Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and work environment on employee performance with self efficacy mediation. In this study the dependentvariable is the employee performance, while the independent variable is the locus of control andwork environment and self-efficacy as an intervening variable (mediation). This research was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Forestry Rembangregency. The method of data collection was done by using a questionnaire that census sample totaled 103 people. The results showed that the locus of control is significant positive effect on self-efficacybut not significant effect on the employee performance, work environment significant positive effect on self-efficacy and employee performance while self-efficacy significant positive effect onemployee performance and an intervening variable (mediation) between locus of control andemployee performance. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the Expected Oportunity Loss (EOL) in management of market retribution services in Pemalang distric. The sample of this research is three markets from the north and five markets from the south. The reason is because market from the south still used the market days and it didn't happen market from north because there are many thousands of traders. Data collection methods using direct interview to traders, retribution collectors,and market managers. After doing the research, the writer knows the causes Expected Oportunity Loss (EOL) is undisciplined retribution collectors who not understood of regulations so that they only receive retribution without calculating the tariff. We know that market management consists of planning, resource empowerment, finance and supervision but based on the results of the study it can be seen that the planning of the target market service retribution is only based on the calculation of the percentage of the previous year's target and it do not based on existing potential. The writer also knows the resource empowerment not optimal yet because officers still assume that they are collectors not being a managers then markets difficult to develop and innovate and also insufficient infrastructure. In terms of finance also is not optimal because market managers do collecting tax not appropriate with regional regulations. And also based on the research, the writers knows that monitoring and inpection about finance does not do reguraly at market and it can cause aberration. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Disclosure of Corporate Social Res ponsibility which moderate the influence of Liquidity, and Profitability to Firm Value study on LQ 45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2016. The research used purposive sampling method for sampling. Data obtained by publication www.idx.co.id. A sample of 158 companies were listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on statistical test F shows that Liquidity has a significant negative effect on Corporate Value, Pro fitability has a significant negative effect. While the moderation of Corporate Social Responsibility moderated results are significantly positive, and Profitability moderated by Corporate Social Responsibility results negatively. The result of analysis shows that the prediction ability of independent variable Liquidity and Profitability to Company Value is 27,0% indicated from Adjusted R2 amount and the rest equal to 63% influenced by other variable outside model. As for the variable value of Company R2 29 .2% which means that the large variation of Company Value variables that can be explained by independent variables while the remaining 70.8% influenced by other variables outside the research model. Abstract

This study to examine the influence of Pedagogic Competence on Teacher Perfomance moderated Organizational Climate and Principal Leadership (Studies on SMK Negeri Teachers Kendal District). This research is included into quantitative research by using technique through descriptive analysis approach. This research uses census technique where the number is equal to the total population of 211 teachers, and data are processed also as many as 211 teachers. Measurement using Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. The instrument test used is the validity test and the reliability test and the classical assumption. For model test using Coefficient of Determination, F test, and T test as hypothesis test, so this research use regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that Pedagogic Competence has positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Organizational Climate has positive and significant impact on Teacher Performance,Principal Leadership has positive and significant impact on Teacher Performance,Organizational Climate not moderating the Influence of Pedagogical Competence on Teacher Performance,Principal Leaders Moderate the Influence of Pedagogical Competence on Teacher Performance to employee performance, and motivation variable strengthens the relationship between organizational commitment variable to employee performance Nissan Service Center Semarang City. Abstract

The teacher quality has often been discussed in Indonesia in the decade and the conclusion remains different. As the cause may raise, factual research is required in regard to teacher condition and another factors affecting teacher performance. This study is conducted to examine the influence of teacher competency, professional as well as efficacy toward the performance as mediated by organizational commitment. This study is conducted with the object to teacher either government officer or non at State Se nior High School on Gunungwungkal District in Pati Regency with number of 105 respondents using census method. Validity test on matrix component, reliability test on alpha cronbach as well as multiple analysis test of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) are used as the statistical techniques for this study. The study confirms that professional competence is not in line with organizational commitment, teacher efficacy does not have correlation with organizational commitment whereas professional c ompetence have effects on teacher performance, teacher effectiveness influences on the performance. The professional competence is directly more affecting to teacher performance than organizational commitment variable. Organizational commitment completely mediates the affluence of teacher efficacy towards performance's. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leader member exchange (LMX) and personality on the performance of employees with motivation as a mediation variable at the Pertanian dan Pangan Rembang District. In this study the independent variable that affects the performance of employees in the limit only on the variable leader member exchange and personality with motivation as a variable mediation.Population and sample in this research is employee at Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan of Rembang, with total respondent amounted to 130 employees, with sampling using census method. The data testing techniques used include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with alpha cronbach formula, multiple regression analyst, and test of determination coefficient significance to prove the hypothesis of the research, and to use the test of test for mediation test.The results of this study show that the ability of the model in explaining correctly influence leader member exchange, personality and motivation of 50.4% of the performance, while the rest of 49.6 in influenced by variables outside the model. From the result of the mediation effect can be known that the motivation variable proved to mediate perfect leader member exchange variable of 0.4179, and full mediate personality to the performance of 0.4715. Abstract

A this research was intended to analyze effect of Quality of work life , Emotional Intelligence to Employee Performanace and Organizational Citizemship Behavior as an mediation ( Studies in employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Semarang Branch ) Random sampling methode is used to 101 people.. For the analysis of this data using Sobel Test . T-test , F- test and determine coefficient we re used to test our hypotheses. The results of this research show that each dependent variable ; quality of work life is not significant effect on performance , can be interpreted organizational citizhensip behavior full mediation between quality of work life and performance. Emotional Intellegence is significant positive effect on performance. organizational citizenship behavior is significant positive effect on performance . Results of Sobel test is organiza tional citizenship behavior can be influence mediation for emotional ingtellegence and performance. Abstract

Inflation is an economic condition that indicates a tendency of the general and continuous of price increases. Inflation is the economic benchmark of a country which is related with the people’s purchasing power and macroeconomic stability. The low and stable inflation is a precondition for economic growth that will impact the welfare of society. This study aims to identify the inflation in Tegal City, what commodities are influential and how to control them, using descriptive and analitical methods. Identify and measure the inflation by calculating the deviation standard, from month to month since 2015 until 2017. And so do the same process, to identify what commodities are influential. Based on data analysis, month to month (mtm) the inflation of Tegal City during the period of January 2015 and 2017 showing the highest fluctuation rate compared from the inflation of Central Java and Five cities a cost of living survey in Central Java. This is evidenced by deviation / standard deviation of 0,478 which is the highest than the other cities. Commodity which have the highest fluctuation inflation are a group of foodstuffs derived from the spices sub commodity, namely red chilli , cayenne chilli, and shallot. Inflation control implemented by the Regional Inflation Control Team of Tegal City in general and specifically against the highest fluctuating commodities already done but not yet optimally. Therefore, need a real steps to controlling inflation so the prices become stable and the society was prosperous. Keywords: Inflation Identification, Volatile Foods, TPID, Control Analysis

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influences of competence and self-efficacy on teacher's performance of SMP Tambakromo Pati with moderated by transformational leadership. The usefulness of this research is to explain and extend previous research on transformational leadership role to moderate influences competence and self-efficacy on teacher's performance. This study uses population of 120 teachers of Junior High School in Tambakromo district of Pati regency. The analysis technique used is the quasi regression model of moderation. Based on the results can be concluded that: teacher's competence influences on teacher's performance, teacher's self-efficacy influences on teacher's performance, transformational leadership of headmaster influences on teacher's performance, transformational leadership of headmaster strengthening the influences of teacher's competence on teacher's performance, transformational leadership of headmaster is strengthen the influences of teacher's self-efficacy on teacher's performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of professional competence and teacher efficacy on professional commitment moderated school organizational culture on teachers of Sultan Agung 1, 2 and 3 Islamic High Schools Semarang. The population in this study are teachers of Sultan Agung 1, 2 dan 3 Islamic Senior High School totaling 136 people. Research data is primary data obtained directly from respondents with a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) absolute difference model. The results show that professional competence does not have a positive effect on professional commitment. The efficacy of teachers has a positive effect on professional commitment. School organizational culture has a positive effect on professional commitment. School organizational culture does not moderate the influence of professional competence on professional commitment. School organizational culture does not moderate the effect of teacher efficacy on professional commitment.
