Abstract

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana (FT UNUD) still uses a manual system for letter submission, resulting in delays in delivering information to students and increasing the workload of administrative staff. Additionally, this manual system often causes errors in record-keeping and makes it difficult to track the submission status. To address this issue, the Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Surat (SIPS), a web-based letter submission system integrated with SIMAK-NG, was developed using the Scrum method. The development was carried out iteratively through several sprints, covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Testing using the Black Box Testing method showed that all features in SIPS functioned according to the designed specifications. With this system, the letter submission process is expected to become faster, more structured, and more efficient. Moreover, SIPS allows students to monitor the status of their submissions in real-time, enhancing the transparency of administrative services. SIPS also supports document digitalization, helping to reduce paper usage and improve the effectiveness of academic data management. However, further evaluation is needed to assess the system's impact on operational efficiency and user satisfaction to ensure the optimization of academic services at FT UNUD. In the future, this system can continue to be developed with additional features, such as automated notifications and integration with other academic services.

Abstract

The LBS technology used in the tire patch location search application in Bengkulu City will help customers find the tire patch that best suits their preferences and location. With its ever-evolving environment, Bengkulu will also benefit from the adoption of this technology. By incorporating LBS technology in the design of tire patch locator applications, the city can encourage local trade, provide support to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, and create a healthier and more sustainable business ecosystem. The purpose of this research is to find and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and support the growth of local businesses. This study examines the potential benefits of incorporating LBS technology in the application of finding tire patching locations in Bengkulu City. Data Collection: Some of the methods used to collect data to obtain the necessary information are literature studies; This method involves reviewing research books and journals relevant to the research subject to gain a better understanding of materials such as Location-based Services, Google Maps APIs, and location-based services. The menu features, which are required to build this app, include an app menu that consists of the location of the tire patch and information about the tire patch.

Abstract

Abstract— Agriculture is a very important sector for the Indonesian economy, where the majority of the population depends on this sector for their livelihood. Farmer groups play a key role in increasing food production and farmer welfare. However, selecting the right type of food crop is often a challenge for farmers because it involves various criteria and factors. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help farmer groups in determining optimal food crop choices. This research aims to design and build a decision support system (DSS) for farmer groups using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method was chosen because of its ease in combining various criteria and factors in decision making. It is hoped that the system being built can help farmer groups increase the efficiency and effectiveness of decision making regarding food crop selection. The research results show that the use of the SAW method in SPK is able to provide accurate and reliable recommendations, so that it can support increased productivity and welfare of farmers.

Abstract

Adeeva Hotel Bengkulu City is one of the hotels in Bengkulu City that provides room rental services, such as rooms for meetings, seminars and parties. Currently, Adeeva Hotel has 4 meeting rooms, two of which are smoking rooms. Currently, there is no system in the room that can detect smoke conditions in the room.In this study using library methods, observation, interviews and laboratories, designing a system that can detect smoke levels in a room, where the sensor will read or detect smoke levels in the room, the sensor used in detecting smoke is the MQ2 sensor. While for data processing using ESP8266 with a program on the tool made using Arduino ide and for the Internet of Things (IoT) using Blynk.The system can detect smoke levels in the room, which is carried out by the MQ2 sensor, the detection results will be processed by ESP8266 where if the smoke levels in the room are large (>) from 10 PPM, ESP8266 will send a command to the relay to turn on the exhaust, so that the smoke in the room will be released out. Besides being based on exhaust sensor detection, it can be turned on and off manually via the application by entering manual mode.

Abstract

Measuring the level of community satisfaction at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office still uses a complaint box, where people can write suggestions on a piece of paper and then enter the suggestion through the box provided with two options, namely satisfied and dissatisfied. This is certainly less effective and takes a long time in measuring the level of community satisfaction due to the absence of a definite indicator in assessing satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office can assist administrators in managing data on the assessment of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, can provide information on the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, and can facilitate the community, especially those in the Central Lebong Sub-District area, in providing an assessment of satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office was built web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can be accessed via the url link https://surveikecamatanlebongtengah.online/. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it is found that this application is very helpful in managing and evaluating data on community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District so that the level of community satisfaction is known and this application can be used as a forum for the community in providing community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District.

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Shopee merupakan platform e-commerce terkemuka di Indonesia dengan jumlah pengguna aktif terbanyak. Namun, agar tetap kompetitif, aplikasi Shopee masih memerlukan berbagai pengoptimalan dalam aspek usability. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap usability Shopee dengan metode SUS, serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna melalui UTAUT2. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Penelitian ini melibatkan 190 responden dari mahasiswa Universitas Hasanuddin yang berasal dari 16 fakultas. Hasil. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode System Usability Scale menunjukkan skor 68,58, yang termasuk dalam kategori Marginal (High) dengan grade scale D dan berada dalam rentang GOOD. Analisis menggunakan model UTAUT2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel dengan pengaruh terbesar adalah Habit (87,47%), diikuti oleh Effort Expectancy (85,16%) dan Behavior Intention (82,74%). Sementara itu, variabel dengan pengaruh terendah adalah Social Influence (73,26%), diikuti oleh Facilitating Condition (78,32%) dan Price Value (79,05%). Kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna menerima Shopee sebagai aplikasi yang bermanfaat, memberikan kemudahan, serta pengalaman yang menyenangkan dalam penggunaannya.

Abstract

Abstract—E-commerce-based sales information system at Toko Sahabat Motor, to overcome the problems of the conventional sales system used before. This system is designed to provide convenience in managing product data, transactions, and store information in integrated manner, as well as making it easier for customers to obtain information and online purchase car spare parts. The research uses the waterfall method, with steps such as requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing using the black-box testing method. The results showed that the information system built can improve store operational efficiency, provide faster and more accurate services, and support digital marketing strategies. The system is also designed with key features such as product data management, user registration, order processing, and payment options via COD and bank transfer, which are relevant to meet the needs of customers in the target area. Abstract

Making information systems for “Paket C” participants is an urgent need for PKBM in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of non-formal education services. Based on these conditions the researcher tries to design a sales information system that is in accordance with the problems that have been analyzed, to produce an information system design that can help the next programmer create an application program in order to produce higher quality information, the programming language that the researcher plans is to use a web program which is expected to help work in data processing to be more effective and efficient. The analysis carried out is: context diagram, relationship between files, database design, menu and sub menu design, input design, output design, using the waterfall method. PKBM (Community Learning Center) Information System has enormous potential in improving the quality of non-formal education management, especially for Paket program. The implementation of this system can speed up the administrative process, facilitate the management of student data, and provide convenience in making reports that are more accurate and timely, With an integrated system, PKBM can monitor the development of students more efficiently, starting from registration, attendance, test scores, to graduation, To achieve optimal results, the implementation of this information system requires serious attention to several supporting factors, such as adequate infrastructure, training for managers and system users, and readiness to face technological challenges.

Abstract

Tingkat kecemasan pada Generasi Z meningkat karena tekanan akademik, pengaruh media sosial, dan kekhawatiran terhadap masa depan. Jika tidak ditangani, hal ini dapat berdampak buruk pada kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis Android dengan metode Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) dan Certainty Factor (CF) untuk melakukan diagnosis mandiri. Aplikasi IREMIA dibangun dengan Flutter dan Cloud Firestore, dan mampu memberikan hasil diagnosis secara cepat dan akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam membantu pengguna memahami kondisi kecemasan mereka dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Promosi Pendaftaran Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PPMB) di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Program Studi Informatika bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan keunggulan prodi kepada calon mahasiswa agar terbangun minat, kesadaran dan keinginan untuk mendaftar. Promosi membutuhkan strategi yang tepat sasaran agar efisiensi biaya, tenaga dan waktu dapat dioptimalkan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang mampu menganalisa serta mengklasifikasi data calon mahasiswa secara tepat. Algoritma Decission Tree C4.5 dapat membantu melakukan klasifikasi data karena karakteristik data yang diklasifikasikan dapat diperoleh dengan jelas, baik dalam bentuk struktur pohon keputusan maupun dalam bentuk aturan atau rule. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySql dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap metode penelitian. Tahap metode penelitian mampu melakukan analisa kebutuhan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui dari kelemahan sistem yang lama, kemudian membuat desain dari rancangan tersebut dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan rancangan sistem baru Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwasannya proses klasifikasi strategi promosi dengan algoritma C4.5 terlebih dahulu melalui proses training dan testing. Hasil dari proses algoritma C4.5 dapat diimplementasi sebagai pendukung dalam menentukan strategi promosi berdasarkan pohon Keputusan.
