Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung risiko dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui kepercayaan, serta pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 291 konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling Jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 responden diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian online, harga tidak berpengaruh  terhadap keputusan pembelian online, dan kepercayaan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian online, serta memediasi pengaruh risiko dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah semakin tinggi kepercayaan konsumen, akan meningkatkan keputusan pembeliannya, meskipun semakin tinggi tingkat risiko yang mungkin muncul dan semakin tinggi harga yang harus dibayarkan konsumen. This research aims at knowing the direct and indirect influence of risk and price to online purchasing decision through trust, and the influence of trust to online purchasing decision. The population of this research is 291 consumers. Slovin formula is used for obtaining 74 respondents as the sample. Questionnaire and documentation are the methods for collecting the data. In analyzing the data, path analysis is applied. The results of this research show that risk influences online purchasing decision, but price does not influence online purchasing decision. Then, trust influences online purchasing decision; and it mediates the influence of risk and price to online purchasing decision. The conclusion of this research is that the higher of consumer’s trust will increase the online purchasing decision although it may make higher risk and higher price for consumers

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari fungsi Public Relations (PR) dalam menjalankan aktivitas corporate social responsibility (CSR). Penelitian ini juga mengkaji apakah fungsi PR terlibat dalam aktivitas pelaksanaan, pembinaan, sosialisasi dan promosi serta aktivitas CSR guna menunjang pencapaian tujuan perusaahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para stakeholder di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Area III Jawa Barat dan Banten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi PR dapat bersinergi dengan CSR dalam menunjang pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Aktifitas CSR dapat menunjang fungsi PR dalam menciptakan image yang positif dan membina hubungan yang harmonis. The purpose of this research is to study the function of Public Relations (PR) in carrying out the activities of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This study also examines whether the PR function involves implementation, development, dissemination and promotion and CSR activities to support the achievement of corporate goals. The method used in this study is qualitative methods by implementing the design of case studies. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentary studies, and participant observation. The Respondents in this study are the stakeholders in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Area III West Java and Banten. The result of this study indicates that the PR function can work synergizely with CSR to support the achievement of corporate goals. CSR activities can support the function of PR in creating a positive image and foster a harmonious relationship.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan dengan  Focus Group Disscusion (FGD), studi dokumentasi dan observasi partisipan. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah pimpinan UKM di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah  135.  Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat AMOS. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The data were collected through interviews by conducting the focus group disscusion (FGD), study documentation, and participant observation. The respondents of this research is 135 managers of SMEs in Semarang. The analysis techniques for this study  is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The study result shows that the increase of SMEs performance in Semarang is influenced by the ability of adaptability which is built by the commitment on consensus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja bank syariah dengan menggunakan CAMEL dan SCnP Model. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di BI dari tahun 2009-2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sementara teknik analisis data berupa deskriptif yang bersifat explanatory. Model CAMEL memiliki lima variabel, yaitu capital menggunakan proksi CAR, asset quality menggunakan proksi RORA, management menggunakan proksi NPM, earning menggunakan proksi ROA dan liquidity menggunakan proksi FDR. Model SCnP memiliki dua variabel, yaitu Shariah Conformity dan Profitability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa rasio CAR, RORA dan FDR telah memenuhi standar yang ditentukan BI, sedangkan rasio NPM dan ROA belum memenuhi standar. Analisis pada hasil SCnP yaitu, bank syariah tersebar dalam empat kuadran (ULQ, LLQ, URQ dan LRQ) dan merekomendasikan Bank Syariah Mandiri sebagai sasaran investasi karena mampu bertahan pada kuadran kanan atas (URQ) selama periode 2009-2012.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the employee performance of fish-based food processing industries in West Java, which driven by variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction and motivation. The fishing industry in Indonesia has resulted in huge foreign exchange. On the other hand, their products are still poor quality and do not meet export standard. This is likely due to low employee performance. The research object were employees of three fish-based food processing plants. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique. This study revealed different results from previous studies, that only organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction and motivation has no effect on performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji kinerja karyawan industri pengolahan makanan berbasis ikan di wilayah Jawa Barat, yang dipengaruhi dari variabel budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi. Industri perikanan di Indonesia telahmenghasilkan devisa negara besar. Disisi lain, hasil produknya masih banyak yang belum memenuhi standar ekspor dan bermutu rendah. Hal tersebut kemungkinan dikarenakan kinerja karyawan yang rendah. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari tiga pabrik pengolahan makanan berbasis ikan. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan hasil yang berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya. Dari ketiga variabel independen, hanya budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah yaitu teknologi, motif religius, dan kualitas layanan.Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument untuk mengumpulkan data.Kuesioner dibagikan kepada nasabah aktif bank syariah di Kota Semarang yang terdiri dari 100 responden.Data dianalisa menggunakan validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengevaluasi kuesioner dan menggunakan regresi linier untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dari variabel tersebut.Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa teknologi, motif religius, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah. The objective of the study was to investigate several factorswhich influenced the customersto select sharia/ Islamic bank, they weretechnology, religious motivation, and service quality. The data were collected by questionare as the instrument.The questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents as the active customers of sharia bank in Semarang. The data were analysed by validity and reliability test to evaluate the questionare and by linier regretion to evaluate the influential factors of those variables. Abstract

The objective of the study was to examine the direct and indirect influences of Islamic work ethics on employees behavior toward organization change with organizational commitment as mediation. The population of the study was Public Civil Servants of the general inspectors of finance ministry. The samples were taken by Solvin method. It was a purposive sampling with 87 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a direct influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment, there was not any direct influence of organizational commitment on employees behavior toward organizational change, there was an indirect influence of Islamic work ethics on employees behavior toward organization change with organizational commitment as the mediation. It is concluded that there were a direct and an indirect influences of Islamic work ethics on employees behavior toward organizational commitmen as the mediation. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Itjen Kementerian Keuangan RI sebanyak 87 responden, menggunakan metode Slovin dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung etika kerja Islami pada komitmen organisasional, tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasional pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi, terdapat pengaruh langsung etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dan terdapat pengaruh etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa ada pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dasar teori model konseptual resolusi kepemimpinan dan konflik, mengamati pengaruhnya untuk kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini melakukan tes empiris mengenai hubungan antara variabel-variabel, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan adaptif, resolusi konflik, kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teoritis empiris sebagai dasar untuk menguji dan menganalisis konflik substantif dan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif dan juga implikasinya terhadap otonomi tugas, kerja sama tim, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan efektivitas program studi di universitas. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah program studi utama dan atau departemen dari PTS di Kota Semarang. Path Analysis dengan Structural Equation Model digunakan untuk menganalisa dan menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini telah mengungkapkan temuan baru, yaitu kemampuan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif menjadi mediasi antara hubungan kepuasan kerja dan efektifitas organisasi.The objective of the research is to develop a conceptual model of the basic theory of resolution leadership and conflict, to observe the influence of job satisfaction, commitment and organizational effectiveness. It is an empirical study to test the relationship of the variables such as adaptive leadership style, conflict resolution, job satisfaction, affective commitment and organizational effectiveness. The study develops an empirical theoretical model as a basis to test and analyze the substantive conflict and integrative adaptive leadership style and also the implications for task autonomy, teamwork, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and study programs effectiveness at the university. The samples of thestudy are the main study programs or departments at private universities in Semarang. The data were analyzed by Path Analysis with Structural Equation Model to analyze and test the hypothesis. The result of the study shows the new finding; it is the ability of integrative adaptive leadership style becomes the mediation between job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kausalitas antara kebijakan struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROA dan perapan GCG yang diukur dengan Good Corporate Perception Index (GCPI) terhadap ekspektasi investor yang diukur dengan nilai perusahaan. Teknik  sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan yang go public dan masuk dalam Indonesia Most Trusted Companies. Periode penelitian selama tahun 2012 dan 2013, serta mempublikasikan laporan keuangan 2012-2013. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan profitabilitas dan GCPI berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi investor. Secarasimultan variabel kebijakan struktur modal, ukuran peusahaan, profitabilitas dan GCPI berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi investor.The objective of the study was to analyze the causality influence among capital structure policy, firm size, profitability which was measured by ROA and the implementation of GCG which was measured by Good Corporate Perception Index  (GCPI) toward the investors’ expectations which was measured by the company value. It was a purposive sampling study. The samples of this study were go public companies listed on the Indonesia’s Most Trusted Companies. The period of the study was in 2012 and 2013, and financial reports from 2012 to 2013. The total samples were 48 companies. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regressions. The result of the study showed that the capital structure policy and firm size did not  give any influence, whereas the profitability and GCPI gave influence toward the investors’ expectations. Furthermore; capital structure policy, firm size, profitability and GCPI variables influenced simultaneously toward investors’ expectations.
