Abstract

Archery has a rich history in Islamic civilization, serving not only as a weapon of war but also as a sport and physical exercise. In the Islamic perspective, archery embodies profound philosophies, including values such as concentration, patience, discipline, and self-control. This article examines the philosophy of archery in Islam using a literature review approach. Drawing on various reliable sources, the article discusses the history of archery in Islam, the philosophy of concentration and focus, patience and resilience, discipline and commitment, as well as self-control in archery and its relationship with Islamic teachings. The study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the noble values inherent in archery from an Islamic perspective

Abstract

Learning the History of Islamic Culture is included in the scientific field of Islamic Religious Education. In implementation, development of discourse on SKI scientific concepts in MI, MTs and MA, coverage of SKI material, learning practices and evaluation of SKI learning. This research aims to determine the historical conception of Islamic culture (SKI), the objectives of SKI learning, the content of SKI material (MI, MTs, and MA), SKI learning strategies and evaluation of SKI learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research by analyzing documents. The results of this research indicate that SKI learning needs to be developed in a comprehensive manner, not just knowledge and memorization, the coverage of SKI material is broad, sustainable SKI learning practices do not attract student interest, and learning evaluation has not been carried out optimally to improve the quality of SKI learning.

Abstract

Students, as a demographic, are particularly susceptible to the allure of fast fashion due to the social pressures to appear fashionable and adhere to evolving trends within the vibrant atmosphere of campus life. This study aims to explore the alignment of such consumer behaviors with Islamic values, which prioritize principles such as simplicity, justice, and sustainability. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through questionnaires administered to 12 students from the Development Economics program at Lambung Mangkurat University. The findings reveal that the majority of respondents exhibit restraint in purchasing fast fashion items and actively consider Islamic values when making purchasing decisions. Despite this, there remains a significant recognition among students that the pervasive influence of fast fashion trends can exacerbate consumerist tendencies. The results suggest that while fast fashion often promotes consumer behaviors that conflict with Islamic ideals of simplicity and justice, the awareness and consideration of these values among students can mitigate the frequency and volume of new clothing purchases. Thus, the study highlights a critical tension between the appeal of fast fashion and adherence to Islamic ethical guidelines, suggesting that greater emphasis on Islamic teachings could further curb consumerist behaviors and promote more sustainable fashion practices among students.

Abstract

A gym is a facility that provides various equipment to perform physical fitness activities. Exercise in the gym is a physical activity that is beneficial for human physical and spiritual health. In the context of Islamic law, exercise is interpreted as an activity recommended by the Prophet Muhammad SAW because it provides many benefits to the human body. The ruling of exercise in Islam may vary depending on the intention and observance of the Shariah. If performed with the right intentions and in accordance with Islamic teachings, exercising at the gym can become sunnah and bring rewards.

Abstract

The role of sports teachers in adapting physical education activities to the values ​​of Islamic law in modern schools. Examining physical education theory, gender, and Islamic law, this article emphasizes the importance of physical education in developing students' personalities and empowering women. Through integrating Islamic values ​​into the curriculum and teaching methods, sports teachers can create an inclusive and safe learning environment, while respecting the principles of sharia law. Case studies and practical examples support the conclusion that female PE teachers play an important role in cultivating a healthy and virtuous generation, maintaining a balance between the freedoms of modernity and Islamic traditions.

Abstract

Swimming is one of the highly recommended sports in Islam because, in addition to providing physical benefits, it also has deep spiritual values. This research aims to explore the recommendation of swimming in Islam, the evidences supporting it, the benefits and wisdom behind this recommendation, and its implementation as a form of worship and practice of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in daily life. This qualitative study uses a descriptive method through library research to explore the phenomenon of the recommendation of swimming by the Prophet Muhammad SAW based on relevant literature and Islamic sources. Data sources include reliable Islamic literature such as the Qur'an, Hadiths related to sports and swimming, Islamic books from scholars and experts, scientific journals and research on the benefits of swimming, and other relevant literature. Data collection techniques include textual analysis of the Qur'anic verses and Hadith texts related to swimming, as well as library research exploring various literature sources. The data is then analyzed by reducing it, presenting it in a systematic description or narrative, interpreting and interpreting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that swimming is not only a physical exercise but also a way to enlighten the soul and live by Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Physical education is an important part of Islam and should receive balanced attention with faith, morals and reason. A lot of research has been done on Physical Education, but it has not been discussed widely in the world of education. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe Physical Education in the context of education and insights into Educational Hadiths. By using data collection methods, the author concludes that based on the interpretation of the Prophet's Hadith, organismal education within the scope of Islamic education has at least two main urgencies, namely as a form of education about maintaining physical rights obligations and as a form of education. Efforts to form strong believers so that they are able to carry out their activities as servants of Allah SWT. ('Abdullah) and the guardian of the earth (Khalifah Fi Al-'Ardh).

Abstract

This research discusses the legality of futsal prizes from registration fees in the perspective of Islam. In Islam, there is permission for certain types of competitions such as futsal, where the winners are allowed to receive prizes. However, it is important to note that prizes in competitions must meet the criteria set in religious teachings. This study aims to explore the Islamic view of the procedures for organizing futsal matches and the conditions that must be met to avoid elements of gambling. The research method uses a literature study from scientific journals and reliable sources of information. The results show that in Islam, competitions that meet the criteria for gambling, namely involving bets and being conducted face-to-face or directly, are included in the category that is prohibited. Therefore, it is important for Muslims to understand and avoid practices related to gambling in organizing futsal matches.

Abstract

Pada era modern, manusia sering mengalami krisis nilai dan moral. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memahami dan menerapkan pedoman hidup yang berasal dari sumber yang reliabel dan timeless. Al-Quran, sebagai kitab suci Islam, menawarkan panduan hidup yang komprehensif dan universal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seperti apa bentuk implementasi Al-Quran yang di ajarkan di taman pendidikan Al-Quran Al-Muhajirin serta menganalisis seperti apa bentuk penerapan prinsip-prinsip Al-Quran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dimana Peneliti melakukan observasi lansung ke kecamatan landasan ulin tepatnya ditempat adanya TPA atau taman pendidikan Al Quran. Hasil penelitian proses pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan tiga kemampuan: membaca, menulis, dan menghafal sejak usia dini. Untuk kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an, sekolah menggunakan metode Iqro, yang dimulai dengan mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah secara sederhana, mengidentifikasi perbedaan antarhuruf hijaiyah, dan membedakan panjang pendeknya. Metode ini cukup efektif untuk membantu anak-anak membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik. Dalam sintesis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Al-Quran dapat menjadi pedoman hidup yang efektif dan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in the modern era has fundamentally transformed human life, making it increasingly reliant on technological improvements. In the field of financial technology (fintech), payment systems have evolved to facilitate more user-friendly transactions. Technological advancements in financial transactions have transformed the function of cash into a more effective and efficient alternative. Buying and selling goods through electronic means is an example of another component of muamalah. Technological innovation in payment transaction systems in the economic sector has changed the function of cash into a more effective and efficient form of payment. The purpose of this research is to determine the significance and impact of E-Payment in increasing revenue and purchase contracts. This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Twenty-seven respondents participated in the survey. The research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires
