ABSTRACTShariah marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering and changing the value of an initiator to its stakeholders, which in its entirety conforms to the covenants and principles of muamalah (business) in Islam. This study aims to find out how the implementation of sharia ethics marketer at bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the goal is to describe systematically about the focus of research. The limitations in this study examine the principles of sharia ethics of marketer. Â Subjects in this study there are five informants. Data were collected by direct observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing with triangulation method as a validity test.The result of this research shows that Bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen has implemented 9 sharia ethics of marketers consist of have a spiritual personality, behave kindly and sympathetically (shiddiq), be fair in business (al-'adl), serving and humble (khidmah), keeping promises and not cheating, honest and trustworthy (al-amanah), do not like to suspect (su'uzh-zhan), do not like to vilify (ghibah), and do not do bribes (riswah).

The aimed of this study is to examine the influence of operational efficiency and Non-Performing Financing of The Shariah Bank toward profitability. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual report contained in Bank Indonesia. The sample in this study used 8 sharia commercial banks registered in Bank Indonesia in 2012-2016. Samples were chosen using purposive sampling methods. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression. The first hypothesis was used to examine the influence of operational efficiency to profitability. The second hypothesis was used to examine the influence of Non-Performance Financing to profitability. The third hypothesis was used to examine the influence of Operational Efficiency and Non Performance Financing to profitability. The result of the research shows that operational efficiency has an effect on profitability. But operational efficiency has not an effect on profitability. Simultaneously operational efficiency and Non-Performance Financing have an effect on profitability.

The study aims to determine the extent of policy effectiveness that comes from the polarization of executive and legislative relations can affect the welfare of the people of Cilegon city. To get the achievement and progress for the improvement of people's welfare, it is necessary to analyze policy concerning politic and law policy to be reviewed to document, observation and interview. thereby facilitating an analytical, constructive, explorative and documentative study. this is often called the data triangulation method. method is merging various methods of data collection. The research was conducted in Cilegon city using Qualitative research with Grounded Theory approach. data collection techniques is by data triangulation method. this is often called a method that combines various methods of data collection, such as observation, interviews and documentation. of this research is expected to increase the productivity of policies and efficiency of planning programs in the field of politics and law formulated by the regional government of Cilegon city can improve people's welfare. The results achieved from this research is the political policy of law conducted by the City Government Cilegon can encourage the improvement of the welfare of the people, this can be seen from the legislation product endorsed by Parliament Cilegon in quality and quantity is very good so that the product can be implemented properly by executives and provide juridical strength for the City Government Cilegon in improving economic development, as seen from indicators of improving the welfare of the people themselves. The political policy of law that is processed and in synergy between the existing government institutions in Cilegon City, indicates the strong and strong commitment of these institutions to encourage and improve the welfare of a just and equitable people.

Bank Thithil is an informal financial institution that offers high-interest loan services to the public. This study aims to determine the external factors considered by coastal Muslim society to use bank thithil financial services. The data were collected through survey with questionnaires and in-depth interviews with bank thithil customers at Bulu Meduro village, Tuban regency and analyzed by exploratory factor analysis methods. The results show that there are eight external factors that are considered by customers to use bank thithil services, namely: loan compensation and accessibility factors, customer parity and service, transaction time flexibility, ease of administration, brand image, location excellence, member advantage, and limited institutional coverage syariah finance. From the results of external factor analysis, then analyzed in depth using interviews with several customers, it was found that there were two factors that became a strong drawer for Muslim society to use bank thithil services, namely the prime service factor of bank thithil and barriers of syariah financial institutions.

The issue of environmental damage caused by industry continues to increase every year accompanied by real conditions that occur, either damage on humans, animals, plants, and the environment. Nowadays people are increasingly aware of the importance of preserving the environment more selectively in the selection of products used. This study was conducted to determine the effect of green perceived value and green brand image on green purchase intention on consumers of Malang Bodyshop. The number of samples study were 141 respondents of The Bodyshop customers in Malang. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: (1) At least 18 years old (2) Domiciled in the city of Malang and once made a purchase at the outlets of The Bodyshop Malang (3) Have used The Bodyshop products at least more than once. Data analysis techniques are performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the study shows that it turns outs that trust in green products plays a very important role in the desire of consumers to buy. The result obtained by green trust fully mediate green perceived value and green brand image of the green purchase intention. There is a positive relationship between the green perceived value on green trust and green brand image of green trust. It was also found in this study that there was a negative relationship between the green perceived value on green purchase intention and the negative relationship between the green brand image of the green purchase intention.Â

This study aims to determine what factors are considered Muslim entrepreneurs in determining the business performance of a Muslimpreneur in the city of Batam. Techniques of collecting data using kuisoner, observation, and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analaisis (CFA). The result of the research shows 4 variables forming the business performance of a Muslimpreneur namely Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Production. While the most dominant factor considered by employers in determining the performance of a muslimpreneur in Batam City is the production and human resources with the value of variance of 0.23% and 1.45%.

Intelligencies have an important role to improve employee performance. There was a  research gap related to the role. This research is to analyze the effect of intelligence dimensions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 67 respondents. Quantitative analysis is used. The results showed intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient could improve employee performance. Meanwhile, spiritual intelligence had a dominant role.

The formation of consumer attitudes will shape a person's intention to do or not, and that intention will influence the formation of consumer behavior. The purpose of this study is to fill the gap with previous research by investigating the role of religiosity, an essential part of a person's belief system, in the relationship between environmental variables and the intention to purchase green products / environmentally friendly products. Questionnaire or pre-test testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of State Universities in Malang in more significant numbers to obtain primary data. The method of analysis in research is the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that religiosity is related to spiritual values that influence one's actions in making decisions. Religiosity is very important in one's life. So that generation Z who has a high level of religiosity will think of the environment for the actions they do during the purchase activity. Thus generation Z will choose environmentally friendly products (green products) so that the surrounding environment is safe and avoid environmental damage.

Today's world has been facing a new era that emphasizes every creative industry to overcome information technology, especially for selling and marketing needs, namely the digital era. In this era of disruptive technology, company size cannot be guaranteed, so that the creative industries processing waste and used goods can take this opportunity to penetrate domestic and international markets. The success of innovative products penetrating the global market will provide enormous benefits for the industries that show one of marketing performance, especially if it is balanced by high intellectual capital. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effects of digital marketing on the marketing performance of creative industries processing waste and used goods through intellectual capital. The population of this research is the entire creative industries entrepreneurs processing waste and used products in Malang town whose numbers are unknown. The research sample of 150 respondents was selected through accidental-purposive-sampling technique. Quantitative primary data were collected through questionnaire surveys and analysed using path analysis. The results showed that digital marketing has direct and indirect effects on marketing performance through intellectual capital as an intervening variable which these effects are positive and significant

In 2017, Indonesia takes the title of worth-invested country, supported by the fact that Indonesia has accredited by United Nation Conference on Trade and Developments (UNCTAD) as one of the countries with prospective investation target. Furthermore, investation also become an important part of Indonesian economy as President Joko Widodo said that investation become the key of improvement for Indonesian economy. Stock market’s growths in Indonesia is actually quite good, although its literacy rate is not so much. This research focused on strategy to grow the literacy rate of stock market in order to increase society’s awareness through the synergies and roles of stackholders. We take one of the government’s program which is Yuk Nabung Saham as the research’s object. Data that are being used here is in the form of primary data of interviews’ results and secondary data then described and interpreted. In the development of the said program, we used penta helix Model that involves five stackholders. Then, we used Laku Pandai program in collaboration with three stackholders. With this program we hoped that it could increase society’s awareness about the importance of investation especially on stock market and we also hoped that it could increase the number of society’s investment in Indonesia that could give good impact to the economy of the country.Â
