Jurnal SIFO Mikroskil (JSM) is a journal that published by Lembaga Penelitian & Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Mikroskil Medan, Indonesia. JSM published a journal twice a year, in April and October. The mission of JSM to share, develop and facilitate the output of research paper about Informatics, Information Systems and Information Technology. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi software engineering lulusan S1 Teknik Informatika(TI) melalui evaluasi pada naskah skripsi. Hasil Evaluasi dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui gap antara kompetensi lulusan yang dihasilkan dengan rumusan luaran pembelajaran dibidang software engineering yang telah disusun oleh program studi. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan open coding terhadap 200 sampel naskah skripsi dari 10 kampus di KOPERTIS III. Hasil studi menunjukkan banyak lulusan yang menyelesaikan studi sarjana di program studi teknik infromatika melebihi standar waktu 7-8 semester. Dalam bidang software engineering lulusan memiliki keterampilan yang baik dalam proses perancangan, tapi keterampilan dalam analisa dan pengujian aplikasi masih kurang. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan dalam skripsi kompleksitasnya rendah dan sedang. Sedikit sekali ditemukan apliakasi yang komplek. Diperlukan pengembangan kurikulum software engineering untuk perangkat mobile, karena diindikasikan terjadi peningkatan minat mahasiswa pada aplikasi mobile. Luaran penelitian ini dapat dijadikan informasi dasar bagi program studi teknik informatika kampus swasta khususnya di KOPERTIS III untuk mengembangkan kurikulum di bidang software engineering berdasarkan KKNI dan SN-DIKT. ???

Sistem administrasi pergudangan merupakan salah satu bentuk manajemen tatakelola gudang agar barang-barang yang tersimpan didalamnya bisa di manajemen dengan baik dan terdokumentasi kelauar masuknya barang. Sistem administrasi pergudangan juga diterapkan di perusahaan negara seperti PT. PLN yang digunakan untuk mencatat keluar masuknya suku cadang yang digunakan dan ketersediaan suku cadang yang dibutuhkan. Perangkat lunak sistem administrasi pergudangan bisa diterapkan diberbagai platform baik berbasis desktop atau web. Perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan ini berbasiskan web dengan menggunakan siklus pengembangan menggunakan metode RUP sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan menggunakan model MVC dan pengujian sistem yang dilakukan menggunakan pengujian blackbox testing. Hasil pengujian yang didapatkan bahwa intergasi antar modul yaitu model database, controller dan user interface berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan hanya saja end session login mengalami kegagalan kembali ke halaman awal jika session login melewati batas waktu lebih dari 24 jam.

Flowers are part of plants that have a variety of types and forms. Because of the many varieties of flowers it is sometimes difficult to know the name of a flower that we know. It takes a data that can provide clear information about the name of the interest to be searched for the name of the interest. So needed an application that can provide information from the name of flowers through the detection of interest from a flower picture. Flower type detection can be done by knowing countour and color of flowers and using K-NN method for the classification of types of flowers. So in this study made a web-based application for the detection of interest types because later can help the detection of types of flowers quickly and easily online. This application will provide information related to the interest in the search related to the name of the interest. From the results of research conducted to identify the classification of 74.89%.

Sales data stored in enterprise databases are usually stored as archives or documentation. In the case of retail companies, data mining science can be used to extract new information from sales database, ie consumer purchase pattern analysis. The algorithm that can be used to analyze consumer purchase pattern is FEM algorithm using combination of Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth) and Eclat algorithm. The construction of FP-Tree tree structure is done by using FP-Growth algorithm, while the process of extraction of items purchased (frequent itemset) is done by using Eclat algorithm. The application designed can be used to analyze consumer purchase pattern by generating associative rules using FEM algorithm through the Analysis form and printing the consumer purchase pattern through the purchase pattern report.

WebQual is one of the Web site quality-based Measurement methods, which have been contacted from WebQual 1.0 to WebQual 4.0. This study uses the WebQual 4.0 model, which corrects the three variables of usability, quality of information, and quality of quality website service interaction. This research aims to improve the quality of service website and government service of Simalungun Regency. The sample of the research is 42 people, where the sample location using sampling saturation. Data were collected through a questionnaire containing statements about user perceptions about the website. The data will be used to obtain the value of the WebQual Index used to determine the value of service quality. The result of the value of WebQual Index of each variable is usability is 0.85, the quality of information is 0.87 and the quality of service interaction is 0.86. Variables that most affect the quality of website services in general Simalungun District Government of the respondent is the variable quality of information with the WebQual Index of 0.87. Measurement Results WebQual Index shows that the quality of web service organizing electronically Simalungun District Government is very good with the value of Webqual Index of 0.86.

Visual sensing or machine vision is a process of image data manipulation. The data can be used to interpret many things, one of which is the introduction of gesture. Gesture recognition is an interface that can recognize the gestures of a human being and translate these movements as instructions that can be understood by a computer. Gesture recognition can be used to translate sign language into speech people. This is because there are many people who do not understand the language of the hands of the speechless. So, people with disabilities have difficulty interacting in society. In this final assignment the introduction of gesture for the translation of sign language leads more to hand recognition, namely the detection of changes in hand motion, by using a laptop as its device. Laptops have cameras to capture the image of people who are speechless when communicating using sign language in the form of hand movements. Furthermore, the image is processed by the laptop processing unit to carry out the process of hand recognition. After the process is complete, the display screen will display the number of changes in the position of the hand movements performed by the speech person in front of the camera.

In our daily lives we find many filters, filters from the word itself are filters. Filters vary, there are air filters to filter dirty air to be clean, filters / filters for coffee and tea to filter coffee or tea pulp, and so on. All of them try to filter something to get what we want. The filter here is a frequency filter, from which the filter will filter the frequency. The existing frequency we filter so get the frequency as we want. In this research, signal filtering will be carried out using Band Pass. The band-pass filter will pass signals with frequencies in a certain range and reduce the signal with other frequencies. The sound sample used is the sound of a cat with just one sample. In this sample signal screening is carried out with 5 different frequencies, namely at frequencies of 8000, 16000, 32000, 48000 and 96000. Data retrieval and processing of voice signals are carried out with the help of audacity and Matlab R2010b software. Sound data in the .wav format is filtered to remove noise and filter using a band pass filter. Sounds issued that are received are destructive which eliminate the sound information that is carried. This of course requires that the sound quality received is not good, so it requires sound signal processing to eliminate noise. Then the voice data is processed by voice signal using the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method. The results of this study are the output of sound signals that are clean from noise.

Shape is one of the characteristics that can be extracted from an object. This feature can be used to distinguish between objects with each other. The following is an example of image processing to detect circular objects. One parameter that can be used to define a circle shape is metric. Metric is a comparison between the area and circumference of an object. Metric values range from 0 to d. 1. Objects are circular, the metric value is close to one. The results of image processing indicate that the method used can detect objects that are in a fairly good circle. The purpose of the construction of this system is to make a program of introducing circle patterns using the characteristic extraction method in the metric parameter.

Magabudhi and Patria are Buddhist Religious Organizations in North Sumatra province. These two organizations often conduct social activities where this activity can be carried out with the support of donations from sympathizers and donors. Both of them do not have formal procedures for donations management that make them experienced difficulties to socialize, fundraising, manage donations, and report the collected donation to donors. Meanwhile, the management of event are depended by the committee who has an experience before. The reporting of activities is published through internal notice boards and not be updated properly in online media. Therefore, Donacius was developed by having a formal procedure for the mechanism of donation management and as a medium for publication, fundraising, management of donations and reporting of social activities. Donacius was developed not only for the use of these two organizations, but Donacius can be used by many organizations. Others organization can register at Donacius to raise funds and donors can donate to many organizations through Donacius. With the presence of Donacius, it will increase the accountability and transparency of social activities of the organization to increase donor trust.

The IT Governance is very important for business. Many companies that have used information technology as one of the supporting factors in achieving the company's business goals, but many do not have a good governance model for alignment between business objectives and IT goals. In the study there are two problems that need to be managed properly by the company, namely the relationship with suppliers related to the system used and how to carry out operational activities and procedures needed to provide internal and outsourced IT services. The two problems will be discussed in the form of case studies using the COBIT 5 framework. COBIT 5 is a framework that covers all aspects contained in information technology governance. The domain in COBIT 5 that can answer these problems is the Manage Supplier (APO10) domain that deals with Manage Operational (DSS01) that are related to the organization's operational management. The purpose of this study is to find the level of capability, and the gap value (gap) obtained through a comparison between the target value to be achieved by the company (to be) and the value of the capability of the company today (as is). The results of the gap values obtained will be used as a basis for making recommendations for improvements, and the governance models required by the company.
