Abstract

The research objective is to examine and analyze the influence of job characteristics and the influence of organizational commitment on performance with organizational culture as moderation.Respondents in this study were certified personnel in procurement of goods / services in the Tegal City Government. Data collection using census method as many as 117 respondents in the form of questionnaires with validity and reliability testing techniques and test the relationship between variables with mutiple regression models. The results showed that job characteristics and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational culture proved to be a moderating variable and strengthened the influence of job characteristics and organizational commitment on performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price perceptin, prouct quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at warunk upnormal Semarang. The research location was at warunk upnormal Semarang, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple regression, as for testing the hypothesis using the t test. Data collection through questionnaires wisth measurement using a scala likert 5 (five) alternative answers. On probability sampling technique with purposive sampling data collection method. The purposive sampling criteria is respondents who have visited and bought in Semarang Upnormal Warunk at least 2 (two) times and have income. The result of the study show that: Price perception has a postive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a postive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of intelligence quotients, emotional quotients, spiritual quotients on teacher is performance with internal locus of control as an intervening variable. This research aims to explain and expand previous research, about intelligence, emotional and spiritual quotients on teacher performance with internal locus of control as intervening variable. The research used is explanatory research. The population of this study was as many as 120 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Ampelgading in Pemalang Regency. Research data is primary data obtained directly from respondents with a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research uses SPSS version 19. The test carried out includes the analysis of respondents, analysis of variable, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and t test. From the results of data testing and data analysis conducted, this research provides results that intelligence quotients has a positive influence on internal locus of control and also teacher performance, emotional quotients has no influence on internal locus of control and teacher is performance, spiritual quotients has a positive influence on internal locus of control and also teacher performance, while internal locus of control has no influence on teacher performance. Another results are internal locus of control does not mediate the influence of intelligence quotients, emotional quotients and spiritual quotients on teacher performance. Abstract

The phenomenon of the development of retail business types of supermarkets is becoming increasingly interesting because the fact is not all business people are able to survive optimally. To maintain survival, one way to do is always improve customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to develop and test the influence of company image and price perception in influencing satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty, in order to win the supermarkets competition in Semarang. The sample used was 112 respondents at Giant Semarang Supermarket with a purposive sampling technique, showing data taken from specific targets. The results of the study resulted in a company's image and price perception positively affecting customer satisfaction and subsequently company image, price perception, and customer satisfaction positively affected customer loyalty. The results of the research prove the existence of a corporate image and the perception of image prices have a direct and indirect influence on loyalty by mediating by customer satisfaction, this shows that through corporate image and price perception can create satisfaction which will ultimately form customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work life quality and motivation on Polri member Organizational Citizenship Behavior with moderating variable job satisfaction. This research was conducted in the Central Java Regional Police (Polda), with the sampling technique using the Nonprobability Sampling technique, especially the Convenience Sampling and Judgment Sampling as many as 100 members of the national police as respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The research instrument used in this study fulfills the requirements for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing results indicate that work life quality and motivation have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction significantly is not a factor that mediates the influence of work life quality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and motivation towards Indonesian Police Citizenship Behavior members. Abstract

This study was intended to determine and analyze the influence of social capital and emotiointelligence on teacher performance that mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. The population of study was all PNS Teachers in State Junior High Schools in Juwana District as many as 149. Data testtechniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, and mediation test. results showed that social capital is proved having a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, as was emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In the second regressionsocial capital has a positive effect on teacher performance but the indirect relationship is smaller than the dirrelationship so that organizational citizenship behavior does not mediate social capital on teacher performanceaddition, this study also shows that emotional intelligence has no effect on teacher performance but emotiointelligence will be more effective in influencing teacher performance when mediated by organizational citizensbehavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and Quality of Work Life on the performance by organizational culture as a moderating variable in the Sekretariat Daerah Pati Regency. Analysis tool used is multiple regression, as for testing the hypothesis using a t test. Data collection through questionnaires to measure using Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Object of research is employees at Sekretariat Daerah in Pati regency. Number of samples in this study were 111 respondents. Sampling technique using the purposive sampling. Survey results revealed that servant leadership has positive effects on performance in the Sekretariat Daerah Pati Regency. Quality of Work Life has positive effect on the performance in the Sekretariat Daerah Pati Regency. Organizational culture has positif effect on performance in the Sekretariat Daerah Pati Regency. Organizational culture does not moderate the effect of servant leadership on performance in the Sekretariat Daerah Pati Regency. Organizational culture does not moderate the effect of Quality of Work Life on performance in the Sekretariat Daerah Pati Regency. Abstract

The reseach analyzed the impact of organizational commitment (affective, continuance, normative) and organizational culture on teacher job performance. The research sample were teachers of Sub Rayon 02 Private Senior High School in Semarang. The technique of sample drawing was proportional random sampling. The zise of sample by using was Slovin formula.Data were collected by the using questionnaire. The number of the data which able to analize were 186 respondents. The technique of data analysis was linear regression. This research results several findings (1) affective organizational commitment does not give influence to teacher job performance, (2) continuance organizational commitment is significant and gives negative influence to teacher job performance, (3) normative organizational commitment is significant and gives positif influence to teacher job performance, (4) organizational culture is significant and gives positive influence to teacher job performance. Abstract

This study examines the effect of professional competence and emotional intelligence of the teacher's performance organizational moderate culture at junior high school in Juwana districts. This study used primary data. The technic analizesis by using quasi type moderation regression with absolute difference technique. The results showed that Professional Competence, Emotional intelligence and Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact in teacher’s work performance. Organizational culture moderate the influence of the professional competence on the teacher's performance with strengthening functions. But, organizational culture does not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence to teacher’s work performances. Abstract

Problems in BPPKB that employees are not promoted and promotion is not done based on the performance showed that job satisfaction is less than optimal, structural pejabatan appointed instead of PP and KB Agency showed less than optimal competency, career development is less than optimal because of promotions are not transparent and commitment organizational less than optimal due to employees who move to other agencies. This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and career development to job satisfaction and organizational commitment mediation studies of Women Empowerment and Family Planning Pati regency. The population is an employee in the District BPPKB much as 137 people. Sampling techniques using the census was taken of all as a population of 137 employees. The statistical techniques used are validity with components of the matrix, Cronbach alpha reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test and r2 with an adjusted R-square. The results reveal that the competence has possitive and significant effect on job satisfaction ( beta 0,294 sig = 0.000 ) . Career development has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction ( beta 0,366 sig = 0.000 ) . Organizational commitment has possitive and significant effect on job satisfaction ( beta 0,317 sig = 0.000 ) . Career development has possitive and significant effect on organizational commitment ( beta 0,249 sig = 0,000 ) . Competence has possitive and significant effect on organizational commitment ( beta 0,585 sig = 0.000 ) . Organizational commitment mediate the effect of competence on the job satisfaction of employees. Organizational commitment mediate the effect of development on job satisfaction career.Keywords: Competence, career development, job satisfaction and organizational commitment
