Abstract

Art education in pre-school and primary education is not intended for childrento be excellent in performing arts, or be a champion in the art of dance, music, literaryarts, visual arts and so on. It is clear that art education in elementary school level is notsolely aimed at producing artists. The important thing is to make children sensitive todistinguish beauty and badness, honesty and falsehood in accordance with the truth. Infact, art education (especially visual arts) in the level of primary education has not hadadequate position or portion when it is compared to other subjects. It can be seen in thepractice of learning that has not been in accordance with the substance of the true artseducation, e.g. teaching and learning strategies, availability of facilities, studentmotivation, time allocation stated in the curriculum, evaluation systems, and humanresources. Based on the results of that analysis and the important role of arts learningat primary school level, it is necessary to consider and seek breakthrough which givesthe subject of art the same position and portion as any other subjects. Moreover, it isnecessary to realize that learning arts in primary education can give positive effects tothe holistic increase of children's ability: cognitive, affective and psychomotor.Kata kunci: analisis, pembelajaran seni rupa, pendidikan dasar

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Model Pembelajaran Problem – Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru yang mengajar di SMA Patra Mandiri 1 Palembang?.Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru mengajar melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem – Based Learning di SMA Patra Mandiri 1 Palembang.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah para guru SMA Patra Mandiri 1 Palembang. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penggalian data lembar observasi pengamatan terhadap para guru SMA Patra Mandiri 1 Palembang.Dari hasil Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Problem – Based Learning   memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa SMA Patra Mandiri 1 Palembang dalam setiap siklus, yaitu siklus I (60.00%), siklus II (85.71%).  ABSTRACTThe problem to be examined in this study is whether the Problem-Based Learning Model can improve the ability of teachers who teach at Patra Mandiri High School 1 Palembang ?. The purpose of this action research is to improve the ability of teachers to teach through Problem-Based Learning in Patra High School. Mandiri 1 Palembang. This study uses action research as much as two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. The target of this study was the teachers of the 1 Patra Mandiri High School in Palembang. Data obtained from the results of extracting observational sheet data on the teachers of the Patra Mandiri 1 High School in Palembang. From the results, the data obtained indicate that the Problem-Based Learning Learning Model has a positive impact on improving Teacher Performance which is marked by increased learning completeness in Patra Mandiri High School students 1 Palembang in each cycle, namely cycle I (60.00%), cycle II (85.71%).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran yang dikembangkan pada pendidikan vokasi dalam penanaman karakter berwirausaha kepada warga belajar di PKBM. Fokus penelitian adalah model penanaman karakter berwirausaha yang dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran pada pendidikan vokasi. Sumber data adalah pengelola, dan  tutor/instruktur yang terlibat dalam kegiatan. Pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (a) secara umum  proses pembelajaran pendidikan vokasi di PKBM berada pada kategori  tinggi dengan persentase mencapai 60,3%, berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 38,7%; (b) penanaman karakter berwirausaha dimulai dari: (a) pemberian pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang bidang usaha, (b) mempraktekkan usaha berdasarkan pada penguasaan jenis usaha, (c) evaluasi penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, dan (d) merintis usaha berdasarkan jenis usaha yang telah dikuasai; dan (c) arahan utama yang ingin dituju dalam proses pembelajaran dan penanaman karakter berwirausaha yaitu penguasaan  pengetahuan akademik, sikap, personal dan sosial, penguasaan keterampilan vokasi/skill yaitu memiliki keterampilan produksi dan jasa sesuai kebutuhan pasar, dan  penguasaan manajerial usaha kecil. Saran yang diajukan berdasar hasil penelitian adalah: (a) penyediaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran yang secara langsung menunjang proses pembelajaran, (b) dalam rangka peningkatan mutu proses pembelajaran diperlukan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) pengembangan kompetensi, terutama kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional tutor, dan (c) dukungan dari berbagai pihak dalam penanaman karakter berwirausaha melalui pola kerjasama antara pemerintah, penyelenggara, masyarakat, dan dunia usaha perlu diefektifkan. The aim of this research is to acknowledge the education process developed by vocative education and the investment of entrepreneurships characteristics to the participant in PKBM. The focus of this study is the model which is used to develop the investment of entrepreneurships characteristics on education process in vocative education. The sources of data are the organizer and tutor/instructor who take involve in the activity. The collection of data is using interview and observation method meanwhile, to analyze the data, the observer using descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The result of the research shows that: (a) in general, the teaching process of vocative education in PKBM include in high category in the percentage of 60,3 %, in middle category in the percentage of 38,7 %; (b) the investment of entrepreneurship character is started from: (a) giving knowledge and perceptive about business, (b) doing the business based on the skill on the kind of business, (c) evaluate the acknowledgement of knowledge and skill, and (d) started the business based on the skill; and (c) the main goal in the teaching process and the investment of entrepreneurships characteristics is the acknowledgement about academic education, behavior, personal and social, the mastering of vocative skill/managerial skill of little business. The advices given based on the research are: (a) the available of equipment and utilities directly can support teaching process, (b) in order to gain the quality of teaching process, need to establish education and practicing to develop the competencies, especially pedagogic competency, tutor professional competency, and (c) the support in the investment of entrepreneurships characteristics by having cooperation between government, the establisher, society, and the world of business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang model pengembangan kinerja terpadu yang dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah pada SMA Negeri. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah: (a) Komite Sekolah, (b) Guru Sertifikasi, (c) Kepala Sekolah, dan (d) Mutu Sekolah pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif pada langkah pendahuluan dan penelitian pengembangan sampai pada uji kelayakan. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa: (a) pada SMA Negeri dalam kinerja sekolah yang diorientasikan pada pengembangan mutu sekolah secara terukur masih dengan menggunakan model pengembangan parsial, (b) masing masing komponen sekolah belum melaksanakan kinerja terpadu antara komite sekolah, guru sertifikasi, dan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan program sekolah yang berkaitan dengan mutu sekolah,dan (c) perlu dikaji solusi alternatif model pengembangan kinerja terpadu yang dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam upaya mengembangkan peningkatan mutu sekolah pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang. The research was study the development of school management model that is devoted to the development of integrated performance model as an effort to improve the quality of schools. The variables in this study are: (a) the School Committee, (b) Teacher Certification, (c) the Head of School, and (d) Quality Schools in high school se Pemalang. The method used in this study using a qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that: (a) not yet implemented in the integrated development model of school management that is oriented to the development of school quality is measured, (b) each component of the school does not have the same vision of the school committee, certified teachers, and principals in understanding berkaiatan the quality of schools in an integrated manner, and (c) have developed a model of integrated performance-related guidelines that may be an alternative in an effort to develop improved school quality.

Abstract

TheKKNTematik PBA(illiteracy eradication field program) is a collaborativeprogram between provincial governments and universities to irradicate illiteracy inCentral Java. Semarang State University was one of the universities taking a part inthe program. The program was conducted among other in Bandar Batang.participants' responses and their achievement in basicmath, reading, and writing. The subject of the study was the implementation of themodels the program in Bandar Batang in 2008. The models consisted of three: private,small group, and large group. The population (226 people) was selected through adisproportionate stratified random sampling of 5 villages. The variables of theresearch were participants' responses and their achievement. The data were collectedwith a questionnaire and document analysis. The data were analyzed with descriptiveanalysis of the percentage and chi-square analysis. It was revealed that the response ofthe participants fell under good category. The achievement of the participants in basicmath, reading, and writing fell under low category.kata kunci: KKNtematik, buta aksara, warga belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran NHT (Number Head Together) dengan menggunakan pendekatan SETS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 3 Pemalang. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas VIII E tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 dengan jumlah siswa 38 orang. Data kreativitas siswa didapatkan melalui angket. Data hasil belajar kognitif siswa didapatkan melalui tes evaluasi yang berupa soal pilihan ganda dan uraian. Hasil belajar psikomotorik didapatkan melalui lembar observasi. Perkembangan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan analisis uji gain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran NHT dengan pendekatan SETS dapat mengembangkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa. The aim of this research was to find out the development of student creativities after   the NHT learning model  applied using SETS approach. The method used in this research was class action research. This research was done in SMP Negeri 3 Pemalang. The subjects of this research are 38 students of class VIII E in the academic year 2011/2012. Data obtained through the questionnaire students creativity. Students cognitive learning outcomes data obtained through evaluation tests in the form of multiple choice questions and a description. Psychomotor learning results obtained through observation sheet. The development of creativity and learning achievement  done by gain test analysis. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of  learning NHT with SETS approach model can develop creativity and learning achievement.

Abstract

No one ever knows the learning processes in a classroom but the teacher. Thelearning quality improvement is the responsibility of not only the teacher but also allcomponents of an education institution either a school or university. In order to gain acollegial relationship among the components, a Lesson study can be implemented. Thesteps of a Lesson study include planning, doing, and reflecting. Through Lesson study,it is very likely that knowledge sharing occurs. Through a constructive developmentof knowledge, learning innovation can emerge and educators will have the opportunityto improve the teaching quality.Kata kunci: kualitas pembelajaran, lesson study

Abstract

One of the goals of accounting education in Indonesia is to introduce the students to the ethics and values of accounting profession. This research focused on the effectiveness of accounting curriculum in developing students’ responsibility towards the financial statement’s users. We find that no different perception on ethics occurs between the new accounting students and senior accounting students. These results show that there are needs to reform the accounting curriculum particularly in accounting department faculty of economics Semarang State University, to emphasize more on ethics and values of the accounting profession. Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, telah diamanatkan dalam UU RI No 20 Tahun 2003 oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan pembiayaan yang bersumber dari partisipasi masyarakat/orang tua siswa. Fokus penelitian adalah pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan dana dari masyarakat, sedangkan rumusan masalah penelitian adalah bagaimanakah proses perencanaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja sekolah (RAPBS), proses penggalian dana dari masyarakat, proses pembelanjaan pembiayaan pendidikan, proses pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan, dan  proses pelaporan pembiayaan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengumpulkan informasi guna mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan yang bersumber dari partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu proses penyusunan RAPBS termasuk katagori partisipatif, proses penggalian dana dari orang tua siswa melalui komunikasi secara intensif dengan orang tua siswa. Sumber pembiayaan yang berasal dari orang tua siswa, Infaq pengembangan sekolah dan wakaf, sumbangan pengembangan pendidikan, uang POMG, uang komputer, uang kegiatan, uang ekstrakurikuler, dan uang ZIS. Simpulannya adalah proses penyusunan rencana anggaran pendapatan dan belanja sekolah (RAPBS)  telah dilakukan secara partisipatif. Public participation in education, has been mandated by Law No. 20 of 2003 is therefore necessary financing management resulting from participation in community / parents. Research focus is the management of funds from public education funding, while the formulation of the research problem is how the process of planning the school budget revenues and expenditures (RAPBS), the process of extracting funds from the public, the education expenditure finance, education finance process monitoring, and reporting processes of education financing. The purpose of research to gather information in order to describe and analyze the management of the education funding comes from community participation. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. The data was collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the research process including the preparation of School Budget category participatory process of extracting funds from the parents of students through intensive communication with parents. Source of funding comes from the student’s parents and school development Infaq endowments, donations of education, PTA money, computer money, money activities, extracurricular money, and money ZIS. Conclusion is the process of planning the budget revenue and expenditure of schools (RAPBS) have been conducted in a participatory manner.

Abstract

Some efforts to increase student performance in Fashion Design II have beendone in many ways. One of those ways is applied one of instructional approach, forexample: Contextual Teaching and Learning. This approach focuses on holisticlearning and has some aims, such as: to help student to understand teaching materialby connecting with everyday life context. By this approach student will haveknowledge and skill which can applied flexibility from one case to another caseswhich related to fashion design. The main components in contextual teaching-learningare: constructivism, questioning, inquiry, learning community, modeling and authenticassessment. The implications of contextual teaching-learning on Fashion Design II areto give opportunity to the students constructing their knowledge and skill byquestioning, by inquiry, by doing some experiments in fashion design.Key words: pembalajaran kontekstual, desain busana II, hasil belajar
