Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the scope of Johar Subsidiary Branch Office of Bank Jateng, a subsidiary branch office of Bank Jateng which is located in the city of Semarang. The aims of this research were (1) to test empirically the influence of Locus of Control to the Role Conflict with Islamic Work Ethics as intervening variable. (2) to test empirically the influence of Locus of Control to the Role Ambiguity with Islamic Work Ethics as intervening variable. (3) to test empirically the difference of impregnability in Islamic Work Ethics upholding among internalizer type and externalizer type of employees. (4) to test empirically the influence of Islamic Work Ethics to the Role Conflict. (5) to test empirically the influence of Islamic Work Ethics to the Role Ambiguity.  The population and samples of this research were 20 employees of Johar Subsidiary Branch Office of Bank Jateng. They all believe in Islam. The data of the research were obtained by questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. Later, to the questionnaires of the research, validity and reliability tests were conducted. Through both tests conducted, all criterions could be fulfilled.  To test the validity of each hypothesis, regression and path analysis were applied. Based on both analysis, several conclusions were formulated. They were: (1) Locus of Control influenced the Role Conflict with Islamic Work Ethics as intervening variable (Hypothesis 1was accepted). (2) Locus of Control did not influence the Role Ambiguity with Islamic Work Ethics as intervening variable (Hypothesis 2 was rejected). (3) The employees with internalizer type did not perform the difference of impregnability in Islamics Work Ethics upholding with the externalizer type one (Hypothesis 3 was rejected). (4) Islamic Work Ethics influenced the Role Conflict (Hypothesis 4 was accepted). (5) Islamic Work Ethics did not influence the Role Ambiguity (Hypothesis 5 was rejected).  Key Words: Locus of Control, Islamic Work Ethics, Role Conflict, and Role Ambiguity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Mudal village is one of the villages that are within the scope of the District of Temanggung. Based on the last record, there are 54 small industries and 102 micro-scale industries (home industry). Some of the problems as described above are also faced by small industry players and households in the village Mudal, District Temanggung. The residents of this village who decided to pursue efforts to realize that such activity is a way to empower themselves and improve living standards. However, several challenges still must be faced that makes their efforts generally have not been able to realize a significant increase in the standard of living of the financial side. For this reason, various efforts that might be taken to overcome or at least minimize the impact of some of the constraints listed above should be performed. Given the fact that in general they have a weakness in terms of capital, labor, production and marketing capabilities, some villagers Mudal who runs the household scale business then decided to join in some business groups. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PD BPR BKK Blora. The sampling technique used in this study is a census, where the entire population is taken as a sample of 50 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, it can be seen that leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This result means that the better the leadership is applied, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. The existence of a leader who can generate ideas for employees at work, prioritizes partnerships with employees and empowers and involves employees in development can make employees higher job satisfaction. Likewise, motivation means that the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee's job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study is to determine how the influence of online brand image, service standard communication, word of mouth on Brand Commitment on Shopee's online shop site in Semarang City and the influence of Brand Commitment on Online Buying Intention. The sampling technique used in this study was a snowball using the Slovin formula as many as 100 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire distributed online. In this study, online buying intention, service standard communication, word of mouth are significantly influenced by brand commitment. Brand commitment is the mediation of the influence of online brand image, service standard communication and word of mouth on online buying intentions. Abstract

Abstrak penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh online brand image, service standard communication, word of mouth terhadap Brand Comitment pada situs toko online Shopee di Kota Semarang serta pengaruh Brand Comitment terhadap Online Buying Intention. Abstract

Financial literacy is related to individual well-being. Increasing financial literacy is needed to achieve prosperity. Financial literacy education as a way to increase financial literacy is required to utilize technology that can expand networks, including buzz marketing. This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, subjective norms, trust in government and social media technology on the intention to carry out financial literacy buzzing. Analysis using regression shows that trust in the government and social media technology have a significant influence on financial literacy buzzering intentions. Increasing government programs and directing the use of social media technology can be taken to increase financial literacy buzzering intentions.

Abstract

Kota Semarang merupakan ibu kota Provinsi yang memiliki beragam jenis UMKM. Kelurahan Lamper Lor Kecamatan Semarang Selatan merupakan salah satu contohnya. Usaha yang dijalankan masyarakat Kelurahan Lamper Lor Semarang dari segi pemasaran melalui media sosial belum dikelola dengan baik sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang maksimal. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, dampak negatif dari pandemik dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan program digital marketing. Pelaku UMKM mulai menggunakan Media sosial dalam memasarkan produk.Topik ini dirasa penting karena Dampak pemasaran online sudah makin terasa, yaitu terjadinya perubahan pola, dari yang biasanya berbelanja di toko, gerai, supermarket atau mall sebagian konsumen beralih ke belanja online. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi para pelaku UMKM untuk bisa membuat dan memanfaatkan media sosial didalam mengembangkan pemasaran dan penjualannya. Kegiatan ini meliputi pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini pelaku UMKM mendapatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mendalam tentang pemasaran online serta setiap peserta dapat membuat media sosial yang digunakan untuk pemasaran penjualan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online marketing, marketing strategies and digital marketing on increasing sales. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were permanent product sellers who sold their products on the Shopee marketplace. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used to analyze the data in this research. The research results show that online marketing and digital marketing have a positive effect on increasing sales. This means that better management in online marketing and good digital marketing can increase sales in the Shopee market. Meanwhile, marketing strategies were unable to influence increased sales in the Shopee marketplace. This happens because competition in the Shopee marketplace is currently increasingly competitive, so changes in marketing strategies are needed that can attract potential consumers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media use and hedonism lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of young employees in Semarang City. The sample in this study was 150 respondents taken by purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with the help of Google Form. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that social media and hedonism lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of young employees in Semarang City.
