Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variable independen (kinerja keuangan), satu variabel dependen (Nilai Perusahaan) dan dua variabel moderasi (Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan, menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dalam memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dalam memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010 – 2015 dengan jumlah data 91. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Dimana ada beberapa kriteria yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Kriteria tersebut antara lain: 1) Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2010 – 2015; 2) Perusahaan yang diteliti memiliki laba yang positif selama periode penelitian; 3) Perusahaan yang diteliti telah dan melaporkan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial selama periode penelitian. 4) Perusahaan yang diteliti memiliki kepemilikan manajerial.Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis akan dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Uji Asumsi Klasik yang di lakukan terdiri dari: uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi dan uji heteroskedastisitas.Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan beberapa analisis. Pertama, analisis regresi linier sederhana: digunakan untuk menguji apakah variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Kedua, Uji Interaksi atau Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research investigated direct and indirect relationship between brand equity constructs. We employed the costumer-based brand equity of Aaker’s (1991) which incorporated four dimensions of brand equity namely, brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty. This present study looked at Indonesia as one of emerging market which becomes a more important market that there are many growth opportunities internationally, and using the teenager frequent consumers of McDonals’s restaurant as subjects. We chose the object of the famous global brand Mc Donald’s restaurant as the biggest companies of fast food restaurant in hospitality industry that implements local adaptations. We implement Structural Equation Modelling with LISREL to examine the hypothesis. Based on our analysis and result, we found that there are direct and indirect relationship among brand equity construct, whereas perceived quality and brand awareness are important variables which affect brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study explains how the utilization of the information technology influences the end-user computing satisfaction. This study also examines the information effect between task uncertainly and dimantion of utilization information technology insist the delivery and the scope of the utilization.Purposive sampling is used for taking samples. The samples are structural official in the goverment city of Yogyakarta that used management information system to their daily job. Multiple regression is used to examine the influence of the dimension of utilization on end-user computing satisfactiomns.While, to exam-ine the interaction effect between task uncertainly and dimension of utilization on end-user computing satisfactions used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The result shows that dimension of utilization are influence on end-user computing satisfactions. But the interaction between task uncertainly and dimension of utilization are not influence significantly.

Abstract

This article aims to (1) design an appropriate financial planning model for a restaurant, (2) give an example of a financial planning model that may be can be applied to the same kind of business, (3) give a guidance to the owner and employee in daily financial operational activity. This article is based on (1) the analysis of theory and its application in a real business, especially at  Blue Oceanrestaurant, as a new business, (2) survey on the surrounded area, and (3) interview with  the business’ owners in the surrounding area .We have analyzed all the data and information, and then try to describe it in a financial planning model, consisting of needs and uses of investment funds (Start-up cost), start-up balance sheet, pro forma income statement, cash budget, pro forma endingbalance sheet.It can be concluded that a financial planning model  will give a clear guidance to the owner and the employeehow to manage daily operation and financial control, and it is clear what financial goals and objectives have to be achieved by the owner (in the next five years).

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether foreign ownership moderates the relationship between family control and financial performance. Based on the purposive sampling technique, this study uses 16 large family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), during 2012-2017. Hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study reveal several important things. First, foreign ownership positively moderates the relationship between family control and dividend payments. Second, foreign ownership positively moderates the relationship between family control and profitability. These results suggest that foreign ownership can mitigate the level of expropriation of the wealth of minority shareholders by family owners. In this case, foreign owners are able to suppress the negative effect of family control on profitability and dividend payments.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of brand characteristic, company characteristic and customer’s brand characteristic toward customer’s loyalty in Outlet Planet Surf Yogyakarta.This research is quantitative in nature by using survey method with questionnaire. The population of the research is the customer in Outlet Planet Surf Yogyakarta, by using the criteria of customer who made a purchase transaction at least once in the last three months. The samples are 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis being used is the quantitative analysis which include: validity test and reliability test, double linear regression, and the hypothesis is tested by using Individual Parameter Significance Test (statistical test t), simultaneous significance test (statistical test f) and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The result of the research shows that simultaneously the three free variables which are brand characteristic (X1), company characteristic (X2), and customer’s brand characteristic (X3) positively and significantly affect the customer’s loyalty (Y). Partial test also shows that all of the respective variables positively and significantly affect the customer’s loyalty.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the effects of Leadership style, Employees’ Loyalty, and Workload towards the employees’ working performance (a Study on Teachers and Employees in UPT SMAN Nawangan Pacitan). The subjects of this research is Teachers and Employees in UPT SMAN Nawangan Pacitan. In this research, the population are 50 respondents by using the saturated sampling or census. The analytical tool used is SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 21, by using the double linear regression method.Based on the analysis, the result shows that the leadership style, employees’ loyalty, and workload have positive and significant effect towards the employees’ working performance. The Leadership style and workload have positive and significant effects towards the employees’ loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on turnover intention with job embeddedness as intervening variable of study on PT. Primissima employees. Subjects in this study were employees in the production of PT. Primissima. The number of samples used were 109 respondents using cluster sampling and convenience techniques. The analysis technique used for this test is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using AMOS software version 22. Based on the analysis, the result shows that compensation has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has positive and significant effect on job embeddedness, compensation has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job embeddedness does not mediate the effect of compensation to turnover intention on PT production employee Primissima.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of capital structure and profitability on firm value with a managerial ownership as a variable moderation.The population in this research is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2013 up to 2016. Data collected by purposive sampling method and the sampling results obtained are 96 sampel. The analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) or interaction test. The result show that the capital structure as measured by DER has a positive and significant effecton firm value, profitability as measured by ROA has a positive and significanton firm value, the capital structure which moderated by managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value and profitability which moderated by managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

To make the experiences of visiting tourist destination become tangible, tourists are inclined to bring some souvenirs for their family and friends. Such big target market is enough reason to make businesses which provide souvenirs such as goods and foods in the tourist destinations. At the moment, there is an ongoing trend in Indonesia which uses celebrity or famous public figures’ names as a part of the souvenirs’ marketing appeal. Malang Strudel, Jogja Scrummy, and Surabaya Snowcake are a few examples of foods, especially pastries, as souvenir that are specifically marketed for the visitors of a particular city, and use famous actors and  actress’  as owner  and  their  brand ambassadors. The  construction  of  foods identity and products branding of food as souvenir were the focus of this research. The data were collected through interview, documentation, and observation. The results indicate that public figures are extremely important in creating the identity of food as the souvenir of a particular city, although the product itself is not originally from the city. Moreover, tourists who buy the food as souvenir were influenced by the public figures’ name.
