Abstract

The availability of social facilities in a region needs to be adjusted to the standard needs of regional public facilities to serve the needs of the population. Evaluation of the availability and needs of social facilities is important to support regional development. Besides that, social facilities can be an emergency infrastructure facility when disaster strikes. The existence of schools, health facilities, means of worship, a building or meeting hall becomes very important when a disaster occurs and requires rapid, appropriate, and emergency evacuation. The preparation of public infrastructure for emergency response service is one of the quick response of evacuation and anticipation of disaster victims. The results of this study are the analysis of the social facilities availability and social facilities needs as a means of public infrastructure in Banjarnegara Regency based on Indonesian National Standard. By using the analysis of serviceability, it can be evaluated the availability and needs of social facilities based on the region and can be included in regional development planning.

Abstract

Evaluation of reservoir capacity is needed to find out how big the effective volume change of Ngancar Reservoir from the beginning of measurement until 2016. The purpose of this research is measuring volume of Ngancar Reservoir using bathymetry method with echosounder and calculating the remaining relative age of Ngancar Reservoir. Measurement topography of Ngancar Reservoir is done by bathymetry method of aquatic systematic random sampling method through certain path using echosounder. Analysis of reservoir capacity is done by calculating the volumes of Ngancar Reservoir and calculating the residual life of the reservoir relative. Fluctuation analysis of volume change was done by calculating the effective volume of reservoirs 1946-2016 and graphs. The calculation of the volume of the Ngancar Reservoir from the topographic map produces an effective volume value of 2016 is 1269905 m3 and the effective puddle area is 1393416 m2. An increase in sedimentation volume from 2011-2016 amounted to 296119.75 m3 with sedimentation rate was 59223.95 / year. With the assumption that the same landuse and sedimentation rate tend to be stable then the remaining age of Ngancar Reservoir is 21 years and 95 years old.

Abstract

Abstract Since 2016 the government has accelerated the registration of land systematically complete until in 2025 the whole plot of land in Indonesia registered. In 2018 alone the government is targeting 7 million fields, and 2019 is targeting 9 million. To achieve these targets is required technology that can overcome this. Drone, better known as Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or unmanned aircraft technology as a solution for mapping of land with a large target, time and area flexibility desired shooting, and detailed shooting spatial resolution results as well as a relatively cheaper cost than the recording price with satellite. This research uses qualitative method. Data were obtained from the study literature. After the data collected it will be done data analysis with three stages, namely; Reduction, Display, and Conclution. The results of this study shows that the use of drones for the acceleration of land mapping is the right choice because the drone shots have spatial resolution which is so high that it complies with ground mapping rules and the price is cheap. Keywords: drone, mapping, plot of land

Abstract

Cangkringan District (the research site) is one of the districts in Sleman Regency of which spatial function includeswater catchment area. Holding the predicate as a water catchment area, the research area serves as one of the groundwater supply areas for the community living in Sleman Regency. One aspect of integrated water resources management is the water resources information system aspect, in which the geohydrology information system (groundwater) is included. Based on the aspect of water resources management, the study on shallow groundwater characteristics as catchment area in the research site should be conducted. The characteristics of shallow groundwater resources being investigated in this study included the condition and the distribution of groundwater depth, groundwater flow direction, and groundwater electrical conductivity. The primary data were collected on excavation wells of which locationswere determined using systematic random sampling method, by means of making imaginary grids, measuring to 2 km x 2 km. the primary data collected included coordinate data, groundwater depth data, the site’s altitude, and the groundwater conductivity data. The samples of groundwater electrical conductivity were determined by cluster sampling method, based on the groundwater depth area. The data analysis results demonstrate that shallow groundwater resource in the research site has the following characteristics: the groundwater depth is mostly less than 5 meter, the groundwater flows to the south of the research site, the electric conductivity of the research area has various values, i.e. 187 microS/ cm of the lowest value, and 368 microS/ cm of the highest value. Keywords: Cangkringan District, shallow groundwater, groundwater depth, groundwater flow, groundwater electrical conductivity.

Abstract

Asean Economic Community (AEC) is a realization of free market in Southeast Asia, consequence MEA are free flow of ASEAN countries in the form of goods, services, investment, labor, and capital. This condition requires Indonesian people, especially entrepreneurs of UMKM (Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah) to be able to adjust business competition globally. Tegalrejo Sub-district is a sub-district with UMKM potential of 890 (Disperindakop, 2017), this condition is supported by strategic location on busy traffic line and around tourism area. This research uses qualitative method by collecting secondary data and doing interview with UMKM in Tegalrejo Sub-district. Through the results of data processing, it can be seen that the analysis of UMKM strategies in dealing with MEA among others related to the quality of human resources, business management, internet marketing, tourism potential development, and local products. Research on the strategy of UMKM Tegalrejo District makes UMKM can grow globally and reduce unemployment.Key words: AEC, UMKM, strategy

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana respon dan persepsi masyarakat disekitar Gunungapi dalam menghadapi ancaman bahaya erupsi. Dari hasil studi respon dan persepsi mereka terhadap bencana sangat bervariasi. Banyak variabel yang mempengaruhi, seperti pendidikan, beban tanggungan, jenis kelamin, usia, hingga pengalaman bencana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan wawancara. Analisis model interaktif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil wawancara. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa masyarakat di Kecamatan Ngantang - Malang yang terdampak erupsi Kelud pada tahun 2014 tidak siap dalam menghadapi bencana tersebut karena pengalaman tahun sebelumnya tidak pernah sampai seperti itu. Ada juga pendapat dari masyarakat di Kabupaten Kediri bahwa erupsi Kelud pada tahun 2014 merupakan  dampak dari perebutan  wilayah Kelud  dengan  Kabupaten Blitar. Masyarakat di Kecamatan Poncokusumo - Malang menyikapi erupsi Gunungapi Bromo tahun 2014 sebagai sebuah takdir dan selama mereka berbuat baik maka desa mereka tidak akan terkena dampak merusaknya. Mereka sangat percaya dengan karma baik dan karma buruk. Jika ada satu warga saja di desa mereka yang melakukan hal buruk maka seluruh warga desa akan terkena murka dari Gunungapi Bromo. Dan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bondowoso beranggapan bahwa erupsi Raung pada tahun 2015 akan sama seperti sebelumnya dan tidak merusak. Mereka tidak merasa keberatan jika harus dievakuasi atau direlokasi karena sebagian besar warga yang tinggal di lereng Raung bekerja kepada pihak Perhutani dan tidak merasa memeliki lahan atau rumah pondok tersebut sepenuhnya. Mereka adalah warga yang sudah memiliki tempat tinggal di wilayah lain (Kecamatan Sumber Wringin - Bondowoso).

Abstract

The increasing population population is a problem for the environment. Increased population will increase the amount of consumption and waste generated. Waste Solid (SW) becomes a problem that is not needed properly. SW deliber changes environmental balance that can cause contamination of soil, air and air. The problem of SW in Tegal City becomes a serious problem. TPA located in Muarareja Urban Village, the lease of the land has expired since November 2015. The need to study the determination of the landfill location is an immediate need. By utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS), is an ideal model in determining location based on data overlay method. GIS utilization with physical data analysis and conformity with Spatial Plan (RTRW). Obtained several location options that can be used as an alternative landfill location. Some government locations, 1) Pulosari District, Kab. Pemalang, 2) District Tonjong, Kab. Brebes, 3) Kedungbanteng Sub-district, Tegal Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the species of rare plants existing in forest tourism Monkey Forest, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali and their mapping distributions in the original nature. This is an explorative research. The populations of this research were all species of plants in Monkey Forest. This research samples were the plant species covered by the squares. The sampling method used was quadratic method with systematic sampling technique. The mapping of rare plant species distribution used simple mapping method which was simple polygon compass and GPS. Identification of rare plant species was conducted through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and document studies. The results showed that the distribution of rare plant species in Monkey Forest, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali was in groups. The total number of rare plant species their nature were 33 species with the details that there were as many as six species of plants belonging to the National Rare category, 18 species of Bali Rare category, eight species of Regency Rare category, and one species of Rare Sub-District category.

Abstract

Pembangunan yang terjadi di Kota Solok akan menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan penggunaan lahan. Perubahan penggunaan lahan yang terjadi dengan meningkatnya lahan terbangun akan menyebabkan naiknya suhu permukaan (surface temperature) yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya urban heat island. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui suhu permukaan yang ada di Kota Solok dan daerah fenomena urban heat island dan hubungan antara perubahan penggunaan lahan terhadap suhu permukaan yang menyebabkan terjadinya urban heat island di daerah Kota Solok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan salah satu model Land Surface Temperature untuk mengetahui suhu permukaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan citra digital selain itu juga menggunakan metode Object Base Image Analyst (OBIA) untuk mendapatkan penggunaan lahan yang ada di Kota Solok. Dengan menggunakan metode yang digunakan akan didapatkan suhu permukaan yang ada di Kota Solok dan daerah fenomena Urban Heat Island serta hubungannya penggunaan lahan dengan suhu permukaan.Kata Kunci : Suhu Permukaan, OBIA, Penggunaan Lahan

Abstract

Kalimantan Selatan memiliki peluang untuk menikmati bonus demografi dengan jendela kesempatan (the window of opportunity) di Kalimantan Selatan dimana rasio ketergantungan mencapai titik terendah 39,7 pada tahun 2025. Maka jendela kesempatan harus dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin. Posisi perempuan di beberapa negara termasuk Indonesia lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Peran wanita dalam bonus demografi menjadi tantangan yang harus dipersiapkan oleh pemerintah provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran wanita dalam menghadapi bonus demografi berdasarkan daerah tempat tinggal di Kalimantan Selatan.Analisis data sekunder menjadi metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) Tahun 2012. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah daerah tempat tinggal (perdesaan dan perkotaan), dan variabel bebas penelitian ini yaitu tingkat pendidikan, status bekerja, usia perkawinan pertama, usia persalinan pertama, kematian anak, fertilitas dan indek kekayaan perempuan yang dianalisis menggunakan tabel silang dan uji Chi Square dengan memanfaatkan Software Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS).Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square (X2) semua variabel bebas X2hitung > X2tabel, yang berarti semua variabel bebas mempunyai perbedaan yang bermakna dengan daerah tempat tinggal. Ini mencerminkan terjadinya ketimpangan tingkat pendidikan, status bekerja, usia perkawinan pertama, usia persalinan pertama, kematian anak, fertilitas dan indek kekayaan perempuan berdasarkan daerah tempat tinggal. Peran wanita dalam menghadapi bonus demografi berdasarkan daerah tempat tinggal selain meminimalisir ketimpangan yang ada antara daerah perdesaan dan perkotaan di Kalimantan Selatan, juga harus mengelola kelebihan yang sudah ada seperti status bekerja dan fertilitas, serta di bidang pendidikan lebih meningkatkan tingkat pendidikan, juga dibidang kesehatan seperti usia perkawinan pertama, usia persalinan pertama, kematian anak dan fertilitas. Dibutuhkan kebiajakn yang berbasis gender dan kebijakan yang tidak tepat hanya akan membuat bonus demografi lewat begitu saja.
