Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is conducted to analysis the significance: (1) emotional intelligence toward teachers’ performance, (2) organizational commitment toward teachers’ performance, and (3) organizational commitment toward teachers’ performance SMP Kristen, SMK Kristen and SMA Kristen of Purwodadi with working motivation as moderating variable. The population is the teacher’s SMP Kristen, SMK Kristen and SMA Kristen of Purwodadi is 62 persons. Sample is all teachers’ that is 62 persons. The technique of the collecting with documentation, interview and questioner. The analysis technique data is multiple linear regressions, test of accuracy model, test of determinacy coefficient and of regression with absolute difference model. The results showed the influence of Emotional Intelligence (X1) toward Teachers’ Performance  (Y) with Working Motivation (X3) as variable of moderating where Working Motivation variable will strengthen influence of Emotional Intelligence toward Teachers’ Performance. Influence of Organizational Commitment (X2) toward Teachers’ Performance (Y) with Working Motivation (X3) as moderating variable where Motivation variable will strengthen influence of Organizational Commitment toward Teachers’ Performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study took place in SMK Pancasila. Its population is a vocational teacher Purwodadi Pancasila and the sample is the entire population of the 56 teachers. The purpose of this study was to 1) analyze the significance of differences in teachers certified and not certified in terms of the motivation of teachers in vocational Purwodadi Pancasila. 2) analyze the significance of differences in teachers certified and not certified in terms of employment in vocational loyalty Purwodadi Pancasila. 3) analyze the significance of differences in teachers certified and not certified in terms of the performance of teachers in vocational Purwodadi Pancasila. Results of data analysis, certified teachers tend to be more on work motivation high and moderate, but not yet certified teachers tend to be more on the low work motivation. While working on the loyalty of certified teachers tend to be more moderate and low, but not yet certified teachers tend to be more on the loyalty of high employment. And the performance of teachers who have been certified tend to be higher, but not yet certified teachers tend to be more on the performance of medium and low. Abstract

ABSTRACT The experiment was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Solo branch Jalan Sudirman No.. 8. The data used are primary data taken from questionnaires to the respondents. All variables are taken through a questionnaire with as much data as 50 people. Data analysis tool that is used by multiple regression analysis, moderating regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (1) There is a significant effect of transformational leadership behavior on employee performance, (2) There is no significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (3) There is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance, (4) Motivation work does not moderate the effect of transformational leadership behavior on employee performance; (5) Motivation does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Solo branch.   Keywords: Transformational leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study were: (1) analyze the differences in motivation between civil servants and non-civil servant teachers in elementary school views of leadership, pay satisfaction and work environment. (2) analyze the motivation of civil service teachers are better than non-civil servant teachers' work motivation in elementary school views of leadership, pay satisfaction and work environment. The population is all teachers consisting of 254 teachers and 119 teachers PNS non civil servant in a public elementary school district education office UPT Nguter Sukoharjo district. Samples taken are 64 samples of civil servant teachers and 30 samples of non-civil servant teachers. The sampling procedure with proportional cluster random sampling method. The analysis technique uses test validity, reliability test and independent sample t-test. The results showed that: (1) the average civil servant job motivation is higher than non-civil servant teachers 'work motivation in terms of leadership, (2) the average civil servant job motivation is higher than non-civil servant teachers' work motivation in terms of pay satisfaction. The test results independent sample t test showed a significant difference motivation civil servant and non-civil servant teachers in terms of pay satisfaction. The results showed that the average civil servant job motivation is higher than non-civil servant teachers' work motivation in terms of the working environment. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze: (1) leadership influence towards employee performance; (2) communication influence towards employee performance; (3) work motivation influence towards employee performance. The population is amount of 49 in social official, labour and regency transmigration Grobogan in 2009. Sampling methods is sensus. Collecting data technique uses inquiry validity and reliability test. Data is analyzed with multi regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient determination by using SPSS program. The result of this research shows: (1) the multi regression equation Y = 6,453 + 0,311 X1 + 0,290 X2 + 0,259 X3; (2) t test of leadership have p value 0,000 < 0,05; communication have p value 0,003 < 0,05; work motivation have p value 0,000 < 0,05, so the conclusion there is the influence of leadership, communication and work motivation significant towards employee performance. (3) coefficient determination (R2) = 0,710, that means contribution of leadership, communication and work motivation that influenced towards employee performance 71%, and the residual is influenced by other variables. The hypothesis that said the influence of leadership, communication and work motivation towards employee performance is proved. Abstract

ABSTRACT Aim of this research is to know influence organization structure to officer performance and influence organization structure to officer performance that moderate conflict. This research take location at Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi of Karanganyar Regency, regency with reason of that the office has merger so available adequate data in order to supporting this research. Population in this research is all officer of Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Of Karanganyar Regency counted 115 people and all as sample. Data collecting done with questionnaire, observation, bibliography study and documentation. Technique analyzed data the used t test, F test, determination test, Frucot dan Sharon Test. Result of research: value t test of organization structure result 8,479 with p-value 0,000 < 0,05 that means organization structure have influence to performance. Thats mean’s, the first hipotesis can be actually. Result interaction test of organization structure with conflict |X1-X2| result value -1,887 with p value 0,062 > 0,05. Thats mean’s, the second hipotesis can’t be actually. But, R2 result show that conflict can strong influence organization structure to performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi is the only school in the district RSBI Grobogan, it is necessary competence, work discipline and job satisfaction will affect the performance. The purpose of this research is to find answers to these problems. Teacher population SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi some 66 people. Samples were taken using the census, the overall retrieval techniques. Data collection through questionnaire validity and reliability. Technical analysis using multiple linear regression with the classical assumption. Conclusion of the study: (1) The hypothesis that there is a significant influence on the performance of teacher competence SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi proven true., (2) hypothesis which states that there is a significant influence on the performance of teachers' work discipline SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi not truth, (3) the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on the performance of the teacher job satisfaction SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi proven true, (4) the hypothesis that job satisfaction has a dominant influence on teacher performance SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi shown were correct. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of: (1) organizational commitment on job satisfaction, (2) organizational commitment to employee performance, (3) job satisfaction on employee performance, (4) To analyze the indirect effect of organizational commitment on performance through job satisfaction in Statistics Grobogan. The experiment was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics Grobogan. The data used are primary data taken from questionnaires to the respondents. All data captured through questionnaires every variable. Classical assumption final results showed all the data of each variable multikolinearkitas pass the test, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality test of data as many as 41 people. Data analysis tools are used with path analysis, test direct effect, and indirect effect test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing we can conclude: influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction; influence job satisfaction on employee performance; organizational commitment has a direct influence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) analyze the significance of the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of nurses, (2) analyzing the significance of the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of nurses, (3) analyzing the significance of the influence of work motivation on the performance of nurses, (4) analyze the performance of emotional intelligence nurse moderated motivation, (5) analyze the performance of the organization's commitment to nurses who work motivation moderated. This study is a population using all nurse respondents Rahayu Hospital Panti Purwodadi in District Purwodadi Grobogan some 130 people. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires through validity and reliability. Regression test requirements using the classical assumption test. Analysis using multiple regression analysis and regression testing moderating the absolute value of the difference. Results of this study indicate that (1) emotional intelligence significantly influence the performance of nurses, (2) organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of nurses, (3) Motivation significant effect on the performance of nurses, (4) Work motivation moderate the impact of emotional intelligence on the performance of nurses, (5) work motivation moderate the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of nurses. Abstract

  ABSTRACT Leadership styles, communication, welfare and motivation of an element management. Through leadership styles, communication, welfare and increasing employee motivation will affect the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Kradenan Grobogan. The results showed that leadership style variables significantly influence the performance of teachers; communication variables significantly influence the performance of teachers; welfare variables had no significant effect on teacher performance; variables of work motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance SMP Negeri 2 Kradenan Grobogan. F test results showed a significant effect of leadership style variables, communication, welfare and motivation to work simultaneously or jointly model accuracy on teacher performance SMP Negeri 2 Kradenan Grobogan. The test results showed that the coefficient of determination of the contribution of the effect variable of leadership styles, communication, welfare and motivation to work on teacher performance SMP Negeri 2 Kradenan by 30% and the remaining 70% are influenced by variables that are not investigated by researchers Keywords: leadership styles, communication, welfare, working motivation and performance
