Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan BLUD RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2015 yang diukur berdasarkan Rasio Keuangan, Rasio Pendapatan PNBP dan berdasarkan Aspek Kepatuhan Pengelolaan Keuangan BLUD Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang berlokasi di RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan dengan cara studi dokumenter terhadap data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan selama periode laporan tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2015.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015 Rata-Rata Rasio Kas sebesar 270%, belum efisien dikarenakan belum mencapai skor target BLUD yang telah ditetapkan, Rata-rata Rasio Lancar sebesar 650% sudah memenuhi skor target BLUD yang telah ditetapkan sehingga BLUD RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan sudah berada dalam kondisi yang liquid, Rata-rata Rasio Periode Penagihan Piutang ( Collection Period ) sebesar 83 hari, belum memenuhi standar BLUD yang telah ditetapkan, Rata – Rata Rasio Perputaran Aset Tetap ( Fixed Asset Turn Over ) sebesar 46,56%, sudah memenuhi standar BLUD yang telah ditetapkan, Rata – rata Rasio Imbalan atas Aktiva Tetap ( Return on Asset ) sebesar 4,26%, belum mencapai standar BLUD yang telah ditetapkan, Rata – rata rasio Return on Equity ( ROE ) sebesar 4.01%, masih dibawah standar BLUD yang telah ditetapkan, Rata-Rata Rasio Pendapatan PNBP terhadap Biaya Operasional sebesar 78% sudah memenuhi standar BLUD yang telah ditetapkan, dari segi Aspek Kepatuhan Pengelolaan Keuangan BLUD RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan dari tahun 2011 sampai 2015 mengalami peningkatan dikarenakan pihak manajemen BLUD RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan berangsur-angsur melakukan pemenuhan dokumen-dokumen sesuai ketentuan yang ditetapkan. Kesimpulan : Penilaian Kondisi Keuangan BLUD RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan berada pada KATEGORI SEDANG, BBB dengan Rata-rata Total Skor Penilaian dari tahun 2011 sampai 2015 sebesar 62,74%.

Abstract

This study was done to examine the influence of the institution image and service quality toward student's satisfaction and the its implication image on student relational commitment and the impacts to positive word of mouth. This study was done to STEKOM students in Semarang. The amaount of respondents were 131students. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique based on criteria and consideration determined by researcher with software SPSS. V19. The result were ; 1. The institution image owned wholy accepted and gave positive impact to students. 2. The intense of service quality will influencepositively to a very high of students' satisfaction. 3. The high satisfaction was gained from service and institution image will influence positively to student relational commitment. 4. Relational commitment gave the close relationship among the students toward the institution was influenceful and created cooperation through positive word of mouth behaviour. Abstract

Since the enacment of the law No. 28 of 2009 concerning Local Taxation and Charges, Local Government has gained the authority to manage the collection of land and building tax on urban and rural area (PBB-P2). This condition has encouraged local government to further explore the potential of Local Own-source Revenue (PAD) through PBB-P2 sector income.The main objective of this research is to identify as well as to make assessment the effectiveness of intensification efforts implemented by The local district government of Pemalang in maximizing the potential income from the collection of land and building tax on urban and rural area (PBB-P2) by using descriptive study with qualitative approach. The results of this study identified that the collection of PBB-P2 conducted by the DPPKAD of Pemalang covers urban and rural area. Several intensification efforts taken by The Pemalang Government include: improving land and building tax data base performance, making the tax collection process more effective, strenghtening supervision , administrative reform, strenghtening coordination with related agencies, public campaign, and procuring Mobile Tax Payment System. The effectiveness of the collection of PBB-P2 intensification that has been implemented by the DPPKAD of Pemalang showed the criteria "Effective". Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership style to moderate work motivation and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers in elementary school teachers in UPTD Education Tembalang Sub-district in Semarang City. This type of research is field research (field research) with quantitative approach. Population in this research is Teacher of ASN of State Elementary School in UPTD Pendidikan Tembalang Sub-district Semarang City which amounts to 225 people. Samples were taken using Purposive random sampling technique, a number of 144 Teachers. Data analysis technique starts from instrument test, normality test, multicolonierity test, heterokedastisity test, model test, hypothesis test, and moderation test. The result of the research showed that work motivation had positive and significant effect on teacher performance, organizational commitment had positive and significant effect on teacher performance, transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on teacher performance, moderate transformational leadership weaken the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, and moderate transformational leadership the influence of organizational commitment with teacher performance. Abstract

This study has aimed to examine and to analyze the influence of motivation and quality work of life on employee performance with person organization fit mediation on Civil Servant Employees Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Demak. Data collection used survey method for 110 respodens. They were Civil Servant Employees on Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Demak with slovin methode. The technique of data testing used statistical method, they covered validity test, reliability test, regression analysis, t-test and mediation test. They were used to test and to prove hypotheses of study. Based on resulting of their analysis, its examining pointed out motivation did not influence for person organizatio fit while quality work of life influence positive and significant for person organization fit. Motivation and quality work of life influence positive and significant for employee performance. Keywords: motivation, quality work of life, person organization fit and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of professional competence and teacher efficacy on class management in moderation of organizational culture. The population in this study is the teacher of SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 03 Kota Semarang as much as 289 people, and the sample taken 150 teachers as respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaire, while the analysis technique used regression with SPSS program.The result of analysis shows: 1. The professional competence has positive effect on class management 2. The teacher efficacy has positive effect on class management 3. That organizational culture has positive effect on class management 4. The organizational culture can not moderate the effect of professional competence on class management 5. The organizational culture can strengthen the effect of teacher efficacy on class management in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 03 Kota Semarang. Abstract

This study examines the effect of Person-Organization Fit and Laissez-Faire Leadership to Performance through Work Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research was conducted on Semarang City Government civil servants. The research instrument used was a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. It is also to explain the influence of independent variables to dependent variables using multiple linear regression equation. Model and hypothesis test used F test, t test and beta coeffiecient. The result showed that (1) Person-Organization Fit positively influences work satisfaction, (2) Laissez-Faire Leadership positively influences work satisfaction, (3) Person-Organization Fit positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (4) Laissez-Faire Leadership negatively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) Work satisfaction positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (6) Person-Organization Fit positively influences performance, (7) Laissez-Faire Leadership has no effect on performance, (8) Work Satisfaction positively influences performance and (9) Organizational Citizenship Behavior positively influences performance. Abstract

Health workers in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutama Semarang has a highrate of turnover intention. This conditioncan negatively affect the development ofthe organization, even some of the figure sreveals that turnover intentionis amajor predictor of turnover. Interesting problem in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutama Semarang is the high turnover intention but not accompanied by decision turnover. The purposeof this researchis to analyzethe influence ofindividual characteristics, job stress and job satisfaction on turn overintention, and the relationship between turnover intention to decision turnover. Study sampleas many as166 people set health professionals working in RSJDDr. Amino Gondo hutama Semarang. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. Data obtained using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis and across tabanalysis. The results showed that the high turnover intention is caused by age, employment status, job stress, where as factors that decrease turnover intention is job satisfaction. Sex, education, marital status, and years of work no effect on turnover intention. Further more, turnover intention has no impact onturnover due to prestige as a major factor, future security, support colleagues, was unethical when out of work, good career opportunities, incentivesare worth, still under contract, it is difficult to find another job, and familial ties. Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the effect of school organization climate in moderating the influence of work motivation and competence on teacher performance of state vocational school in Pati regency. The purposes of this study are to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of school organization climate in moderating the influence of work motivation and competence on the teacher's performance of state vocational school in Pati regency. The population in this study was 323 teachers. While the samples were taken by using Slovin formula by significance level α = 0.05, with a spread proportional to each school by proportional random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires, and after that data was processed by using SPSS 19. Results of the study showed (1) motivation has positive and significant impact to the teacher’s performance, (2) competency has positive and significant impact to the teacher’s performance, (3) organization climate has positive and significant impact to the teacher’s performance, (4) organization climate moderates the influence of work motivation on teacher’s performance, (5) organization climate moderates the influence of competence on teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Leadership and Discipline of Work on employee performance with mediating variables of Organizational Commitment. The study was conducted at the village office se Pekalongan. The population of this study were all employees of the village in Pekalongan. Data collected through direct surveys with the help of a questionnaire given to employees of the village. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Mediation effect was tested by comparing the regression coefficients of direct and indirect relationships of variables. The results showed that leadership and discipline of work and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the better leadership and discipline will be the higher employee commitment to the organization that have an impact on the higher performance of employees villages in Pekalongan. While the test showed that the mediating effect of organizational commitment did not mediate the relationship variables of leadership and discipline to employee performance village in Pekalongan.
