Abstract

The COVID-19 virus that attacks the respiratory system, ranging from mild, and moderate, to death can affect anyone, including pregnant women. Vaccination has proven effective in dealing with the spread of COVID-19 cases. However, the majority of pregnant women are reluctant to receive vaccinations because of their fear. The research aims to determine the determinants of receiving COVID-19 vaccination in pregnant women to reduce their anxiety and be encouraged to be vaccinated. This study uses a literature review method from journals published between 2017-2022 in Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar with the keywords acceptance, vaccine COVID-19, and pregnant. The total results from the literature study obtained 13 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The result of this literature review is that the low acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination is seen in young pregnant women, but in China itself, younger pregnant women receive the vaccine higher; exposure to negative information about vaccines; non-white race; religious beliefs in Ethiopia; lack of knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and evidence of vaccine safety in pregnant women, causing fear of the vaccine's effect on the fetus; perceived low susceptibility to COVID-19; low-income mothers; residence in rural areas; and a less motivating environment for COVID-19 vaccination.

Fire is a condition of a building, such as a house, factory, market, or building, burning uncontrollably, causing casualties. Fire is one of the disasters caused by non-natural factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external environmental factors in fire prevention. As well as designing a strategy formulation in fire prevention prevention. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis using the QSPM (Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix) matrix. The number of respondents who were taken in this study were three people. The results of this study are based on interviews with the fire department which resulted in factors influencing the occurrence of fires from internal and external during the fire fighting strategy. The most influential internal factor in terms of strength is the formation of early handling officers at the RW level to provide counseling to the community. Already has a lot of fleet facilities. Lack of training for new firefighters. External factors on fire prevention include. Provide external training for firefighters who are in the agency/community while in terms of threats, namely weak cooperation with electricity, water providers. Strategies that can improve fire prevention include increasing fire prevention capacity building for the community and agencies and residents maximizing early fire prevention so that fires are immediately extinguished

Abstract

Formalin in food causes long-term health effects. Aloe vera contains saponin compounds and leri water contains proteins that can bind formalin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of aloe vera and leri water on reducing formalin levels in tofu. The experimental research design used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatment in this study was the use of a solution of aloe vera and leri water using a concentration of 100%:0, 80%: 20% , 60%:40, 0:100%, 20%:80% and 40%:60%. The highest mean reduction in formalin levels was using a solution of aloe vera and leri water with a concentration of 0%:100%, namely 76.9 ppm (71.8%), the average decrease in formalin levels in tofu was the lowest using a solution of aloe vera and leri water with a concentration of 100% :0%, namely 15.8 ppm (14.7%). The Kruskal Walls test obtained a significance value of p = 0.006, which means that there are differences in the use of aloe vera solution and leri water in various concentrations for reducing formalin levels in tofu. Keywords: aloe vera, leri water, formalin, tofu.
