Abstract

This article discusses the integration of sharia principles in the contemporary financial system and the important role of Islamic economics in facing the challenges of the modern era. This research explores how the principles of Islamic economics can be applied effectively in an ever-evolving global environment. By analyzing recent developments in Islamic financial practices, this article identifies the strategies and innovations needed to increase the contribution of Islamic economics to the global economy. Through a theoretical approach and case studies, this article explains the role of Islamic economics in promoting financial inclusivity, justice and sustainability in the modern financial system. In conclusion, the integration of sharia in the financial system plays a key role in creating a more stable, ethical and inclusive system for the future of the global economy.

Abstract

In our daily lives, we often get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget to take care of our bodies and stay fit. However, as Muslims, maintaining a healthy body is an important part of obedience to Allah. Objective: To know about sports in Islamic view and to strengthen faith through fitness. Methods: The research method of writing this article uses a qualitative method by analyzing and observing the articles assisted by the publish or perish application to make it easier to find incoming articles and in accordance with the title of the discussion. Results: According to the Islamic view, sports are physical and psychological activities that are useful for maintaining and improving the quality of health and fitness. Islam views that health is very important because health is a human right, something that is in accordance with human nature. Physical health and physical fitness are important because they affect human health, ability, and performance. Islam invites humans to pay attention to physical and mental health, including through sports and physical education. Conclusion: Sport is one of the efforts to build quality and moral character. Fitness can strengthen faith through Islamic values such as piety, honesty, patience, sincerity, hard work, discipline, and fighting spirit.

Abstract

In the Islamic religion, clothing is very crucial and its use is strictly regulated. Especially women, where clothes are a very valuable crown to maintain their honor and dignity. Islam highly values ​​a woman's honor, so Allah SWT told women to dress privately to avoid bad acts that can occur when women reveal their private parts. This article aims to look more deeply into the use and laws of wearing sportswear, where there is debate and overlapping laws in its implementation, considering that a good Muslim is a Muslim who can maintain his health and fitness.

Abstract

Sportswear is an important consideration. Our ability to move freely and nimbly is essential to effective training. You must dress comfortably if you want to move more effectively. But, we must be aware of the boundaries of our personal territory as Muslims, and we are guilty if non-Mahrams perceive it that way. This article aims to provide readers with a clearer understanding of Islam's stance on the use of sportswear and assist Muslims who wish to engage in physical activity. This research uses research methods. This article is a type of literature research with quantitative methods. As a reference for this topic, facts and information are collected from books, papers and journals. not all athletic equipment exposes intimate areas. as a human being who was given reason by Allah SWT. It is recommended that people consider how Islamic teachings can be applied to dress codes. Currently, there are many clothing products that can keep us syar'i even though we wear sports clothing as determined by activity regulations.

Abstract

Currently, leasing has become an industry that covers all forms of business activities. This includes buying and selling players in the world of sports, such as renting out players for football and volleyball matches, which is also called a player contract. This research aims to explore how Islamic law views the position of contracts between soccer players and volleyball players in Islam. Presented in the form of a qualitative legal article using secondary data, namely data obtained from various meanings. Contract laws for Muslim football and volleyball players are permitted as long as they do not violate applicable Islamic law provisions. Football and volleyball contracts are like a lease (ijarah), although it is often also called a sale. Allah SWT permits buying and selling and prohibits usury. Buying and selling is buying and selling that does not violate Islamic law.

Abstract

Sports hijab is a type of hijab specifically designed for use by Muslim athletes who participate in various types of sports with the aim of maintaining honor and modesty when wearing it. For various types of sports, such as running, swimming and tennis, sports hijabs are available in various types of materials. Additionally, hijab in sports promotes gender equality in sports and allows Muslim female athletes to participate in sports without compromising their religious beliefs. The rules of international sports organizations allow Muslim female athletes who wear the sports hijab to participate in international events freely. Abstract

Senior High School (SMA) Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura has adopted the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum. This implementation aligns with the government's vision of achieving national education standards through the integration of knowledge and character development for students. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study design to examine the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in SMA Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura. Data collection methods included participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and data analysis. The research found that SMA Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura's curriculum implementation is characterized by a strong alignment with the Islamic boarding school's vision and mission, as well as the overarching objectives set by the government. The school's curriculum goes beyond the standard curriculum, seamlessly integrating elements commonly found in both public schools and Islamic boarding schools. This integrated approach, aptly termed the "comprehensive curriculum," provides students with a holistic and enriching educational experience that extends beyond traditional academic boundaries. The Islamic boarding school's curriculum plays a complementary role, effectively reinforcing and integrating Islamic values within the overall learning system. This integration ensures that students receive a well-rounded education that nurtures both academic and spiritual growth.

Abstract

The era of industrial revolution 4.0 triggered major transformations in various sectors, including the financial sector. The birth of fintech, a technological innovation in the financial sector, offers alternative solutions to meet people's needs for easier, safer and more modern financial services. The rapid growth of fintech opens up opportunities to develop fintech-based sharia financial services. This article reviews the role of fintech in developing sharia financial services in Indonesia.This research uses qualitative methods with literature study and descriptive analysis. The research results show that fintech has a crucial role in the development of sharia financial services by presenting several main advantages. First, fintech increases the accessibility of sharia financial services for people who were previously unreachable by traditional sharia banking. Second, fintech is able to reduce the costs of sharia financial services, making them more affordable for the wider community. Third, fintech increases transparency in sharia financial services, builds trust and encourages public participation. Fourth, fintech encourages innovation in sharia financial services, giving birth to new products and services that suit the needs of modern society. With support from the government, regulators and industry players, sharia fintech can be an effective solution to increase sharia financial inclusion and encourage sharia economic growth in Indonesia. Multi-party collaboration is needed to create a conducive sharia fintech ecosystem, guarantee the fulfillment of sharia principles, and protect consumer rights. Sharia fintech has great potential to expand the reach of sharia financial services, increase sharia financial literacy, and advance the sharia economy in Indonesia.
