Abstract

In this research, I wanted to explain the approach of Islam in the issue of cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence in societies and its impact on that, explaining the correct view of Islam and its goal that emphasizes harmony and peaceful coexistence in the presence of cultural diversity. One of the most important results of the research is that Islam believes in diversity and cultural pluralism, being a divine will that came for a very effective purpose that's only known by Allah the Almighty, and that Islam calls for the consolidation of the principle of human dignity, whatever his or her religion, gender, race, color, or belief.I divided this brief research into two topics.  In the first topic, I talked about the concept of cultural diversity and the care of Islamic legislation with practical examples, and in the second topic the concept of peaceful coexistence and its application, and the research approach that I used is the approach of desk research.

Abstract

The research is significant because it examines the jurisprudential applications of the maxim "judgement conforms to the existence of the cause, or its absence" in financial transactions. One of the factors that prompted this writing was the difficulty of invoking direct jurisprudential applications of this maxim from classical Fiqh writings, which bequeathed a desire to know the reasons for the emergence of this problem. The problem statement of this research is: does this maxim have applications in the jurisprudential heritage in general and in financial transactions? The research relied on three approaches: the historical approach, as it was resorted to in examining the practical applications of the maxim in financial transactions; the descriptive approach, to write down the contents of this subject and describe them clearly; and the analytical method, to dismantle data and link them to each other.  The research relied on three approaches: the historical approach, as it was resorted to in examining the practical applications of the maxim in financial transactions; the descriptive approach, to write down the contents of this subject and describe them clearly; and the analytical method, to dismantle data and link them to each other. The study differed from earlier studies in that it focused on the application of the maxim in financial transactions, when previous studies did not, because the maxim's applications were limited to the judiciary and witnesses.  In the rooting of the provisions of various financial transactions, jurists relied on the maxim "judgement conforms to the existence of the cause, or its absence," according to the findings. The sale of surplus water, the selling of dead skin, the sale of wine, the sale of paper, the sale of interest, and the sale of interest and money are among the sixteen jurisprudential applications examined in the study. Nine applications are made in the chapters on wills and related applications: will for inheritor, amount of will, interdiction of mentally retarded persons, juvenile and insane persons, time of lifting of interdiction if interdiction is removed and then returned, the reason for establishing pre-emption in movable and immovable property, and pre-emption in the neighbourhood

The inheritance system in Islam has arrived at an increasingly complex time. There are suspicions raised by deniers and skeptics about the number of different inheritances that divided it because they do not understand and know about it and the religion of Islam is the right to understand. Abstract

The poetic image is one of the most important critical issues in literary studies as the effectiveness of poetry depends on images that highlight feelings and emotions, while simile is one of the most prominent devices through which the imagination appears, which contributes to the formation of the literary image. Furthermore, the eloquent simile is represented in the highest level in terms of artistic value, since the deletion of the particle (أداة التشبيه) and the point of similarity (وجه الشبه) gives the illusion that the topic (المشبه) and the image (المشبه به) are similar, as there is no distinction between them. This study aims to introduce the poet Ahmed Shawky, whose national character has changed between the stages he went through in his life, to discuss the term poetic image and its patterns, and finally to illuminate the main objective, which is the study of the eloquent simile and its effectiveness in forming literary images in national poems in which the poet Shawqi addressed the issues, problems, and hopes of his homeland, by concentrating on the patterns and sources of eloquent simile, as well as the relationship between the two sides of the simile, by using the descriptive analytical approach to explain the poet's personality and analyze his nationalistic poems, and the artistic approach to extract the artistic values related to the eloquent simile. The study concluded several results, one of which is that the poet invested the most prominent forms of eloquent simile informing the images, even though the pattern in which the image is the predicate of the subject or prefixed to the topic appears more commonly in Shawqi's national poems, and the form in which the image is the circumstantial adverb seems less frequently, besides other forms recorded in the average. The poet derived most of the images from natural manifestations while he picked up some of them from human and his organs, the tools that he uses, and cultural sources and religious meanings. In terms of the relationship between topic and image, the poet preferred to link the sensible to the sensible rather than the nonsensible to the nonsensible. In addition, his creativity appeared in the transformation in which the sensible was likened to the nonsensible, where he used the TashkhÊs and ThajsÊm techniques in several models.

Abstract

In this study, I dealt with the term “nothing” according to Imam al-Nasa’i, collected and studied, and I followed the inductive, critical, and analytical approach, by identifying the narrators whom Imam al-Nasa’i said, “Nothing,” and comparing his words with those of critics and analyzing them, and then came to a ruling  It is clear in it after the critical study of each narrator, who numbered twelve narrators, in order to remove the confusion that occurred in the understanding of what is meant by it, and it was exposed, in it, to a brief translation of the imam, and showed the meaning of this term, through the interpretation of the imams after him, with comparison with the words of critics in  The narrator, and it was found that al-Nasa’i - may God have mercy on him - was one of the hard-liners in al-jarh and al-ta’deel.  The research concluded with the most important results, including: that Imam al-Nasa’i - may God Almighty have mercy on him - is considered one of the hard-liners in the wound and the modification, and that the narrator when it is proven that he is seized before his speech, and he is not harmed by what he erred in as long as he is not obscene in it, and he has the favor of the imams, and God knows best.

This research aims to clarify the crime of defamation through social media from the perspective of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) and Islamic Sharia. In his study, the researcher followed the analytical and inductive approach that relies on the Qur’an, the Sunnah, the Criminal Law (KUHP) and the Law of Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE), and studies and reports that focused on such a topic, which were obtained from primary and secondary sources. Among the most important findings that the researcher pointed out is that Islamic law considers defamation a criminal act with different types of acts such as slander, cursing, insulting, humiliation, and so on. Its evidence is the recognition or presentation of witnesses, directly or indirectly. Moreover, the punishment that can be inflicted is in the form of the main punishment which is eighty beatings for slander and reprimand for other crimes. Abstract

This article aims to learn how Indonesian Muslims treat the Quran and Hadith in their daily lives, and in particular to uncover the secrets of using Surat al-Duha as a means of searching for the missing things. This article was written based on the results of induction using the qualitative and descriptive approach with main sources are the results of interviews with the educator and students of the Islamic Kindergarten Institute, with other sources related to this research. This article concluded that the reason for using Surat al-Duha as a tool to search for something missing has to do with the interpretation of Surat al-Duha reinforced by the Hadith of the Prophet. And The word "lost" considered in the seventh verse which has the meaning of perplexity as a word that contains the power to help man to find the thing that is missing. Although the hadith of the Prophet which confirms the virtue of reading this surah is incorrect, it is even the content in it is proven after its practice.  Therefore, this article concludes that many Indonesian society use the Qur'an as a reading to reach their life goals, and uses the Hadith of the Prophet without regard to its authenticity.
