Abstract

This research was conducted in DELTA Super Store Kraksaan at the beginning and the end ofAugust 2010. The subject of this research is part of the sale employee (salesman and salesgirl) of DELTASuper Store Kraksaan that consists of 100 people. Meanwhile the sample was taken as many as 80 people withthe sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data analysis that is used is a path analysis, an appliedform of multiple regression analysis, and the purpose is to know the direct or indirect effect of independentvariable on the dependent variable through intervening variable in a research. The result of this researchindicates that physical work environment (X1) has no significant effect on the employee work stress (Z) inDELTA Super Store Kraksaan with a significance, as well as non physical work environment (X2) also has nosignificant effect on the work stress (Z) with a significance, while physical work environment (X1) has significanteffect on the work motivation (Y), non physical work environment (X2) has significant effect on the workmotivation (Y), and work stress (Z) has significant negative effect on work motivation (Y), suggested thatDELTA Super Store Kraksaan must be more pay attention to what any factors can effect employee workmotivation, such as work environment condition both physical or non physical that can make the employeemore enthusiastic in working.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and explain the effects of compensation and work environment onemployee performance at the Office of District Salahutu Central Maluku District. Research in the Office ofKecamatan Salahutu, Central Maluku District. The population of this research is all employees of DistrictOffice of Salahutu Regency of Central Maluku which need 57 sampling technique by using census samplingdata. Data completion method used in this research is through questionnaire distribution to employees whobecome sample. Comprehensive data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis method to measurethe magnitude of influence or influence of independent variable to dependent variable, either partial orsimultaneous influence with other independent variables. Abstract

Abstract: The effectiveness of any organization including the business organization / company dependsdirectly on the effectiveness of the human resources work of the organization concerned. Human resourcedevelopment that focuses on the development of employee knowledge or knowledge resources is an importantrequirement for the company in exploring human resource capability to achieve company goals. Abstract

Islamic banking development in Indonesia has been improving continuously. Islamic banking activityin fund distribution could not be separated from an influence of macro economic variable, because one of thefactors that influenced fund was macro economics outwardness of the company. The purpose of the researchwas to saw direct influence of macro variable toward fund distribution and indirect influence toward fundthrough intervening variable. Kind of the research method was quantitative, the research samples were sixgeneral Islamic Banking in Indonesia since 2011–2015 and was taken with purposive sampling. This researchused path analysis method. The result showed that interest income inflation and exchange rate did notinfluenced significantly toward third-parties fund. Whereas circulate money aggregation influenced significantlytoward third-parties fund. In the significant second test the result showed that inflation, interest income, andcirculate money aggregation influenced significantly toward fund distribution. In the third significant test, theresult showed that third-parties fund influenced significantly toward amount of fund distribution. Finally,from the results could be concluded that third-parties fund was only became intervening variable for thecirculate money aggregation, because the circulate money aggregation influenced third party fund and funddistribution.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of servicescape and price to the satisfactionof visitors. This research was conducted at Museum Angkut Movie Star Studio Kota Wisata Batu. Samples ofthis study are 120 respondents, through purposive sampling method. Data collection was done throughobservation and questionnaires. Based on the analysis multiple linear regression research shown thatservicescape and prices simultaneous effect on satisfaction of visitors. Servicescape and prices partial effecton satisfaction of visitors. Servicescape predominantly affect the satisfaction of visitors.

Abstract

Abstract: For Muslims, benevolent’s behavior is highly recommended, because its a good behavior. To beable to compete to provide services for the patient, the nurse should be able to provide services based on thebenevolent’s behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine, test, and evaluate the influence of spiritualleadership, workplace spirituality, job satisfaction and benevolent’s behavior. The study conducted in RSIAisyiyah of Malang. Research population was all nurses. The Research samples were 60 nurses. Quistionareused to collect data from RSI Aisyiyah of Malang and the research data was analysis using PLS (Partial LeastSquare). The result showed that spiritual leadership significantly influenced workplace spirituality, spiritualleadership had no significantly influenced job satisfaction, spiritual leadership had no significantly influencedbenevolent’s behavior. Workplace spirituality significantly influenced job satisfaction, Workplace spiritualityhad no significantly influenced benevolent’s behavior, job satisfaction significantly influenced benevolent’sbehavior. Based on the result, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is valuable organizational component.This component may become on organization’s core competencies for improving benevolent’s behavior, whichare as sources of organizational competitive strengths in facing the rapidly changing business environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide assistance to creative finance economic actors (MSMEs) and intervention of snacks production management by paying attention to halalan-thoyibah with all the attributes. The research method is participatory action research (PAR). The results of the study showed that (i) stimulant funds given to the target group took place 3 times. The application of  the qordhu hasan model transaction formed appropriate technology named QH-9Kj, namely qordhu hasan on seven agreements :  the number of  group members, the number of  loans, the number of returns, the number of groups, the amount of return time (for example  per week),  the amount of savings based on profit obtained, the amount of withdrawal of savings, the number of  loans for the next round and the agreement  on the amount  of money  filling voluntarily without being determined and (ii) the intervention  of  halal  production and good by conducting counseling; the result is 89% satisfaction and carry out  with a halal and thoyib  production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis diliver fulfill customer value serta pengaruhnya terhadap business success. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitiannya adalah home industry opak gambir di Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 home industry. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terungkap bahwa terdapat keterkaitan  antara diliver fulfill customer value dengan business success. Maknanya, keberhasilan usaha home industry dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan tata kelola diliver fulfill customer value.

Abstract

The development and dynamics of marketing of banking services products help to grow the variables that facilitate the influence of word of mouth against the decision to save. One of it is the brand equity that is a set of assets that is associated with a brand that adds or reduces the value of the company in the views of customers. The purposes of the research are to determine the influence of word of mouth against the decision to save through Brand Equity on the customer of Syariah BRI Bank of Malang. The research used a quantitative approach with survey method. The population of the research was all customers of Savings at Syariah BRI Bank of Malang. Sampling technique used accidental sampling with the number of respondents as much as 100 respondents.  The dependent variable in the research was Savings Decision (Y), and the independent variable was Word of Mouth (X), with Brand Equity (M) as the mediation variable. Data analysis technique used Path Analysis. The research results indicated that the dimensions of word of mouth are Talkers, Topics, Taking Part and Tracking that directly influence against brand equity, and one dimension of word of mouth of tools have no effect against brand equity. Brand Equity directly influences the decision to save, all dimensions of word of mouth directly influence the decision to save, and Brand Equity can mediate the indirect influence of word of mouth against the savings decision

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research to analize the influence risk management is as proxy of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operation Efficiency (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL), to Financial Performance is as proxy of Return on Asset (ROA) Banking Firms wich listed on BEI in 2011 until  2016 periods. This research using time series data from Bank Indonesia’s published financial reports Banking Firms wich listed on BEI in 2002 until 2007 periods. After passed the purposive sampling phase, the number of valid sample is 5 Banking Firms wich listed on BEJ. The result of this research shows that CAR and NPL variables has a negative and unsignificant influence to ROA. BOPO variable also has a significant influence to ROA, the distinction between BOPO than another variables is the sign of variable coefficient, it has negative coefficient. It’s mean that the bank managements should be concern on the BOPO variable to improve profitability on their Financial Performance. Disintermediary functions of bank that occurs in the research periods is the reason for unsignificant CAR and NPL variable to ROA variable wich is as a proxy of Financial Performance Banking Firms.
