Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of aerobic exercise on improving cardiovascular function and coordination in early childhood sports training. This study employed a pre-experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, utilizing a single group of subjects. The population and sample for this research and development consisted of athletes registered in a volleyball club in Sleman Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the following inclusion criteria: female volleyball athletes, willingness to participate as samples, aged 10–12 years, and a minimum training experience of 6 months. Based on the paired samples t-test analysis, the calculated t-value was greater than the t-table value, with a p-value (0.000) < 0.05. These results indicate that the calculated t-value is significantly larger than the t-table value. Consequently, there is a significant effect of aerobic exercise on improving cardiovascular function and coordination in early childhood sports training.

Abstract

The rapid growth of makeup artist (MUA) services in Indonesia has intensified competition and encouraged service providers to develop a clear and credible personal brand. Instagram has become an important platform for communicating professional identity, displaying portfolios, engaging audiences, and converting online visibility into business opportunities. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies used to strengthen personal branding among MUAs, with emphasis on how digital communication, service quality, and customer interaction support competitiveness and long-term customer relationships. A qualitative descriptive design was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Instagram-based branding activities, and were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that effective MUA personal branding is supported by a coherent service identity, consistent visual presentation, high-quality portfolio content, responsive audience engagement, and collaboration with influencers or related brands. The 7Ps service marketing mix shows that product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence must be aligned to communicate professionalism and trust. Supporting factors include creative human resources, service consistency, professional networks, and word-of-mouth communication, whereas inhibiting factors include inconsistent internal communication and limited quality control in partnership-based work systems. The study concludes that integrated marketing communication through Instagram can strengthen visibility, credibility, and customer loyalty when implemented consistently and evaluated periodically.

Abstract

Tracer study is an information system used by universities worldwide and in Indonesia to collect graduate data. The tracer study information system is now also used in the Department of Sports and Health to collect alumni data. This data is used to meet university accreditation requirements and for strategic planning to improve the quality of Department of Sports and Health graduates. This study employed a quantitative descriptive research design. It aimed to determine the relevance and distribution of Department of Sports and Health alumni in society and the workplace. It is hoped that the implementation of the tracer study system in the Department of Sports and Health will improve the quality of graduates, who will be highly absorbent in response to current and future job market needs.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effect of a voltage stabilizer on the performance of a Yamaha MX King four-stroke motorcycle. The investigation focused on engine power, engine torque, and fuel pressure in the electronic fuel injection system. An experimental method was applied by comparing the standard condition without a voltage stabilizer with five stabilizer output-voltage settings: 13.5 V, 14.0 V, 14.5 V, 15.0 V, and 15.5 V. Each condition was tested three times using a chassis dynamometer at Pekajaman Dyno Test Workshop, Yogyakarta, while fuel pressure was measured using a fuel pressure tester. The results show that the effect of the voltage stabilizer was more evident at higher output voltages. The 15.5 V setting produced the highest average power of 34.97 HP and a maximum power of 35.1 HP at 11,500 rpm, representing a 0.6 HP increase compared with the standard maximum power. The same setting also produced the highest average torque of 24.20 Nm and a maximum torque of 24.3 Nm at 8,750 rpm, or 0.1 Nm higher than the standard maximum torque. Fuel pressure increased from 2.4 bar in the standard condition to 2.5 bar at 15.0 V and 2.6 bar at 15.5 V. These findings indicate that a voltage stabilizer can improve power, torque, and fuel pressure at high voltage settings, although further durability and safety validation is needed before application above the manufacturer's normal electrical range.
