Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskrpitif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang berupaya menggambarkan dan merumuskan data aspek humanisme pada dongeng. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi, yaitu suatu upaya melacak sumber-sumber informasi kandungan aspek humanisme yang terdapat dalam dongeng pilihan. Penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 10 dongeng anak Indonesia menghasilkan sejumlah data dan temuan tentang aspek-aspek humanisme. Dari 10 dongeng yang diteliti ditemukan sebanyak 68 aspek humanisme.Aspek humanisme yang ditemukan dalam dongeng akan diuraikan secara berurutan dari yang pemunculannya paling banyak yaitu kebutuhan fisiologi dasar sebanyak 29 atau 42,65%; kebutuhan  akan rasa aman sebanyak 14 atau 20,59%; kebutuhan untuk dihargai sebanyak 10 atau 14,71%; kebutuhan aktualisasi diri sebanyak 9 atau  13,24%; kebutuhan untuk dicintai atau disayangi sebanyak 6 atau 8,82%.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe (1) the concept of leadership in pituduh that fit into the category ketuhunan and (2) the concept of leadership in wewaler (Prohibition). This research is the study of literature. The method used in this study is a content analysis method. The object of this study is the concept of Suharto. The subjects were Unen-Unen (proverb). Data collected with a note reading techniques. The primary data source is selected by using purposive sampling method. The conclusions made by the formulation and the conclusion of the data that has been analyzed and interpreted with the use of the theory of Paul Ricoeur hermeneutics. The results of this study are as follows. First, the concept of leadership in pituduh (hint) that fit into the category of divinity has two leadership instructions: (1) be applicable authorities properly, (2) the truth of God into a basic truth of the ruler. The concept of leadership in pituduh (hint) that fit into the category of nationality include (1) a good leader is a dreamer fair, spirited noble, able to give jobs to the people, (2) A good leader is a leader who can reassure the people, (3 ) A good leader is willing and able to fix the flaws and vices, (4) leadership is a trust from God, (5) A good leader wary of praise, (6) a good leader wary of bad temper, (7) the leader of the evil is the leader dangerous, (8) Choosing a good leader is not an evil leader, (9) the evil leader will declare evil is goodness. Second, the concept of leadership in wewaler (Prohibition) includes two categories, namely humanity and nationality. Category prohibition in humanitarian terms include a ban on the leaders of banned arrogant leader. The prohibition in respect of nationality shows that good leaders leaned pleasure and sadness on the basis pleasure and pain the people, not on personal pleasure and pain.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to describe the application of character education in the planning of learning to read fairy tales (2) to describe the application of character education in the implementation of learning to read fairy tales (3) to describe the application of character education in the learning of fairy tale reading in grade 3 students. This research is a qualitative research descriptive. In this study the data collected in the form of facts and information on the application of character education in learning to read fairy tales in grade 3 elementary school students. In this study the data source is teachers and students. Data collection techniques used in this study consist of (a) documentation, (b) observation, (c) interviews, and (c) tests. Data analysis technique is done by using interactive data model analysis technique. The result of the research shows that in the learning of reading fairy tales in grade 3 elementary school students in the planning stage, implementation stage, and assessment phase have integrated character education value. The values of character education found in the values of religious, responsibility, hard work, self-confidence, creative thinking, independent, courteous, curiosity, discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is describe the two following points, first is to describe structural characteristic of text exposition student work, second is to desribe linguistic exposition. The students are PPBSI JBSID FBS UNP. Type ofthis research is qualitative research with descriptive method. This research is done at UNP. The data of this research are the exposition texts which were got from informant. There are 20 exposition text of student work. The isntrumen of this researcher it self, and the technique of data analysis are by describing the data, analyzing and discussion. The result showed that there are there characteristic of text exposition; thesis, argument and the confirmation repetition argumen. And also there are five characteristic of linguistics found on student work; pronomina,nomina, verba, adjevtive and adverb. Based on the research it can be concluded that there are two important things, first in writing exposition text the student using there exposition characteristic. It can be said that all of them using all character, it can be proved that from 20 text, there are 12 text that using thesis, argument and confirmation repetition argument. Second, the student using linguistic character in writing text expoition. The mostly character that used is nomina.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan konflik batin tokoh utama yang terkandung dalam novel Tumbuh di Tengah Badai karya Herniwatti Moechiam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode content analysis atau analisis isi yang digunakan untuk menelaah isi dari suatu dokumen. Dokumen dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Tumbuh di Tengah Badai Karya Herniwatty Moechiam. Data atau informasi penting yang dikumpulkan dan dikaji dalam penelitian ini berupa kata dari catatan hasil analisis dokumen dan catatan hasil wawancara, sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Tumbuh di Tengah Badai dan informan yaitu pengarang novel. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah pembacaan, pencatatan, analisis, dan wawancara. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi data, triangulasi metodologi dan triangulasi teoretis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis interaktif, dengan langkah-langkah, meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik batin yang dialami tokoh utama dalam novel Tumbuh di Tengah Badai karya Herniwatty Moechiam yaitu id, ego, dan superego.Kata kunci: novel, konflik batin, tokoh utama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan diskriminasi gender dalam novel Isinga karya Dorothea Rosa Herliany. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara teknik kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah novel Isinga karya Dorothea Rosa Herliany. Metode yang digunakan adalah content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan hal-hal berikut. Pertama, menunjukkan adanya diskriminasi gender yang mencakup berbagai hal, baik fisik maupun seksual. Kedua, karakteristik kaum laki-laki dalam novel Isinga karya Dorothea Rosa Herliany.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the method of role playing, improved learning outcomes, and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of role playing in elementary school. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Subjects in the study third grade students numbering nine people. This type of research is classroom action research with data collection through testing, observation and documentation. These data analysis techniques using data analysis with interactive models, and in the activities of analysis and data collection activities using two cycles of the first cycle and the second cycle. The results showed an increase learning outcomes Indonesian teaching methods for role playing in a drama about the beauty of nature with the provisions of ≥70 value as much as 80% of students, in cooperation with the provisions ≥75 students as much as 80% and motivated students with the provisions of ≥75 value as much as 80%. Therefore, it can be seen the advantages of this model is to make learning more fun, can improve learning outcomes Indonesian, cultivate the potential of students, improve student collaboration. While the drawbacks is that it takes a long time and needed a place large enough.

Abstract

Indonesian language is a must subject that all of the university student should be taken in term of their final task, which is scientific work, named skripsi. The lecturer of Indonesian language has concern in term of the lack of written ability that the university students nowadays have. The researcher’s effort in the affectivity of Indonesian language learning by using student active learning method, which is the emphasize of student activity in the classroom. This method requires student to interact in the learning process. Beside that, student should also have criticism to the problem that might be happen in the classroom’s learning process. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the learning of Indonesian conducted in the Management class in UIN Syarif Hidayatullah by using student active learning. Through the method of student active learning that has been examined by the researcher in the Management classroom A and B in Economic and Business Faculty of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, the researcher has the satisfactory result in the Management classroom A, and the unsatisfactory result in the Management classroom B. The average score of mid-semester test of the Management classroom A is 83,14 (A), The average score of mid-semester test of the Management classroom B is 72 (B). The average score of final-semester test of the Management classroom A is 80,4 (A) The average score of final-semester test of the Management classroom B is 78,43 (B). The average score of formative and daily tasks of the Management classroom A is 82 (A), and the average score of formative and daily tasks of the Management classroom B is 77,1 (B).

Abstract

This study was carried out to produce a single sentence forms in the Minangkabau language acquisition in children 3-4 years of age with Syntax Overview. Forms a single sentence in the Minangkabau language acquisition in children age 3-4 year review based on declarative sentence (statement), interrogative (questions), and imperative (request). Reviews theories used in the study that is the first language acquisition, the forms of a single sentence, the acquisition of syntax in children aged 3-4 years, and Minangkabau language. This article is a review based on a qualitative approach using descriptive method. Source of data used children 3-4 years old female gender. Data in the form of speech, speech writing children aged 3-4 years which contain forms of a single sentence in the form of declarative sentences, interrogative, and imperative. Data collection techniques in this study as follows to record and observe the child who was talking to another friend, a parent, or to the researchers directly. Techniques for data analysis in this study: First, transcribing into the language of the Minangkabau language copy of the tape to the Indonesian language. Second, underline and give code discretion of the child in accordance with the forms of declarative sentences, interrogative, and imperative. Third, interpret or give meaning research results in the form of the sentence forms. Fourth, draw conclusions. Research results in the form of speech, speech delivered by Child Age 3-4 years. In this case informannya natured woman named Tika. Tika in communicating day-to-day use Minangkabau language of their parents, among friends, and the researchers themselves. Speeches delivered in the form of a single sentence in the form of declarative sentences, interrogative sentences and imperative sentences.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine Javanese students' problems in pronouncing some English consonants and to determine the possible causes of the problems. This was classified as qualitative research. The subjects of this research were thirty non-English department students in the fourth semester of Universitas Ahmad  Dahlan who speak Javanese as their mother tongue.  The data were collected through reading aloud task. The result of this research showed that Javanese students had  some problem with pronouncing some English consonants. The consonants were [θ], [ð], [ꭍ], [ʒ], [ʤ], [ʧ], and [v].  The problems were indicated as interlingual errors and intralingual errors. However, students had limited knowledge of place and manner of articulation of English consonants, so that most students often change and substitute the English consonants with relevant Javanese consonants.
