Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja danPemberdayaan Terhadap Kinerja dengan Mediasi Motivasi.Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitiansebanyak 105 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagipegawai maupun organisasi Kelurahan di Kecamatan Kota Kendal. Data yang diperoleh diolahdengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis Kuantitatif menggunakananalisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabeldependen, namun sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitasHasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan KualitasKehidupan Kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pemberdayaanterhadap motivasi kerja, Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerjaterhadap kinerja, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja, Terdapatpengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Pemberdayaan, Motivasi, Kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: Examine and analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction ofteachers; Examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of teachers;Examine and analyze the influence of motivation on teacher performance; Examine and analyze theinfluence of organizational culture on teacher performance; Examine and analyze the effects of jobsatisfaction on teacher performance; Examine and analyze whether job satisfaction mediates theeffect of motivation on teacher performance; Examine and analyze the job satisfaction mediates theinfluence of organizational culture on teacher performance.The type of this research is explanatory research, using a quantitative approach. The populations inthis research are 80 teachers in Yayasan Institut Indonesia 48 Semarang. Samples were taken usingcensus method, so use the whole amount of the population as the object of research. The techniquesof data analysis use multiple linear regression, fit model test, determination coefficient (R2) test,classic assumption test, hypothesis test (t test), and test for the mediating effect.The results showed that; Work motivation does not influent job satisfaction; Organizational culturepositively and significantly influents job satisfaction; Work motivation positively and significantlyinfluents teacher performance; Organizational culture does not influence the teacher performance;Job satisfaction positively and significantly influents teacher performance; Job satisfaction mediatesthe influence of organizational culture on teacher performance but does not mediate the influence ofwork motivation toward teacher performance.Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find out the effect of work motivation, the atmosphire at school and the transformational leadership of Principal on teacher perfomance of SMP and SMA Institut Indonesia Semarang. The populationof study was teachers of SMP and SMA Institut Indonesia Semarang. The total number of population are 79 teachers. The Primary data were obtained through questionnaire of developed fromvariable indicators. The resulf of Individual parameter test significantly showed motivation, atmosphere of the school, and transformational leadership of principal each have positive effect on teacher performance Morcover. The test results of multiple regression with moderation model, showed that transformational leadership of principals did not moderate the influence of motivation on teacher performance but moderated the influence of atmosphere of the school on teacher performance. Self-efficacy hasa positiveand significanteffecton the performanceof teachers. Transformasional Leadeship has apositive and significant impacton the performanceof teachers. Transformasional Leaderhip moderate theinfluence ofteachers' Professional competenceis significant to the performanceof teachers. Transformasional Leadership moderatinginfluence ofself-efficacywassignificant to the performanceof teachers. Abstract

This study to determine the effect of the quality of work life and job insecurity on turnover intention with the mediation of organizational commitment. This research was conducted contract employee in Semarang PT.AST with the number of respondents as many as 293 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire that tested the validity and reliability, and to explain the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable using a multiple linear regression equation, whereas hypothesis testing using F-test, t test and the beta coefficient. The sampling technique in this research is proporsionl stratified random sampling. The results showed that the quality of work life positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job insecurity does not affect the organizational commitment, the quality of work life does not affect the turnover intention, job insecurity positive and significant effect on the turnover intention, organizational commitment does not affect the turnover intention, organizational commitment does not mediated the effect of the quality of work life and job insecurity with turnover intention. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of teacher competence and motivation to the Teacher Performance with Organizational Climate as moderation. The population is made the object of research is all teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Pati Empirical research using quantitative descriptive research method with sampling technique using census method. Data were taken from primary data through a questionnaire with data analysis using multiple linear regression equation. The research proves that the Variables Teacher Competence ,Motivation and Organizational Climate variables significant positive effect on the dependent variable of teacher performance. But the climate organization does not moderate influence on the Teacher Competence Variables and Motivation variable to variable Teacher Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine to determine the effect of cognitive social capital and optimism psychology capital on continuing commitment mediated by normative commitment.Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression test.The results showed that : (1) Cognitive social capital and optimism psychology capital positive and significant effect on normative commitment. (2) Cognitive social capital and optimism psychology capital also positive and significant impact on the continuing commitment. (3) Normative commitment positive and significant effect on the continuing commitment. (4) Normative commitment mediating the effects of cognitive social capital on continuing commitment. Abstract

This research purpose are to aim and analyze the affect on organizational commitment, affective organizational commitment, continuance organizational commitment, Normative organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, and idealized influence transformational leadership to teacher teaching performance. Population in this research are 260 teachers of Vocational high school in sub Rayon 01 in Semarang. Sample are 135 respondent chosen by a random sampling method. Data collected methode are questionnaires. Data analyze technique use double regression technique. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personal competence, self-efficacy of teachers and teachers' organizational commitment to performance and the role of organizational commitment mediates the influence of personal competence and teachers self efficacy on performance of teachers on vocational high school teachers of Semarang’s rayon 01 on Semarang City.The population in this research is state and private vocational high school teachers of totaled 209 people. With Slovin method then the sample numbered 137 people. Then from 137 people, who returns the answer of the questionnaire amounted to 137 people.The results showed that (1) personal competence but not significant positive effect on organizational commitment, (2) self-efficacy of teachers is also positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) personal competence and a significant positive impact on teacher performance, (4) self-efficacy teacher positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (5) organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of personal competence on teachers performance, (6) organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of self - efficacy of teachers on teacher performance . Abstract

The study aims to examine, analyzed, and describe the influence of compensation and empowerment against the performance through the medication of job satisfaction on Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik of central Java Province.Sampling was done by census of all employees on Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik of Central Java Province totaling 94 (ninty for) respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include validity, reliability, coefficient determination test, F test, test hypotheses and test the mediating effect.The results showed that, compensation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, compensation is not a positive influence on performance, empowerment is not a positive influence on performance, and job satisfaction and significant positive effect on performance proven.Job satisfaction mediate in total or in full mediation of compensation to performance while the influence of direct compensation to performance is not significant. Likewise, job satisfaction proved to mediate in total or full mediation of empowerment on performance. While the influence of direct empowerment is also no positive effect on performance. There in the findings interesting, the path analysis model is the best of other model, because produce the biggest. Should be a model this developed efficiency by management, if want to employees in organization it’s improved performance achievements.
