Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly influenced the advancement of science and various other aspects. The realm of architectural design, both in the professional and educational fields, is not exempt from the influence of digital technology. Despite the fact that some architects still utilize traditional methods, digital technology has shifted traditional methods in architectural design. This writing aims to examine the role of digital technology in the world of architectural design. The method employed in this writing involves a literature review of several related studies. From the conducted review, it can be concluded that digital technology has made the architectural design process more efficient and straightforward. Additionally, with digital technology, architects can explore geometrical forms with high complexity. This is possible because computers nowadays are not merely used as tools to produce drawings or expedite the design process (computerization), but they actively play a role and are integrated into the architectural design process (computation).

Abstract

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. The result of this research is an automatic egg incubator machine that uses Arduino. Several electronic components used in the incubator are Arduino,

Abstract

Website is a form of mass media that is published through internet network that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Inventory Information System designed for CV Alan Bakery is a solution to the challenges of managing raw materials and bread that was previously done manually. CV Alan Bakery is engaged in bread production and sales shop, which requires efficient and accurate stock management. The system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool, and implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, as well as MySQL as a database management system. The UML approach was used to visually design the system structure, facilitating a better understanding of the relationships between entities in the system. The Laravel framework was chosen to speed up development, ensure security, and improve application performance. MySQL is used as a database to store raw material data, bread, sales transactions, and inventory-related information. This Inventory Information System helps CV Alan Bakery in automating the process of managing raw material and bread stocks. With this, problems related to discrepancies in the calculation of raw materials and bread can be minimized. In addition, the system allows for real-time stock monitoring, sales transaction tracking, and analysis related to inventory performance..

Abstract

Promotional strategies are used in marketing to determine the best way to bring products or services to certain markets, but sometimes in companies these strategies are often not optimal, as is still done by the printing and advertising company Permata Jaya Printing which only uses print media in the form of banners, posters , word of mouth and social media so that this promotional strategy is considered less effective in reaching a wider audience. To support the promotional media used by Permata Jaya Printing, the author tries to offer another alternative, namely the use of promotional media in the form of digital advertising videos based on motion graphics as a solution to this problem which is then distributed via social media. . Media such as Instagram and WhatsApp. The author chose to use the Research and Development (RnD) method in carrying out research which aims at the process of systematically searching for new knowledge, ideas, products and technologies, as well as developing and applying them to encourage innovation and growth. User efficacy test results were 83.5%. which is classified as very effective. So that this advertising video product can be declared feasible

Abstract

The extermination of animal populations is increasing, due to increased poaching and wildlife trade. This requires learning about caring for animals. Books play a very important role in the world of education, so that the learning process cannot be separated from the learning environment in the form of books. This design aims to produce a book concept about protected animals in Indonesia as an informative medium, providing scientific insight and knowledge about protected animals in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative as a method for searching for data in the form of verbal data and in visual form. Needs analysis data will be used to obtain a concept for designing the book "We Love And We Care" about protected animals in Indonesia. The book "We Love And We Care" is expected to attract children's interest in reading and loving the environment, especially protected animals.

Abstract

Tegalan Batik is a cultural heritage that faces challenges in its preservation, especially related to the lack of interest of the younger generation in learning batik. This research aims to analyze the obstacles faced in the development of Tegalan batik and evaluate the effectiveness of illustrated books as an educational medium to increase the younger generation's interest and understanding of Tegalan batik. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, observation and literature review. The research results show that the lack of regeneration and lack of markets are the main factors in the decline in the younger generation's interest in batik. Illustrated books can be an effective solution in Tegalan batik education

Abstract

Jaranan Gembong Bawono art is a traditional art that developed in Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. The Javanese tribe, which makes up the majority of the population in this district, influences the existence and occurrence of artistic activities. The times have influenced the existence of this traditional art in the Asahan Regency area. Jaranan art is a traditional art that always maintains ancestral values ​​and its main function. To maintain the existence of jaranan art, the Gembong Bawono Association made a change which ensures that this art still exists. This research aims to describe the existence of Jaranan Gembong Bawono art in Kisaran Timur District, Asahan Regency. The approach used in this paper is the existential approach. Soren Kierkagaard divides human existence into three levels, each of which has distinctive characteristics, namely aesthetic existence, (2) ethical existence, (3) religious existence. To deepen the existence of jaranan art, the concept of sociological theory was borrowed. Data collection used interviews, observation and documentation by analyzing the existence of the Gembong Bawono jaranan in Kisaran Timur District, Asahan Regency using descriptive methods, which is qualitative research. The research uses ethnographic methods from James P. Spradley's book. Ethnography consists of research techniques, ethnographic theory, and various kinds of describing culture. With this research, we can find out the existence of Jaranan Gembong Bawono among the people of Kisaran Timur District, Asahan Regency. Then so that it can be transmitted in written form by the next generation. The form of dance movements in this art is dynamic and strong, with the prominent addition of accompaniment which is very influential on the dance. These two components are processed into a unified whole.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports and Health are subjects that equip students with physical skills, health understanding and healthy living habits. This subject not only emphasizes the development of physical fitness, but also the formation of character, discipline and teamwork. Traditional teaching methods often face challenges in maintaining student interest and participation. Students who are used to digital technology feel that conventional methods are less interesting and irrelevant to their digital world. This research uses the waterfall method and aims to develop interactive learning media that integrates various elements such as animation, video tutorials, motion simulations and interactive quizzes. The results of the research produced interactive learning media with validation results from material and media experts showing a high level of feasibility, with an average score of 85%, exceeding the minimum criteria of 75%. Student responses were very positive, with 87% stating that this media increased their understanding and interest in learning.
