Abstract

Each busines unit is required to improve the quality of and work more affectively and aficiently in order to obtain optimal result that still exist in the world of busines. Change the orientation from product of oriented become customer oriented requires management to look at organization in a comprehensively. Performance assesments in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati has been carried out only on some components just like the analysis of financial performance and service performance as measured by the method of performance reports. Measurement of performance with balanced Scorecard is a comprehensive performance measurement and is a suitable alternative performance measurement for hospital. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and organizational commitment moderated organizational culture in improving the performance of the maritime college lecturer. This research is located in the city of Semarang In this study population of 177, while the samples taken a number of 123 respondents, using probability random sampling. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (seven) answer. Alternative instruments test used are validity and reliability, while the test model used is the coefficient of determination (R Adjsuted Square), test F (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis test used in this study used regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis used t test frequency distribution of the level of significance (α) of 5%. The results showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) 0.450, meaning that the independent variables (organizational culture, competencies and organizational commitment) to give effect to 45% in dependent variable (performance lecturers). The remaining 55% influenced by other variables not included in the study. Based on the research results summarized as follows; Competence does not affect the performance of lecturers, Commitment Organizational does not affect the performance of lecturers, Cultural Organisation positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers, organizational culture does not moderate the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers, organizational culture does not moderate the influence of organizational commitment to the performance of lecturers Keywords:Performance, Competence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Moderation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influence and activities of budget planning, procurement, human resource competencies, regulations and disbursement process to absorption in Batang regency government. The population in this research were employees of 52 regional work units(SKPD)and 8 officers at the District Secretariat at Batang Regency. The sample used officials related to the disbursement of the budget namely the Financial Administration Officer (PPK) SKPD, treasurer and treasurer expenditure at Batang regency government. Data in this research is the primary data sourced from the questionnaire. Analysis techniques data using SPSS regression program. Abstract

The performance of LPMP employees, especially the public servants, is not optimum and tends to decrease. This situation leads to poor organizational commitment and performances. This is a case study conducted at LPMP Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The purposes of the study are to identify the influence of psychological capital, and employee engagement on the employee’s performance. The mediating variable of this study is organizational commitment. Employing population technique, 135 public servants of LPMP are involved in the study. The instrument is examined through factor analysis, i.e. validity and reliability tests. To analyze the data the multiple linear regressions is used by employing determination coefficient model and F-test, and also conducting t-test to examine the hypothesis. The analysis reveals the following results; psychological capital has positive significant influence on organizational commitment, and employee engagement influences positively and significantly towards organizational commitment, psychological capital and employee engagement affect on employee’s performance positively and significantly, organizational commitment does not mediate on employee’s performance. The most dominant variable influencing organizational commitment is employee engagement, and the most dominant variable affecting employee’s performance is employee engagement. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of individual characteristics, job characteristics and compensation on the job performance with organizational commitment as mediator in Rembang Regional Development Planning Agency. This study use cencuss methode for collecting data, using statistical tests that include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test using Cronbach's alpha, double regression analysis, and significance test using the coefficient of determination to prove the validity of hypothesis and for mediation tests. The results of this study proved that model’s ability to correctly describe that the influence of individual characteristic, job characteristic, compensation and organizational commitment is 11,9% on job performance, and organizational commitment didn’t to mediating the influence of independence variable to dependence variabel. Abstract

This study is intended to examine the influence of quality of work life and Employee Engagement employee performance against mediation with Organizational Commitment on the Secretariat of the Batang Regency. In this study population which object is the minimum High School educated employees in the Secretariat of the Batang Regency. In this study the author using a purposive sampling method sampling techniques i.e. with specific consideration with the purpose of criterion samples obtained was able to explain the actual state of the object is examined. So the number of samples in this research as much as 137 respondents. Results of the study prove that the value of the coefficient of determination of 99,2%. This means that the ability of the model to explain properly the relation variable quality of working life, employee engagement and organizational commitment is 99.2% on performance while the other employees amounting to 0.8% are described for the variable outside of the model. The results of the regression analysis stated that the quality of work life and Employee Engagement a positive effect against Organizational Commitment. Quality of work life, Employee Engagement and Organizational commitment to a positive effect on performance Clerk. Test results of mediation States that organizational commitment does not mediate the quality of working life and Employee Engagement employee performance against. Abstract

The present study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation, budgetary planning and organizational commitment to performance budgeting. Collicting data this study used a questionnaire sutvey. The questionnaire submitted to 62 employees involvedin the preparation of the Business Plan and Budget, a total of 60 completed questionnaires were returned and processed. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis The analysis result indicate that participation budgeting significant positive effect on performance budgeting, budget planning significant positive effect on performance budgeting, and organizational commitment also significant positive on performance budgeting. Abstract

Performance of employees in LPMP Central Java has not been optimally marked by the presence of mentoring activities that should be done in each district / city in Central Java region in order to provide assistance to units and educational programs in the form of quality assurance activities in units and educational programs that have not met target. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of quality of work life and communication on performance with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variable. Technique sample using purposive sampling technique, with criterion of civil servant and working period more than 3 years, education minimum D3 counted 123 people. Instrument test is done by using factor analysis that is with the validity test and reliablilitas test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The results showed that quality of work life have positively significantly effect to job satisfaction, communication have positively significantly effect to job satisfaction, communication have positively significantly to organizational commitment, quality of work life have positively significantly to organizational commitment,job satisfaction has no effect to organizational commitment, quality of work life has no effect to performance, communication have positively significantly effect to performance, job satisfaction have negatively effect to performance, organizational commitment have positively significantly effect on performance, job satisfaction as mediating variable the effect of quality of work life to performance,job satisfaction as mediating variable the effect ofcommunication to performance, commitment organizationalas mediating variable the effect of quality of work life to performance, commitment organizationalis not a mediating variable the effect ofcommunication to performance, job satisfaction and commitment organizational is a mediating variable influence both quality of work life on performance and communication to performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Compensation and Working Environment Against Employee Performance With Mediation Job Satisfaction (Study on Unit Revenue Service and Empowerment of Regional Asset Coordinator PATI). The method used in this research using census method by using the entire amount of the population that is 102 respondents. Testing of this study consisted of descriptive statistics, test instrument (validity test KMO> 0.5 and Loading Factor> 0.4 and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha> 0.7), the test model (Test Adj R2 (coefficient of determination) and Test F (Goodness of Fit) with level sig <0.05), test hypotheses using regression analysis with level sig <0.05 and test the mediating effect by using path analysis. The results of this study are: Compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on the performance without the mediation of job satisfaction , the working environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of the mediation job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and profesional competence of the teacher's performance of Public Senior High School with moderation organizational culture. The specific objective of this study is to examine the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of emotional intelligence and profesional competence of the teacher's performance. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous study on the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance. This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 147 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study, the writer can summarize as follows: the emotional inteligence does not infuent the performance of teachers, the profesional competence influences on teacher performance, the organizational culture influences the performance of teachers, the organizational culture does not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence to teacher’s performance, the organizational culture strengthen the influence of profesional competence on teacher’s performance.
