Abstract

This study aims to identify the diverse formulation of the problem related to the success of winning the construction project procurement for local construction company in Kendari. The urgency of this study is to answer the factors that determine the success of local contractors in the construction project procurement process in Kendari. The method used in this study is a statistical analysis method. Dimensions are used to measure success in the procurement of construction projects in this research is the company's experience, equipment and tools, human resources, process control, reputation / achievement contractors, financial, project organization, workplace safety. Dimensions is formulated into 22 variables to be measured. From the findings of research on the variables that influence the success of winning the procurement of construction project in Kendari obtained linear regression models, namelyY = -0,401 + 0,448 X2 + 0,576X14 + 0,273X12. The analysis results obtained from the dominant factors that influence the success of winning the construction procurement namely a kind of work that have been done, the project owner relationship with the contractor, and the methods and strategy implementation and control of the work to be done.

Abstract

Industri agar-agar merupakan salah satu industri pangan yang menghasilkan limbah cair dalam jumlah besar terutama dari proses pencucian bahan baku. Berdasarkan Pergub Jatim no. 72 tahun 2013 terdapat 6 parameter baku mutu air limbah yang harus dipenuhi sebelum membuang limbah ke badan air, yaitu BOD, COD, TSS, pH, ammonia dan sisa klor. Pada study ini digunakan data primer yang berasal dari industri agar-agar X yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Malang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode Integrated Sampling. Data acuan perencanaan berasal dari outlet 1 dan 2 yang tidak memenuhi ambang baku mutu dengan nilai BOD 514,4 mg/l, COD 1710,59 mg/l, dan TSS 269,26 mg/l. Sedangkan untuk parameter pencemar lainnya sudah memenuhi baku mutu. Unit IPAL yang direncanakan merupakan unit-unit pengolahan fisik-kimia yang terdiri dari bar screen, bak ekualisasi, prasedimentasi, koagulasi-flokulasi, sedimentasi dan filter dengan media zeolite. Perhitungan BOQ dan RAB menggunakan HSPK Kota Malang 2015 dan didapatkan angka sebesar Rp 141.665.444,00 untuk pembangunan seluruh unit IPAL.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Revolusi Industri dan Tantangan Perubahan Sosial berisi tentang kajian sosial tentang pengaruh sosial yang terjadi dalam revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari kajian studi pustaka yang dianalisis secara hermeneutik filosofis. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa revolusi industri tidak hanya mendisrupsi bidang teknologi saja, namun juga bidang lainnya, seperti hukum, ekonomi, dan sosial, Untuk mengatasi era disrupsi tersebut maka diperlukan revitalisasi peran ilmu sosial humaniora sebagai dasar acuan pengembangan teknologi agar teknologi tidak tercerabut dari nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.

Abstract

ISO 14001:2015 merupakan revisi dari edisi ISO 14001:2004 yang berisi sistem monitoring dan dokumentasi lingkungan menyeluruh ke semua lini sistem perusahaan. ISO 14001:2015 memiliki klausul yang lebih fleksibel dibandingkan edisi sebelumnya. Penerapan ISO 14001:2015 masih jarang dilakukan oleh industri dan hingga saat ini masih dalam taraf sosialisasi. Beberapa industri besar sudah mulai menjajaki untuk melakukan standarisasi lingkungan menggunakan ISO 14001:2015. Namun sertifikasi ISO 14001:2015 masih memiliki kendala yang cukup signifikan bagi industri kecil menengah dalam penerapan ISO 14001:2015. Penyederhanaan ISO 14001:2015 merupakan gagasan metode penyederhanaan klausul ISO 14001:2015 yang dikonversi ke dalam regulasi daerah sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam industri kecil menengah sesuai dengan kapasitas yang dimiliki oleh industri sehingga monitoring lingkungan dan K3 dapat memberikan perlindungan lingkungan dan hak K3 karyawan pada khususnya dan memberikan revenue kepada industri yang bersangkutan pada umumnya.

Abstract

Waste management is cruisal problem for major cities in all countries. Technically, MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) biological processes can be converted into LFG (landfill Gas), which can be used as an energy source for electricity generation. LFG utilization as fuel for power generation is also supported by the presence of motor fuel engines based HCCI (Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition). To ensure the successful adoption of waste power plan based HCCI engine-generator, in the form of mathematical modeling studies of biogas production in a region need to be done carefully. The formulation waste power plant models with engine HCCI, is based on the reference model and reference experimental results of each part in the power plant waste that includes, production of biogas from landfill, biogas filter, generator power conversion HCCI. The production of biogas from landfills using multicomponent models, biogas filter using a filter system with a suspension of dolomite, and for the conversion of electricity using a generator HCCI referring to the results of experiments that has been conducted by Bedoya,2012. Waste power plant modeling result shows, if power output 3.725 .10-3 of capacity HCCI engine fuel consumption.

Abstract

Rhino Robot work based on the control given by the user through a control device named Operator Control Unit (OCU). Currently, device that has been developed are form laptop toughbook with gamepad as controller. This design were inconvenience user, because there are batch of buttons which are not used to operate the robot. Moreover, using combination keys in gamepad to choose menu operation are required. Therefore, further development for the control device of Rhino Robot is do. The design were used is in OCU consist of an panel input that contains a several buttons and joystick which have a specific function to operate Rhino Robot. The buttons will be placed according to its function to the robot control process, using visualization of Rhino Robot to help user understanding the function of each buttons. This study will discuss the process to making interface of each buttons. In addition, it also discusses the process how to make an interface of LED which used to buttons indicator. The compilation process utilizes the existing LattePanda’s Arduino co-processor using Visual Studio to create a program. After testing of the several buttons using program that have been create, it is known that the program have been able to perform each function of buttons and LED in input panel.

Abstract

Abstract¾Generally vessels of pompong are made from wood. In this era, wood for shipbuilding is difficult to obtain. So, it is necessary to find an alternative material as a substitute for wood. High density polyethylene (HDPE) can be used as of material for shipbuilding because it has advantages such as heat resistant, corrosion resistant and has a long durability. Size vessels with a length of (L) = 8.8 meters, breadth (B) = 1.56 meters, height (H) = 1.05 meters and draft (T) = 0.6 meters which makes the design shape of the vessel of pompong HDPE plastic. The vessel of the pompong plastic has a stability of GZ value of 0.381 meters on the heel of 60 degrees and has a resistance of 0.74 kilonewtons  at a speed of 5 knots.

Abstract

Water quality sampling and monitoring of village well as a regular monitoring each quarter in a year for Rembang Steam Power Plant 2 x 315 MW was one part of EIA implementation study. This research aim to analysis the most impact occurrence that forecasted as a hypothetical important impact which is cause environmental change base on water quality sampling and monitoring from operational activity in first quarter (TW 1). Implementation method was used water sampling in 2(two) resident well and 6 (six) monitoring well in Trahan and Leran village, then the water sample was analyze in laboratory refer to the raw quality which has been set. The monitoring result on the residents wells quality was generally known that in the Trahan village residents wells (AB-1) found parameter that exceed quality standard i.e. total dissolved solids (TDS, come from river seepage and rainfall runoff), Chloride and Hardness,the high concentration some parameters, both exceed the quality standard as well as have a high critical level, generally was not caused by the operational activities of Rembang Steam Power Plant. Monitoring result from 6 (six) monitoring wells in location of Rembang Steam Power Plant was found parameters in several point that exceed the quality standard i.e. Turbidity in AB-3, organic chemical substance (KmnO4) in AB-3 and AB-7, TDS in AB-3 (monitoring wells 1), AB-4 (monitoring wells 2), AB5 (monitoring wells 3) and AB-7 (monitoring well 5), and AB-8 (monitoring wells 6). While the content of heavy metals that detected include arsenic, cadmium, lead, and selenium on AB-3.

Abstract

Issue Pembangunan Daerah dewasa ini memerlukan peran partisipatoris kelembagaan yang mampu meningkatkan peran serta dari masyarakat desa, dimana peran kelembagaan ini diharapkan kedepannya mampu menjadi faktor yang mendorong terciptanya nilai-nilai gotong royong yang saat ini mengalami degradasi, karena melalui peran partisipatoris inilah, nantinya masyarakat desa diharapkan mampu menjadi penggerak dan bangkit untuk menciptakan ekonomi local dengan kultur local yang mampu berdaya saing dengan tuntutan jaman. Melalui Kebijakan strategis Pemerintah tentang Pembentukan dan Revitalisasi BUMDesa (Badan Usaha Milik Desa), diharapkan desain kelembagaan ini mampu mengakomodasi kepentingan masyarakat desa, baik kepentingan yang sifatnya ekonomis-produktif maupun kepentingan yang kontekstualisasinya berkaitan dengan pengembangan potensi lokal desa. Struktur, kultur masyarakat pedesaan yang berkembang dengan karakteristik homogen menjadi salah satu penghambat untuk menerima difusi dan inovasi melalui teknologi, oleh karena itulah diperlukan peran partisipatoris BUMDesa untuk melakukan identifikasi potensi lokal kelembagaan desa.

Abstract

Berdagang dengan sistem daring mengalami perkembangan yang pesat sehingga persaingan semakin ketat dan pembeli semakin selektif dalam melakukan transaksi pembelian. Salah satu hal yang penting pada sistem perdagangan seperti ini adalah fotografi produk yang baik. Di sisi lain, saat ini fotografi terlihat menjadi lebih mudah, selain cukup dilakukan dengan ponsel pintar tanpa perlu kamera profesional juga karena adanya aplikasi penyuntingan instan dari ponsel pintar tersebut. Tetapi munculnya standarisasi fotografi oleh market place juga merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi pedagang daring untuk mengembangkan eksistensi produknya. Standarisasi fotografi tersebut menggunakan fotografi still-life terutama untuk produk yang dapat diletakkan di atas meja seperti makanan, produk pakai seperti bros, syal, aksesoris, dan lain lain. Sehingga perlu pengetahuan dasar bagi pedagang daring untuk membuat foto produk yang baik, seperti: pencahayaan, komposisi, teknik pengambilan gambar, dan lain-lain.Woman Online Community Surabaya (Wosca) adalah wadah pemberdayaan pedagang bagi wanita berbasis daring yang cukup aktif meningkatkan pengetahuan bagi anggotanya seputar dunia berdagang daring. Berdasar fenomena dan kebutuhan yang diuraikan di atas, maka laboratorium Media Visual Desain Produk Industri ITS mengadakan pelatihan fotografi still-life.Metode yang dilakukan adalah ceramah, diskusi, praktik dan pembahasan. Dengan mempraktikan pengetahuan baru disertai dengan penggunaan produk dagangan sendiri, peserta pelatihan dapat menampilkan foto produk yang lebih baik.
