Abstract

Indonesia has abundant natural and human potential. The development of vocational schools based on local potential is one of the efforts to prepare skilled labor to reduce the number of unemployed. This article aims to describe changes in orientation of vocational school graduates based on local potential for regional development. The method used is descriptive by examining 34 literacys relevant with research problems. The results of the study found that shifts in graduate orientation can be done by developing vocational schools based on local potential for regional development as preparation for skilled labor, vocational school graduates are projected to work in local and surrounding industries, entrepreneurial graduates are designed to open companies in their own or around so that the natural potential possessed by the local community is not beneficial to foreign parties. The development of vocational schools is carried out by identifying the characteristics of natural, cultural and artistic and technological potential in each region. Extensive natural potential analysis is carried out to determine priority potential so that it can be used as a reference in determining the spectrum of local potential-based expertise.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan impulsif siswa pada konsep pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIA 3 di SMA Negeri 20 Bandung tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang terdiri dari 34 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain pra-eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Postest. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis dan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa n-gain mendapat skor 0,68 dalam penilaian aspek kognitif dengan kategori sedang, dalam penilaian aspek afektif mendapat skor rata-rata 83 dengan kategori baik, 85 skor rata-rata dalam penilaian aspek psikomotor dengan kategori baik, dan penilaian kuesioner siswa mendapatkan rata-rata keseluruhan 78% dengan hampir keseluruhan kategori. Sedangkan hasil uji korelasi aspek kognitif dengan aspek afektif mendapat nilai koefisien korelasi 0,747, aspek afektif dengan aspek psikomotor mendapat nilai koefisien korelasi 0,744, dan aspek psikomotorik dengan aspek kognitif mendapat nilai koefisien korelasi 0,717, dengan signifikansi 0,00. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan perilaku impulsivitas siswa pada konsep pencemaran yang pernah terjadi. ABSTRACT The main objective of this study is to find out the application problem based learning to improve managing impulsivity students on environmental pollution concept. This research is expected to improve students learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspeck on the managing impulsivity. This sample of research is class X MIA 3 in SMA Negeri 20 Bandung academic year 2017/2018 which consist of 34 student. This method of research use is pre-experimental design with using One-Group Pretest-Postest design. The research data is analyzed by using hypothesis test and correlation test. The result show that n-gain got score 0,68 in cognitive aspect assesment with medium category, in affective aspect assesment got average score 83 with good category, 85 average score in psychomotor aspect assesment with good category, and student questionnaire assessment get whole average 78% with almost entirety category. Whereas, the result correlation test cognitive aspect  with affective aspect got correlation coefficient value 0,747, affective aspect with psychomotor aspect got correlation coefficient value 0,744, and psychomotor aspect with cognitive aspect got correlation coefficient value 0,717, with 0,00 significance. From the research result it can be conclude that the application problem based learning model can to improve managing impulsivity student on everonmental pollution concept.  Keywords:  Problem Based Learning, Habits of Mind, Managing Impulsivity, Environmental Pollution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pembelajaran menulis kreatif dengan menggunakan model sinektik berbasis lingkungan di SMA Islam Kota Batu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SMA Islam Kota Batu. Lokasi ini dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan alasan yaitu sekolah ini terletak di tengah Kota Batu, sehingga akses untuk ke lokasi-lokasi yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan sosial sangat mudah dan sekolah ini memiliki berbagai macam siswa dengan latar belakang yang berbeda-beda, sehingga ditemukan permasalahan yang bervariasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga teknik, yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen utama penelitian ini adalah peneliti dengan dibantu kamera, pedoman wawancara, dan alat-alat lain yang diperlukan secara insendental. Proses pengumpulan dan penganalisaan data penelitian ini menggunakan langkah-langkah yaitu penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran sinektik berbasis lingkungan sosial untuk penulisan kreatif adalah (1) tahap analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara mengenai kebutuhan siswa ketika menulis kreatif, (2) mempersiapkan perlengkapan pembelajaran untuk mengamati objek, dan memperhitungkan cuaca, (3) pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yaitu mengamati dan wawancara dengan objek sosial di sekitar lingkungan sekolah, dan (4) tahap refleksi yaitu mendiskusikan informasi yang sudah diperoleh dan menjadikan informasi sebagai bahan untuk menulis kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap sikap pasif dan kurangnya respon mahasiswa terhadap pertanyaan dosen. Pemecahan yang ditawarkan adalah dengan  penerapan pembelajaran koperatif tipe Student Team Achievment Divisions? (STAD) dan model Dunia Gembira (DUGEM) untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar fisioterapi olahraga. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang meyakinkan, penelitian dilakukan selama tiga siklus, didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut; 1) siklus I, nilai rata-rata 60 dengan ketuntasan 46%, 2) siklus II, nilai rata-rata 69.11 ketuntasan 72.5%, 3) siklus III, nilai rata-rata 73.7 ketuntasan 87.5%. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan model Dugem dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar,  keaktifan, ketrampilan, kerjasama dan keberanian mengemukakaan pendapat dalam diskusi ataupun selama proses belajar mengajar. The learned outcomes indicated learned passivity and lack of student response to teacher questions, need to find the solution. One of them with the implementation of cooperative learning and model type STAD and DUGEM to improve the quality of learning sports Phisiotherapy. The study was conducted over three cycles, obtained the following results: 1) the first cycle, the average value of 60 with mastery 46%, 2) the second cycle, the average value of 72.5% 69.11 completeness, 3) the third cycle, the average value of 73.7 87.5% completeness. Implementation of cooperative learning and model type STAD and DUGEM can improve learning outcomes, activity, skill, team work and courage opinion in discussion or during the learning process.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: First, to discover the attitude ofprimary school's teachers in Semarang towards the curriculum changes. Second, todiscover what the teachers think of the new curriculum. The subject of this curriculumis the state elementary school teachers in Semarang who have experienced differentcurriculum changes twice in 1994 and 2004 respectively. The research reveals thatteachers showed 2 attitudes towards curriculum changes: high openness (76%) andmedium openness (24%) out of 100 respondents. Basically, we can classify theteacher's suggestion into 8 groups. They are government policy, infrastructure,program dissemination, dissemination, training, administrative affairs, curriculumcontent, sampling, and education.Kata kunci: sikap guru, perubahan kurikulum

Abstract

It is important to know the role of the teachers' reaction toward the Certification Program because based on the data we can identify their perception about the program so that we can plan the necessary steps according to the program. This a qualitative research taking as respondents the primay and the secondary teachers joined in the teachers association KKG and MGMP. They were classifiend in 4 categories: (1) those who hah not the 81 degree or still studying to obtain tile degree. (2) those having the S 1 degree with 0-5 year experience. (3) those having the S1 degree with 6-10 year experience. and (4) those who have been certificated. The results showed that they considered the program more as welfare project, . not as aprogram of professional enhancement. Kata Kunci: respon, implementasi kebijakan, dan sertifikasi guru

Abstract

Training is one of ditermining factors of the success of an action plan. Traininghas also an important and strategic role in the development and growth of students.The focus of the study are: (1) the training for aerobic instructor candidates in threegyms in Semarang: St Anna Gym, Astuti Aerobic Dance, and Dian Ida Gunawan, (2)the factors affecting the training of aerobic instructor candidates in the three gyms.The research is aimed at understanding, identifying, and describing: (1) the executionof training for aerobic instructor candidates in the three gyms (2) the factors whichinfluence the training for aerobic instructor candidates in the three gyms. Theapproach of the study was phenomenological. Therefore, the research adopted aqualitative method. The data collected were words and pictures. The findings are asfollows: a) The trainer had knowledge and experience in his/her field, had a nationallevel certificate, attended gymnastic educations, atttended in-house training, attendedseminars in the level of general, local, or national, b) the trainees were not limited to aparticular age group, c) the written curriculum referred to the right guidelineaccording to the curriculum of gymnastics education, d) the training programs wereexecuted although they were not planned well. The existing training programs werenot recorded in writing and were still a routine, e) physical and mental training wascarried out. There were also additional methods such as aerobic assessment andestablishment although they were not written well, f) evaluation to the training wascarried out although it was not followed up well as a basis of improvement ofcontinuous training program.kata kunci: pelatihan, instruktur senam aerobik, senam aerobik

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan manajemen Laboratorium Tata Busana SMK Negeri 3 Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pertimbangan bahwa tujuannya adalah memberikan gambaran secara mendetail tentang nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan, sasaran dan tujuan, tahap-tahap, dan evaluasi dalam perencanaan laboratorium. Perencanaan laboratorium tata busana disusun selaras dengan visi, misi, dan nilai-nilai sekolah. Implementasi nilai-nilai sekolah dalam perencanaan laboratorium merupakan upaya seius menjunjung tinggi cita-cita sekolah. Sasaran dalam perencanaan laboratorium tata busana dibedakan menjadi sasaran jangka pendek, menengah, dan jangka panjang. Sasaran perencanaan telah disertakan dalam program kerja yang terdiri dari penentuan personil, pendanaan, dan penentuan alokasi waktu. Perencanaan laboratorium berlangsung melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu perencanaan oleh guru, pembentukan tim kecil penyusun draft program kerja, dan pembahasan pada forum rapat guru. Evaluasi dalam perencanaan laboratorium dilaksanakan pada saat rapat guru dan saat informal. Semangat dan prinsip yang dikembangkan adalah serius, terbuka, kekeluargaan, dan saling menghargai.   The purpose of this study is to describe the laboratory management planning tata busana SMK Negeri 3 Magelang. This study used a qualitative approach with the consideration that the aim is to provide a detailed description of the values that are developed, goals and objectives, phases, and evaluation in laboratory planning. Tata busana laboratory planning is aligned with the vision, mission and values of the school. Implementation of the values of the school in planning the laboratory is an effort seius upholding school ideals. Target fashion lab in the planning can be divided into short-term goals, medium and long term. Planning targets have been included in the work program which consists of the determination of personnel, funding and time allocation. Planning laboratory lasted through several stages, namely planning by teachers, the establishment of a small team drafting the work program, and discussion at the forum meeting of teachers. Evaluation in laboratory planning meeting held at the time when teachers and informal. The spirit and principles developed is a serious, open, familial, and mutual respect.

Abstract

The quality of education in elementary level is demanded to always be betteralong with the world’s changing. Teacher as the leading role in teaching and studyingactivity is expected to be able using acceptable media to improve student’s learninginterest. Visual based teaching media in game formation is one of effective alternativemedia to improve the studying quality. Children in elementary level have tendency toplay. Fun and relaxing situation will help children to increase their learning interest.There is a new paradigm recently that through playing children will be able to learnmore and their studying activity will be more effective when the situation is set to befun. The developing of this learning media in the form of snake and lader game isaimed to give discourse about alternative teavhing media for elementary level. Abstract

General Linguitics subject is a fundamental subject offered to semester 1students hoping to be the foundation for the students to understand other linhuisticsubjects. However, the students’ achievement in the subject was not yet optimum. Thesubject of the study was 400 freshmen of Indonesian language and literature studyprogram of Indonesian Language and Literature Department of Semarang StateUniversity who took general linguistic class. The study applied classroom actionresearch with two cycles. The results of the research were that the assessment andacademic tutorial for students in general linguistic could improve the students’ gradeand knowledge. This was shown from the improvement of the the pretest, formativetest, and posttest at the end of cycles 1 and II. The sum of the score of the pretest,formative test, and posttest at the end of cycle I are subsequently 1810, 2875, and2981. The average score of the three assements improved from 50.3 to 71.9 and 74.5.At the end of the cycle II the score improved from 3196 to 3384 with the averagescore improving from 81.7 to 84.6. Besides, the assessment and student academictutorial could change the behavior of the students who attended general linguisticclass. This was seen from the more positive change of the students’ behavior. With theplanned activities and obtained result, the writer suggests/recommends that thisactivity is applied to other subjects.Kata kunci : asesmen, tutorial, linguistik umum
