Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya mutu terhadap proses implementasi ISO 9001: 2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Peneliti akan menganalisis persepsi dosen dan karyawan ProgramManajemen Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) pada pentingnya peran budaya mutu dalam proses implementasi ISO 9001:2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian inidiharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada pengelola MM dan UPNVY dalam implementasi ISO 2008: 9001, sehingga bisa diambil kebijakan dan keputusan yang terbaik dalam peningkatan kinerja Prodi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Teknik statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komitmen organisasional. The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of quality culture toward the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. The researcher analyzed the lecturers’ and staff’s perception at Management Master Program, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) on the role importance of quality culture in the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. This study was expected to give benefits for MM and UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta in implementing ISO 2008:9001, so the best policies and decision can be taken to improve the performance of MM UPNVY. The population of thisstudy was lecturers and staff at MM, UPNVY. The samples were taken by census. Then, the data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique. The result showed that (1) quality culture gave positive and significant influence toward the implementation of quality management system, (2) the implementation of quality management system gave positive and significant influence toward organizational commitment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian produksi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 responden, menggunakan metode Slovin dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis proportionate random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada turnover intention. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Implikasi manajerial yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan pengurangan tingkat stres karyawan dan membuat program untuk tujuan menekan turnover intention, seperti kesempatan promosi dan meningkatkan reward karyawan. The purpose of this study conducted to examine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employee in production department. The sample was 86 respondent, using Slovin method with proportionate random sampling technique. The result showed that job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention while job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. This study conclude that job stress has positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention and job satisfaction significantly and negatively related to turnover intention of employees. Therefore, it is recommended to managerial level people to reduce stress levels in employees and to create a program for pressing turnover intention, such as promotional opportunities and improve employee rewards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek dari Baliho, Spanduk, Karangan bunga , dan Iklan Koran untuk Personal Branding Calon Walikota/ Wakil Walikota Padang periode 2014-2019 dalam perspektif mahasiswa UNP. Ukuran sampel adalah 180 siswa UNP. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan Metode Proporsional Cluster Random Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik dengan menggunakan regresi Linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Baliho secara signifikan positif mempengaruhi personal branding Calon Walikota/ Wakil Walikota Padang periode 2014-2019, sedangkan Spanduk, Karangan Bunga, dan Iklan Koran tidak mempengaruhi personal branding mereka.This objective of the study was to analyze the influence the Ballyhoo, Banner, the Flowers Board, and the Newspaper Advertisement toward the Personal Branding of the Padang Mayor/ Vice Mayor Candidates in the period of 2014-2019 from UNP students’ perspective. The samples were 180 UNP students. The samples were taken by proportional cluster random sampling. The data were analysed by statistical test of multiple linear regression. The results of the research showed that: the Ballyhoo gave positive and significant influence toward the Personal Branding of the Padang Mayor/Vice Mayor candidates in the period of 2014-2019, whereas the Banner, the Flowers Board, and the Newspaper Advertisement did not influence their Personal Branding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris mengenai Pengaruh Tingkat Inflasi, BI Rate, Kurs Dollar (USD/IDR) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). IHSG merupakan salah satu indeks yang sering diperhatikan investor ketika berinvestasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin meneliti lebih dalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap IHSG. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan data closing price bulanan dari tingkat inflasi, BI RATE, Kurs USD/IDR dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) periode Januari 2006 sampai Desember 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang mana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Tingkat Inflasi, BI Rate dan Kurs Dollar (USD/IDR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Pengujian secara simultan variabel Tingkat Inflasi, BI Rate dan Kurs Dollar (USD/IDR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).
