Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of customer relationship marketing , customer value and product excellence to customer satisfaction and its impact on the improvement of customer loyalty . The use of these variables with the results of previous studies of reasons , namely : Tax , Brown and Chandrasekaran (1998 ) , Mital , Ross and Baldasare (1998 ) , Too , Souchon , and Thirkell ( 2000) and Leo YM Sin et al ( 2002) who found direct influence of customer relationship marketing , customer value and product excellence to customer satisfaction and its influence on customer loyalty . The use of these variables can solve problems that occur in the PT. Trunk BRI branches , namely the high level of criticism received by PT . Trunk BRI branch offices that have an impact on customer loyalty is low . The sample was customers of PT . BRI branch offices of Batang, some 100 people. used SPSS 16.00 to analyze the data , analysis results show that customer relationship marketing is positive and significant impact on customer value and product excellence, customer value and product excellence and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on customer loyalty . The empirical findings indicate that in order to increase customer loyalty, which is the cause of the high level of criticism received by PT .BRI branch offices of Batang need to consider factors such as customer relationship marketing , customer value , customer satisfaction and product excellence , because these factors shown to affect the level of customer loyalty . Theoretical implications and suggestions for future research are also outlined at the end of this research. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Local Revenue, the General Allocation Fund, the Special Allocation Fund and the Fiscall Stress on Fiscal Decentralization Degree of Regency/City in Central Java province on 2007-2011. The data used is Realized Budget Report of 35 district and city in the province of Central Java. Types of data used is a combination of time series and cross section data. Data is analyzed by panel regression technique. The results showed that the Local Revenue has positive and significant impact on Fiscal Decentralization Degree, the General Allocation Fundhas negative and significant impact on Fiscal Decentralization Degree,the Special Allocation Fund has negative and significant impact on Fiscal Decentralization Degree, FiscallStress has positive and significant impact on Fiscal Decentralization Degree. Abstract

This research investigates and examines the Effect of Quality of Work Life and Carrier development on Employees performance by using Organizational commitment as moderating role in Comunication Transportation and Information Rembang. This research uses cencus sampling method. The collected sample is 105 respondent. The instrument testing used validity and reliability by alpha cronbach value. Model measurement uses Coefficient determination and F testing. Hypotheses testing uses multiple linier Regression and t testing. The result found that Quality of Work Life ( QWL ) positively and significantly effects the employees performance, Career development positively and significantly affectsthe employees performance which moderated by organizational commitment and Career Development has positive and significant effect on employees performance which is moderated by organizational commitment in Communication Transportation and Information of Rembang. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze and describe the influence of service quality and reputation of the trust as well as to analyze and describe the influence of service quality, corporate reputation and trust on customer satisfaction. Based on the purpose of the study, the researchers will conduct a study of research on the quality of service and the company's reputation of trust and the impact on customer satisfaction in customer savings at Bank SyariahMandiri Branch Kendal. In this study, the population is savings customers of Bank SyariahMandiri Branch Kendal until August 2015 that an unknown number of 13.245 customers. By using purposive sampling technique sampling is a way to determine the sample selection criteria of the respondents are already saving in Bank SyariahMandiri Branch Kendal more than one year can be sampled, then it is determined at 100 customers. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, test instrument, namely the validity and reliability, test models and hypothesis testing. Of the analysts who conducted the study concluded that the quality of service partially positive and significant impact on the trust. Reputable companies partially positive and significant impact on the trust. Quality of service partially positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The company's reputation partially positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Belief in partial positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Empowerment to Self Efficacy, the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) to Self Efficacy, the effect of Empowerment to Performance , the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX to Performance, the effect of Self Efficacy to Performance, the role of Self Efficacy as mediation variblethe effect of Empowerment to Performance and the role of Self Efficacy as mediation variblethe effect of LMX to Performance. This research was conducted with a sensus method with 100 respondent.Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. Based on data analysis shows that: 1) Empowerment positive effect on Self Efficacy. (2) Leader Member Exchange (LMX) positive effect on Self Efficacy. (3) Empowerment positive effect on employee performance. (4) Leader Member Exchange (LMX) positive effect on employee performance. and, (5) Self Efficacy positive effect on employee performance. (6) Self Efficacy as mediation variable the effect of empowerment on employee performance. (7) Self Efficacy as mediation variable the effect of the leader member exchange (LMX) on employee performance. Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the organizational culture role of moderating influence of discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of Public Primary School Teachers at UPT Disdikpora Tulis. In this study population is 141, where as samples taken a number of 115 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Alternative instrument used is the validity and reliability. Classical assumption used normality test, multikolonieritas test and heteroskedasticity test. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination (R²) dan F test (anova test). The hypothesis test used in this study used regression analysis with t criteria test frequency distribution for the level of significance (α) 5%. Based on research results can be summarized as follows: Discipline has positive impact on performance, Organizational commitment has positive impact on performance, Organizational culture has positive impact on performance, Organizational culture has not role of moderating influence of discipline on the performance, Organizational culture has not role of moderating influence of organizational commitment on the performance. Abstract

Goverment Official Travel Expenditure System Amendment becomes At Cost Per diems - Qualitative Study on the Regional Secretariat of Pekalongan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of official travel by the system at cost instead of the lump sum system, then what is perceived by the implementers tour of duty with the system at cost, through the perception of the respondents as well as the qualitative aspects of performance linkage efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of the official travel expenditure system at this cost. Type of research is the analysis of qualitative data, namely secondary data in the form of a review of definitions and concepts as well as the substance of some of the literature and legislation. In addition, primary data obtained from interviews of selected respondents, and relevant expert opinion in order to get conclusions about changes in the system of government business travel spending per diem be at cost, as well as the achievements of the efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of business travel spending in local government , especially the City of Pekalongan. The results of this study showed that after the implementation of Permendagri No. 16 of 2013, the implementation of official travel in Pekalongan, if the system is at cost as it is applied to the appropriate regulations is at cost to the cost of transport and accommodation expenses. Basically the perpetrators of this business trip or feel the presence of a potential lost opportunity, that should be their right, they feel economically disadvantaged as compared official travel when the per diem system. These conditions, can be demotivating for the players to make a business trip. Then the Local Government Mayor responded by issuing Regulation No. 20 of 2013, as the basis for standardization of the new prices official travel with the price adjustment points diem and lodging costs, so as to minimize the excesses of the application of laws and regulations in the area of the Central Government and the Central Government expectations will achieve efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of official travel shopping with this system change can be achieved. Abstract

In achieving the objectives of the organization, of course, must take into consideration several factors that influence performance. Among them is communication, compensation, organizational commitment and motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of communication on motivation, compensation effect on motivation, communication influence on organizational commitment, influence of compensation on organizational commitment, communication influence on the performance, the effect of compensation to performance, the effect of motivation on the performance and influence of organizational commitment to performance. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Employment Board Central Java Province some 167 people. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling method in which sampling based on predetermined criteria. Data processing was performed using SPSS 19.0. The analysis used in this research are descriptive statistics, test instruments and multiple linear regression. Conclusions from the study indicate that communication has a positive and significant impact on the motivation, compensation has a positive and significant impact on the motivation, communication has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, compensation has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, communication has a positive and significant impact on the performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on performance. Abstract

This study is intended to examine and analyze the effect of self efficacy and locus of control on employee performance with professional commitments as mediation (Study on Teacher SMA Negeri 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Semarang), arguing that the five schools are schools became the order of the first choice for the city of Semarang. The population in this study was 402 people. In this study Proportional sampling using accidental sampling that proportional sampling and every teacher who encountered can become members of the sample, it can be seen the number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include test the validity of factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha formula, normality test, classic assumption test, test the fit model, determination coefficient and multiple regression test. From the analysis of the data found that the Self Efficacy positive and significant impact on the professional commitment, Locus of Control positive and significant impact on the professional commitment, Self Efficacy positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Locus of Control positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Professional commitment is also positive and significant impact on teacher performance, but professional commitment is not a variable that mediates self efficacy and locus of control on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of work motivation and teacher competence on teacher performance is moderated by transformational leadership Principal for teacher of Madrasah Aliyah in Winong sub-districts of Pati regency.The numbers of data in this reseach is 83 (use sensus method). Multiple regression analysis is used to data analysis. The results showed that work motivation has positive effect on teachers performance, teachers competence has positive effect on teachers performance, transformational leadership has positive effect on teachers performance, the effect of work motivation on teachers performance is moderated by transformational leadership, and the effect of teachers competence on teachers’ performance is moderated by transformational leadership.
