Qiyas in which marijuana and drugs have similar factors as khamar that is “drunk”. For this reason, they have been categorized as “forbideen” (haram) whether a little or a lot because they can destroy people’s mind and phisics as well as other anatomy.]]>

<![CDATA[Football is one of the sports that is loved by people all over the world. Football does not only function as a sport activity, but also as entertainment that influences various sectors, starting from the economic, political, social and cultural fields. On top of this, football is a sport full of interests that influence how a country's politics runs. This research uses the case study method of the cancellation of Indonesia to host the 2023 U-20 World Cup. The results show that religion and political interests have an influence on the occurrence of this case. Although there was no official statement from FIFA regarding this decision, the public considers that Indonesia's rejection of Israel was the main factor for FIFA to announce the relocation of the location for this prestigious competition event.]]>

For Muslims, prayer is a pillar for those who are firm in their faith because of its importance for Muslims as a guide in one's life. We know the system of a match or competition that has been arranged according to a predetermined schedule and it is rare to be left behind. Competitions are not only sports but vary according to the field of competition. For example the football world cup match in Qatar and the volleyball Sea Games in Cambodia. <![CDATA[Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran fisik pada siswa yang berpuasa selama bulan Ramadan. Dalam kondisi puasa, siswa mengalami penurunan energi tubuh, risiko dehidrasi, dan menurunnya kemampuan kognitif. Selain itu, faktor-faktor seperti menurunnya motivasi, risiko kelelahan mental, dan menurunnya konsentrasi juga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja siswa selama pembelajaran fisik di bulan puasa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran fisik dalam kondisi puasa, seperti memperhatikan waktu dan intensitas pembelajaran, serta memberikan dukungan psikologis dan sosial kepada siswa. Studi ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja siswa selama pembelajaran fisik di bulan puasa, serta strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja siswa dalam kondisi puasa. Referensi yang digunakan meliputi beberapa jurnal dan buku tentang pengaruh puasa pada kesehatan fisik dan mental, serta strategi pembelajaran fisik yang tepat untuk kondisi puasa.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore students' perspectives on learning during prayer time. The qualitative method was used in this study, with data collection through in-depth interviews with 20 students from various faculties in a university in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the majority of respondents have a positive view of learning during prayer time. They consider prayer time as a suitable moment to take a break from academic activities and to recharge their spiritual energy. Some respondents also mentioned that learning during prayer time can help them to focus and concentrate better in their studies after prayer. However, some respondents expressed that learning during prayer time can be a hindrance to learning, especially if prayer is conducted in noisy and crowded places. In addition, some respondents also feel that the limited prayer time often makes them have to speed up the learning process or sacrifice their rest time. Overall, students' perspectives on learning during prayer time tend to be positive with some notes. Therefore, a more flexible and effective approach is needed to integrate learning during prayer time so that students can obtain maximum benefits from this activity.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze the use of the independent learning curriculum for learning Indonesian. As for the focus of the problem in this study is how to use the independent learning curriculum in elementary schools, learning Indonesian in elementary schools, and using the independent learning curriculum in learning Indonesian in elementary schools. In writing this article, the author used the library research approach and field observations. As for the collection of data and information from this study obtained from various sources. The results of this study indicate that the use of the independent learning curriculum for Indonesian language learning at MIN Alwasliah Kabanjahe has not been fully used but is still based on the use of the 2013 curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[Arabic is a language that has the advantage of quite diverse and many meanings. Although the Arabic language cannot be separated from the influence of other languages, the existence of the Qur'an can strengthen the position of the Arabic language itself. The Arabic language contained in the Qur'an has various advantages, including those related to the meaning content of each word in it. The breadth and universality of the content of the meanings of words in the Qur'an, with all its morphological changes, has proven to be able to accommodate the meanings that are understood and used by today's modern Arab society.This paper focuses on several examples of words in the Qur'an with the aim of analyzing aspects of meaning with the theory of lexical meaning, grammatical meaning and referential meaning. The meaning studied includes the development of classical meaning to today's modern meaning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a struggle between languages in the world, especially Arabic and other languages. There are three groups that argue about choosing between arabizing or adopting foreign words. This research also shows several examples of words in the Qur'an which prove that the meaning of these words has a broad meaning so that they can exist in every era.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to find out how Akidah Akhlak teachers internalize disciplinary values in students, find out the methods used in the process of internalizing disciplinary values, and what factors hinder the process of internalizing disciplinary values at MTs Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Alabio Hulu Sungai Utara District. The subjects in this study were 2 teachers of the Akidah Akhlak subject, namely men and women. While the object of this research is the internalization of disciplinary values in students. Data collection techniques in this study used descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that educators internalize disciplinary values by taking a humanism approach, a negotiation approach and a behavior modification approach. The methods used include: the exemplary method, the habituation method, the method of giving advice, the method of giving promises and threats. the teacher's educational background is not appropriate, the teacher's teaching experience is relatively small, and learning Aqidah Akhlak is less desirable.]]>

<![CDATA[Barzanji merupakan kegiatan pembacaan riwayat Nabi Muhammad saw. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada waktu Maulid Nabi untuk memperingati hari kelahiran Nabi dan dalam berbagai upacara yang lain. Asal-usul kebudayaan Melayu yang bersinggungan dengan Islam menghasilkan akulturasi budaya yang unik di antara keduanya. Beberapa tradisi yang dilakukan di tanah Arab, wilayah asal agama ini, tidak jarang juga merupakan bagian dari tradisi masyarakat Melayu. Salah satu di antaranya adalah pembacaan kitab karya Ja’far Al-Barzanj, yang kemudian biasa disebut Barzanji (sebagian orang menyebut Barzanji‛). Tradisi Barzanji di Kandangan rutin dilakukan oleh sebagian umat Islam pada peringatan Maulid Nabi Muhammad. Namun, tidak sebatas peringatan itu saja, tradisi pembacaan kitab maulid Barzanji juga digelar pada hari-hari besar Islam yang lain seperti Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, tahun baru Hijriah, bahkan ada yang tiap seminggu sekali dibaca seperti yang dilakukan warga kota Kandangan. Barzanji juga diselenggarakan dalam kegiatan kemasyarakatan, misalnya pada saat upacara pernikahan, memperingati kelahiran anak, dan sebagainya. Syair-syair dalam kitab maulid Barzanji tersebut dilantunkan dengan lagu-lagu tertentu, dan kadang diiringi alat musik rebana.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. Calmness is a feeling that can make us not easily offended and will have a heart that is sincere in accepting and can respond positively to the situation. The key to this calmness is to remember Allah, which when we remember Allah we will be given calmness that will help us live the day with full sincerity and happiness. The purpose of this study is to find out how and when people remember Allah and whether remembering Allah can make us calmer. Then what actions they will take in order to remember God. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to the general public with the condition that the respondent is at least 15 years old. In this study we can find various ways and how we remember God in order to find peace. By remembering Allah, our life will be full of tranquility so that we will have a sincere heart and we live the day happily. Keywords: remembering Allah; serenity; sincere heart Abstrak. Ketenangan merupakan perasaan yang bisa membuat kita gak mudah tersinggung dan akan memiliki hati yang ikhlas dalam menerima serta dapat menyikapi keadaan dengan positif. Kunci dari ketenangan ini adalah dengan mengingat Allah, yang mana disaat kita mengingat allah kita akan diberikan ketenangan yang akan membantu kita menjalani hari dengan penuh rasa ikhlas dan bahagia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan kapan orang-orang mengingat Allah dan apakah dengan mengingat Allah bisa membuat kita menjadi lebih tenang. Lalu tindakan apa yang akan mereka lakukan agar bias mengingat Allah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada masyarakat umum dengan syarat responden adalah berumur minimal 15 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini kita dapat menemukan berbagai cara dan bagaimana cara kita mengingat Allah agar menemukan ketenangan. Dengan kita mengingat Allah hidup kita akan berjalan dengan penuh ketenangan sehingga kita akan memiliki hati yang ikhlas dan kita menjalani hari dengan bahagia.]]>
