Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine whether the current ratio, ROE, DER, PBV, Firm size, FCF, EVA and MVA has effect on return share in partially and simoustinously, analysistechnic used in this research is quantitative analysis, the method is regression. The population in this research is consumer good firm in IDX, and the sampling method is purposive sampling. The findings in this research is TATO, firm size and FCF has effect partially on return share while current ratio, ROE, DER, PBV, EVA and MVA has no effect on return share and simoustinously current ratio, ROE, DER, TATO, PBV, firm size, FCF, EVA, MVA has effect on return share.Keywords: Current ratio, ROE, DER, TATO, PBV, Firm Size, FCF, EVA, MVA, return share.

Abstract

Competitive environment is getting tougher and the reduction of sales growth need to look that national private company can growing and increasing the marketing performance. Inthis case company must have high competitive advantages that survice and well operation. The result of hypothesis test find that brand reputation has effect on customer satisfaction. Brand reputation has effect significantly on customer loyalty. Service quality has significantly effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no significantly effect on customer loyalty.Customer satisfaction has significantly effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The result of this research shows that the buyer charactheristics and seller is effect on land price. From the supply side (seller) of the land and the demand side (buyer) of the land is create a behaviorin land market in autonomous region of North Sulawesi. The land price is significantly effect on land future price expactation. Topography of the land has effect on land price on both sides. Land distance or acces has effect on land price on both sides. Richness is the only one variable that effect on land price expactation on both sides. The crop has no significant effect on both sides. Education and earning has no effect significantly on land price expectation.Keywords: Land Market Behavior, Autonomous region, North Sulawesi

Abstract

For an organization, performance employees is very important, because performance can shows how employees do all anything associated with his work in the organizations performance an organization very determined by conditions and behavior employees owned of these organisations.Phenomena what often happens is performance that has been so good can destroy, both directly and indirectly by various behavior employees.One form of behavior the employee is the wish of move ( turnover intention ) resulting in the decision to left his job. Abstract

Skipjack fish is an important commercial fish. Although it is not currently threatened, the purse seine nets and other unsustainable methods used to catch skipjack fish. Skipjack fish have a streamlined body that mostly without scales. Their lower side and belly are silver with 4 to 6 dark bands. Skipjack fish is found worldwide in tropical and subtropical waters and is a highly migratory schooling species. Abstract

The results showed during the study period (January 6 until January 20,2014) found the average - average abnormal return, where more abnormal return is positive which means the market is assessing the implementation of Regulation No. 1 of 2014 is good news. Nonetheless, there are significant differences in the average - average abnormal return before and after the implementation of Regulation No. 1 of 2014 which showed that the ban on the export of raw minerals would have no impact on the change in investor preference towards investment decisions. Statistical test results mean difference - Average Trading Volume Activity in the study period showed that there were no significant differences in the average Trading Volume Activity before and after the enactment of Regulation No. 1 of 2014. This condition showed no significant market reaction to the policy, so there was little decrease in the average - average trading volume of mining stocks after Regulation No. 1 of 2014 is enforcedKeywords: Abnormal return, Trading Volume activity, event study

Abstract

Research purposes is to know the influence of the competency, job stress and workload to the employee performance. Sampling using sampling saturated all the counselors on ‘Program Keluarga Harapan” in Manado City that is amounted to 46 respondents. A technique that is used to test hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis techniques (F-test for show simultant and t-test for show partial) The results of the study : F-test showed Competency, job stress and workload simultaneously influence significantly to the employee performance. t-test showed, 1) variable competency influence significantly to the employee performance, 2) variable job stress have negative significant on the performance employees, 3) variable workload influence significantly to the employee performance.Keywords: competency, job stress, workload, performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja organisasi menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Peneltian dilakukan di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan metode. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah 40 pelanggan untuk perspektif pelanggan dan 36 pegawai untuk masing-masing perspektif proses internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Data laporan keuangan juga digunakan untuk menganalisis perspektif keuangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Manado dari perspektif pelanggan perspektif, proses internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran tergolong baik dan dari perspektif keuangan cukup ekonomis dan masih perlu meningkatkan performa rasio efisiensinya. Kata Kunci: balanced scorecard, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, perspektif keuangans.

Abstract

Impulsive buying is a spontaneous and unplanned, emotionally stimulated buying behavior, where the buying decision made immediately without thinking wisely, having any consideration and ignoring overall information and alternatives. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of situational factors and store atmosphere on impulsive buying of housewives in Hypermart Manado Town Square through hedonic shopping motivation as intervening variable. The research showed that situational factor does not have significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation. Store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation. Situational factor have positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Store atmosphere does not have significant effect on impulsive buying and hedonic shopping motivation have positive and significant effect on impulsive buying of housewives in Hypermart Manado Town Square.
