Abstract

This research aims to implementation the symetric probability algorithm in building an expert system to diagnose diseases due by nutritional disorders. Disturbances in nutritional balance can cause a person's performance in activities to be not optimal and can even cause diseases that will interfere with daily routines. The lack of knowledge and concern for nutritional balance in the body is the cause of the emergence of health problems, in addition to the difficulty of access to consult a doctor also causes people to be less concerned about nutritional balance disorders. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build an expert system to help someone diagnose diseases due to nutritional disorders and solutions that can be done online so that it is expected to facilitate users. The implementation of symetric probability used in this expert system can provide diagnoses of nutritional disorders expressed as a percentage to measure the certainty value of a hypothesis against a fact of disease due to nutritional disorders experienced by adults. This expert system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This expert system can be used as a tool that makes it easier for people to diagnose early symptoms of diseases due to nutritional disorders because it can be accessed online.

Abstract

Terminal angkutan barang perlu mengadopsi model bisnis yang lebih adaptif dan terintegrasi untuk menghadapi tantangan dinamis di sektor transportasi dan logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Model Bisnis Kanvas yang komprehensif untuk Terminal Angkutan Barang, dengan studi kasus pada Terminal Barang Tanah Merdeka. Pendekatan model bisnis kanvas digunakan untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan elemen-elemen kunci bisnis yang meliputi Segmentasi Pelanggan, Proposisi Nilai, Saluran, Hubungan Pelanggan, Aliran Pendapatan, Sumber Daya Utama, Aktivitas Utama, Mitra Utama, dan Struktur Biaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan responden pemangku kepentingan Terminal Barang Tanah Merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan terminal dari terminal transportasi menjadi terminal logistik memiliki potensi besar dalam menjangkau Segmentasi Pengguna layanan dasar terminal, penyimpanan dan gudang, dan distribusi dan pengiriman; Proposisi Nilai mencakup kinerja, harga, aksesibilitas, kustomisasi, dan keamanan; Saluran menggunakan saluran milik sendiri dan mitra; Hubungan Pelanggan melalui bantuan pribadi, komunitas, dan co-creation; Aliran Pendapatan berasal dari penggunaan layanan dan layanan perantara; sumber daya utama mencakup sumber daya fisik, manusia, dan keuangan; Aktivitas Utama yaitu aktivitas layanan, keuangan, teknologi informasi, dan penjualan dan pemasaran; Mitra Utama yang dimiliki yaitu mitra pemerintah dan bisnis; Struktur Biaya yaitu biaya untuk aktivitas utama, sumber saya utama, dan mitra utama.

Abstract

Abstract—Recording inventory of goods at the Anugrah Ilmu Store still uses manual methods, namely using books, so the work takes longer and is inefficient. This research aims to design a web-based application that can help the Anugrah Ilmu store in managing stock. This research uses the waterfall method with steps, namely: (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Design; (4) Code; (5) Support. The place of this research was carried out at the Anugrah Ilmu shop. This web-based application design provides a main menu, input menu and output menu. How to apply the sequential service algorithm for stock management at the web-based Anugrah Ilmu shop. Abstract

Selection of the best village in Seginim District requires a systematic and objective approach to assess various influencing factors. One method that can be used to support decision making is the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, which combines value-based assessment with criteria weighting. This study aims to implement the WASPAS method in a decision support system (DSS) in selecting the best village in Seginim District based on several predetermined criteria, such as level of development, infrastructure quality, health, education, and community economy. In its implementation, each village is evaluated by giving weight to each criterion according to the priorities that have been set, then the assessment results are combined to obtain a final value that indicates the village with the best performance. The results of this study are expected to provide effective and efficient solutions in the process of selecting the best village, as well as provide a strong basis for fairer and more transparent decision-making at the government level

Abstract

Toko My Lova in Bengkulu City is one of the retail businesses engaged in the sale of fashion products and accessories. Along with business development, the need for adequate service is very important. Customer satisfaction is one of the key factors that can determine the long-term success of this store. However, the problem that is often faced is the difficulty of evaluating the extent to which employee services affect the level of customer satisfaction, as well as how to improve the quality of services provided.The solution offered is the implementation of the SAW method to measure customer satisfaction with My Lova store employee services. The SAW method will be used to analyze various criteria that affect customer satisfaction, such as employee friendliness, service speed, product quality, store cleanliness, and others.The results of the analysis of 10 consumers who have been surveyed regarding their satisfaction with employee services at Toko My Lova Bengkulu City, using the SAW method, then 90% of consumers stated that they were very satisfied with the services provided by My Lova Store employees. and 10% of consumers stated that they were satisfied, with the service at the my lova shop.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu is one of the State Senior High SchoolsState Senior High School located in Bengkulu City which has a commitment to in developing student potential. So far, data processing of student grades for each subjects have used e-report cards and the report card data can be exported to a Microsoft Excel file. exported into a Microsoft Excel file. However, the student grade data is data is often only stored as an archive without any further analysis to find out to find out information about patterns or trends in student achievement. At where this can help the school in providing guidance and optimizing the academic potential of each student at SMA Negeri 7. optimize the academic potential of each student at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City based on the level of student achievement. Abstract

Intisari— Peredaran uang tunai yang layak edar sangat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan kualitas transaksi keuangan. Namun, identifikasi kondisi uang kertas masih dilakukan secara manual, yang memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem deteksi kondisi uang berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk mengklasifikasikan uang dalam kondisi baik atau rusak secara otomatis. Dataset terdiri dari 500 gambar uang, yang diproses menggunakan augmentasi data dan dibagi menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data validasi. Model CNN yang dikembangkan memiliki lapisan utama seperti konvolusi, batch normalization, ReLU, pooling, dan fully connected layer, serta dilatih dengan optimizer Adam selama 50 epoch dengan learning rate 0.00001. Implementasi sistem dalam Graphical User Interface (GUI) berbasis MATLAB mempermudah penggunaannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi validasi 93%, precision 97%, dan recall 96%. Survei terhadap Bank Indonesia menunjukkan sistem ini mendapat skor sempurna dalam efisiensi, akurasi, kemudahan pengoperasian, dan kecepatan deteksi. Dengan hasil ini, sistem memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan dalam layanan kas keliling Bank Indonesia dan lembaga keuangan lainnya. Kata Kunci: CNN, Pengolahan Citra Digital, Klasifikasi Uang, GUI

Abstract

Official travel is a trip for the benefit of the office from the order of the superior authorized to order. Based on the results of interviews, problems in making letters relating to official travel are increasingly being found so that it requires the existence of an official travel order management application. The Application for Management of Official Travel Warrants is an application that will be used to facilitate the management of all important documents related to official travel carried out by the Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Provinsi Bengkulu of Communication, Information and Statistics. This application has features that are capable of managing and storing data starting from the Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD), Surat Perintah Tugas (SPT) or Surat Perintah (SP), kwitansi, rincian biaya perjalanan dinas, nota dinas, bukti perjalanan dinas and approval carried out by superiors. The design and construction of this application is made with Waterfall software development methods, Unified Model Language (UML) to model the system, and use the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL databases and other software

Abstract

The knowledge of farmers about the types of diseases that can attack Koi fish during cultivation is very small. Prediction of disease indications in Koi fish cultivation is an important thing for the success of cultivation. Disease prediction is obtained from facts in the cultivation process. Determining Koi fish disease can be an obstacle when the information known is not accurate. So an application is needed that has knowledge like an expert (specialist doctor). Forward Chaining is a mathematical theory for proof based on the function of belief and reasonable thinking, which is used to combine separate pieces of information (evidence) to calculate the probability of an event. The method used to obtain diagnostic results by sorting between general and specific symptoms. With this application, it is expected to be able to diagnose and provide treatment solutions like those done by experts

Abstract

The development of information technology today is quite advanced; however, this reality contrasts sharply with the services provided by government agencies, particularly those at the sub-district level. The sub-district government offices, which manage community services, need to update their quality, especially in the area of public complaint handling. Currently, it is still challenging for citizens to submit complaints about their local environment to the local government, which often results in residents directing their complaints to inappropriate channels. Therefore, the goal of this research is to design a web-based public complaint system for the Teluk Segara Sub-District Office, enabling citizens to more easily communicate their grievances to the relevant authorities.
