Abstract

Kemampuan fisik dalam bulutangkis didominasi oleh otot kaki yang dapat dilatih kekuatannya, khususnya power tungkai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan plyometric terhadap peningkatan power tungkai. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini melibatkan atlet bulutangkis PB Baleraya Kabupaten Wonosobo sejumlah 6 pemain dengan usia maksimal 15 tahun yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan selama 16 kali pertemuan dari tanggal 13 Juli 2022 sampai dengan 31 Juli 2022. Metode Plyometric yang digunakan adalah tumpuan satu kaki. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sample t test untuk mengetahui perbedaan tinggi lompatan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan plyometric terhadap power tungkai, yang dilihat pada nilai signifikansi uji paired sampel t tes sebesar 0,021 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan pada rata – rata tinggi lompatan, yaitu 46,17 cm dan 52,83 cm. Selain itu diperoleh nilai korelasi 88,1%, yang menunjukkan hubungan kuat dan positif . Penelitian ini menjadi bukti bahwa plyometric dapat menjadi alternatif latihan untuk meningkatkan performa atlet bulutangkis.

Abstract

Internship is one of the compulsory subjects for students. This internship program is a bridge to implement the theory that has been learned by students while conducting lectures with actual professional conditions in their scientific fields, including students majoring in Nonformal Education semester 7 who carry out their internship activities at CLC (Community Learning Center) Think Indonesia School. This type of research is descriptive research conducted using a qualitative approach, to analyze apprenticeships as learning practices carried out by students majoring in Nonformal Education. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary sources collected through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, with the data analysis technique applied is the Miles and Huberman model. The results obtained in this study are that in carrying out internship activities, students participate in socializing the acceptance of new students (PPDB), preparing annual programs, compiling SOP and making habituations in the learning process, becoming study tutors, making lesson plans, and evaluating learning in management. PKBM institutions to provide an overview, abilities, skills in managing educational institutions and skilled in conducting learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the concept and form of professionalism of Mathematics teachers in mathematics learning by studying the content of the Qur'an. The context of mathematics teachers in this article is an important highlight because Mathematics is a universal science that can be used as an axis in the process of taqarrub ilallah and as a means of worshiping Allah SWT. The method used in this research was literature review by reviewing and collecting data sources that became research references. There were two sources of data used in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The verses of the Qur'an studied were primary data sources which were then supported by secondary data sources in the form of scientific articles and other written works. As a source of knowledge and guidance for humans, it includes also being a guide for Mathematics teachers to know how to best transfer knowledge and improve their professionalism. The results of the analysis of the data obtained in this study are in the form of the implied message of the Qur'an to a teacher who is obliged to convey his knowledge to those who have the right to receive it (students) by having words, actions, and a gentle heart, always showing a truth, and put forward deliberation with students and fellow teachers in determining the direction of learning

Abstract

Technological advances will have an impact on changes in human civilization and culture. In the world of ICT implementation of the organizer's policy, the ICT impact is sometimes influenced by the impact of technological advances, the demands of the times, changes in culture and human behavior.  The purpose of the study is the influence of social factors in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) on the performance of educators, to determine the influence of task suitability factors in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) on the performance of educators, to determine the influence of long-term consequences in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) on the performance of educators , to find out the influence of the Affect factor in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) on the performance of educators, to find out the influence of complexity factors in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) on the performance of educators, to find out the influence of  educator performance  on the quality of learning.  This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach by knowing how much influence each variable dimension of social factors, dimensions of task suitability factors, dimensions of long-term consequences factors, dimensions of affect factors, and dimensions of complexity factors. Tests carried out Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test.  The results of the research data that have been analyzed with Part Least Square (PLS), show that: (1) The percentage of ICT ability factor to communication is 0.042 or 4.2% this shows that the greater the ICT ability educators will be able to improve communication by 4.2%.  (2) The amount of ICT capability factor for educator performance is 0.031 or 3.1%. This shows that the greater the ability of ICT capabilities will be able to improve the performance of educators by 3.1%.  (3) The amount of communication and ICT impact on educator performance is 0.042 × 0.031 = 0.001302 = 0.1302% This shows that it has a fairly small communication variable influence of 0.1302% on performance As for the Regression equation is: = 0.042 X1 + 0.001 X2 + Error.  (4) The Regression equation is  = 0.042 X1 + 0.001 X2 + ErrorThe research findings show that communication and ICT skills simultaneously (simultaneously) affect the performance of educators, so that the quality of learning is increasing.

Abstract

Learning virtual is built with a learning climate that is packaged in the form of interactive online design . The purpose of this research is to design, analyze, and develop an andragogy-based e-training model to improve the competency of Early Childhood Education educators. E-training is used to make it easier for educators to learn more flexibly, adjusting to the assumptions of adult learning. This research does not only discuss the management of e-training, but also explains adult learning in the digital era, with learning steps that are closely related to the learning needs of adults. The qualitative approach in this study involved 5 informants, including 2 educators, 1 manager, and 2 experts to provide feedback on the conceptual model developed, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, discussion and documentation. The results of the study show that the learning climate for adults via the internet can be carried out, but it needs to start with conditions of learning readiness through learning contracts and the freedom of learning citizens to access material both synchronously and asynchronously which can be embedded on the training website

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of digital literacy competence toward the income of home industry entrepreneurs or small home industries. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed people's lives, especially in the economic sector, which consequently reduces people's purchasing power, low income and unemployment. However, behind it all, online technology has begun to penetrate all fields in the economic sector. Small entrepreneurs or home industries must be ready to adapt to technology and digital literacy if they want to survive in their business. Digital technology can be used for marketing, production, and learning resources. This study employed a quantitative approach, descriptive statistical method with random sampling technique and the number of respondents is 50 home industry business units. The results of statistical calculations show Sig. (2-tailed) 0.05, Ha is accepted, then there is a significant difference in digital literacy competence on the income of home industry entrepreneurs. The conclusion of the analysis, is: The income of home industry entrepreneurs in this digitalization era is influenced by the ability of Information and data literacy, Communication and collaboration, Digital content creation, Safety, and Problem solving.

Abstract

The issue of developing prophetic education curriculum management in student boarding schools is the lack of student involvement in developing a prophetic education curriculum. The purpose of this study is to find and describe the development of curriculum management and character education methods implemented in Pesma An-Najah Purwokerto. The results of the research are first, curriculum development is carried out by formulating a substantial curriculum plan whose main content is prophetic knowledge and values, organizing curriculum to organize various activities and learning materials of prophetic education; implementing the prophetic education curriculum in daily learning activities; and supervision of the implementation of the prophetic education curriculum carried out by deliberation for the needs of men. Evaluate and determine the following policy. Second, the development of prophetic education methods is carried out by the hiwar (conversation) method of the Qurani and Nabawi, the method of Quranic and Prophetic stories, the method of amtsal (parables), the method of uswah (example), the method of taking ibrah (lesson) and mau'izhah (warning), and the method of targhib (making pleasure) and tarhib (scares). With the development of this curriculum and method, the practice of learning and teaching at Pondok An-Najah is carried out with the content of prophetic education materials can be done smoothly, good, and sustainably

Abstract

Dealing with the negative impacts of socio-cultural changes in the 5.0 era requires moral intelligence for elementary school students. This study aims to obtain qualitative data on the process of developing moral intelligence in learning using cooperative learning. The method uses qualitative ethnography with research implementation procedures referring to Wiersma Jurs with the stages of identifying phenomena, formulating research questions, identifying subjects, collecting data, analyzing data, and making conclusions.  Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research subjects consisted of 26 students in grade 5 elementary school PGSD FIP Laboratory UNJ and Budi Wanita Elementary School Jakarta for data triangulation. The results of the study determined that students were able to develop moral intelligence that is empathy, tolerance, respect, justice, and self-control through learning civic education using cooperative learning.  Activities to make a mind map, make group tasks, and games through the process of interacting while working in a group trains. The novelty is that the uniqueness of the students who are the subjects of the study have a diversity of abilities.  In an inclusive classroom using civic learning based on cooperative learning could be trained to develop moral intelligence. The benefits of research can provide examples of the implementation of civic education learning with cooperative learning to develop moral intelligence.

Abstract

This study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the urgency of implementing an ethnopedagogical-based character educational model to build superior character for elementary school students, to overcome the challenges of character education in an increasingly anomalous and complex globalization era, so that character education can become meaningful and have a real impact on strengthening character superior students. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with the literature study method and data analysis. This research has resulted in the form of a superior character vision that leads to moral character and performance character as a representation of citizens who are inspired by the Indonesian nation and an ethnopedagogical-based character educational model that is holistic because, in addition to trying to realize inclusive character education in elementary schools, the integration of efforts to strengthen superior character as well as the preservation of local culture, also strengthened by the example of educators, with not only the concepts and practices of ethnopedagogical-based but also the preservation of local culture, through character building, becoming a civic movement that strengthens the superior character of students in elementary schools. The study results concluded that the ethnopedagogical-based character educational model is adaptive to educational challenges and character learning in the era of globalization, digitalisation, and the industrial revolution 4.0 because it accommodates visions, strategies and efforts to form superior human beings. The character is also consistently based on Pancasila so that Indonesia can reach the peak of its civilization.
