Abstract

This writing discusses Homstay Batam, an inn located in Batam City, Riau Islands. The author chose Homstay Batam as a case study because the lodging business as a service company has a different resource supply chain flow than a product company. Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management are the main focus in this paper, where supply chain is the management of various activities to obtain raw materials that are transformed into a product in a process and continued with delivery to consumers through distribution. The stages in supply chain management include planning, process, production, storage, delivery, and return of goods. Enterprise Resource Planning is implemented with the help of social media. It is concluded that Homstay Batam has done the right division and distribution of resource planning so that the business can run optimally and generate maximum profit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan perbandingan organisasi korban fraud berdasarkan beberapa kategori termasuk ukuran organisasi, jenis organisasi, dan lain sebagainya. Dampak tata kelola yang kurang efektif, menentukan tingkat kerugian kasus fraud yang terjadi. Penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dalam menyusun temuan penelitian. Dari referensi yang digunakan, ditemukan bahwa persentase tertinggi kasus fraud baik dari lingkup global maupun Asia-Pasifik, diraih oleh perusahaan swasta. Laporan ACFE Indonesia 2019 mengungkapkan bahwa perusahaan swasta telah menjalankan aksi fraud sebesar 48,50% dengan nilai kerugian sebanyak Rp500 juta hingga 1 Miliar. Kenaikan kasus fraud turut dipengaruhi oleh dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang dimulai pada akhir tahun 2019. Sedangkan laporan report to nation yang melingkupi wilayah global, menempati tingkat persentase 44% untuk jenis perusahaan yang sama. Tingkat persentase yang hampir mencapai 50% dapat mengancam stabilitas ekonomi.

Abstract

In facing business competition, PT Telkom implements a strategy to be able to compete in the international market so that the company's capabilities and advantages competitive companies in the face of increasing competition in the international market effective. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy, the five forces analysis, industrial environment and SWOT analysis at PT Telkom. Besides that, identify the factors that become strengths and weaknesses as well opportunities and threats for this company. The analysis used in the research. This is a qualitative and descriptive descriptive analysis. By doing This external environmental analysis can evaluate PT Telkom's competitive strategy in achieving sustainable growth. By utilizing the porter five forces It is hoped that PT Telkom will be able to recognize its competitive position and improve competitive advantage to win the market. Abstract

The outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020 has brought downturn to the global economy and many companies went bankrupt during the epidemic. However, according to Unilever's financial report for the first half year, its sales fell only by 1.6% and its financial situation is still stable. The reason for it is not only for Unilever's action of taking Covid-19 as normalization, but also for its differentiation strategies, which make Unilever a competitive enterprise when the consumer products are in demand in Covid-19. Through the literature research method, this article uses the combination of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and PEST (political, economic, social and technological factors) models to explore the internal and external environments of Unilever in 2020, and concludes that under the multiple impacts of the external environment, Unilever still has great opportunities to make development relying on its own excellent internal conditions.

Abstract

Career management is an ongoing series of activities that must be prepared, developed, implemented and monitored by employees or Organizational involvement. The key to creating professional HR lies in recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees. Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. ANGKASA PURA II JAMBI. The sample in this study are employees at PT. ANGKASA PURA II JAMBI The method used in this research is the quantitative method by performing multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16 for windows.Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, partially work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian apple iphone pada mahasiswa di solo raya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan data jenis deskriptif. Metode Sampling Data yang digunakan yaitu Random Sampling. Data diperoleh dari data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, MSI, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, uji Hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand awarness, Brand association, Perceived quality, Brand loyalty secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Apple Iphone di daerah Solo Raya.

Abstract

Provision of good working hours in accordance with standards must be maintained by businesses to fulfill all their goals, including the Indonesian manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry in Indonesia must prioritize work standards, because these factors greatly affect a company's ability to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours and overtime on resource management with industrial relations, to analyze working hours to attract employees and to analyze the calculation of employee wages. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this study. The result of this research is that everyone involved in industrial relations must understand the rules of the game and other regulations that apply in Indonesia. In terms of working hours or overtime policies, developing the quality of human resources, absenteeism and leave policies, and salary increases that are in accordance with industry standards, can improve employee welfare and productivity and maintain competitiveness in a company.

Abstract

The meaning of halal is permissible, while haram is not permissible (prohibited) according to Islamic law. Having a halal certificate can give confidence to companies in using or printing halal labels on product packaging or company premises. This study aims to find out how the influence of the halal label and halal awareness has on the purchase intention MSME products in the Bima City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 100 respondents. Data was processed by statistical analysis using SPSS 20.00. The results showed that the halal label had a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City and halal awareness did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City. The contribution of this research is hoped that MSME actors will immediately take care of halal certificates so that consumers' interest in buying increases and products can be marketed outside the region so that the wider community can get to know MSME products from Bima city.
