Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the differences of impulse buying behavior between male and female based on affective process, cognitive process and categories of product purchased.. The result of independent sample t test analysis shows males are more dominant in irresistible urge to buy, disregard for the future, and product categories purchased (coats, electronics, hardware, computer software and sports memorabilia) while females are more dominant in positive buying emotion, mood management, cognitive deliberation, unplanned buying, overall affective and cognitive process, and product categories purchased (shirts/sweaters, pants/skirts, business wear, underwear, accessories, shoes, CD/DVD, entertainment, health and beauty, and magazines/books), there is no significant difference between male and female in affective and cognitive process components, overall affective and cognitive process, product categories purchased (shirts/sweaters, pants/skirts, business wear, underwear, accessories, shoes, CD/DVD, sports memorabilia, entertainment, health and beauty, and magazines/books), and there is significant difference between male and female in product categories purchased (coats, electronics, hardware, and computer software). Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effects of macroeconomics fundamental factors (Inflation, Interest Rate, Currency Rate, GDP) to the financial firm performance (Cash Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity) and firm value (Tobin’s Q value). Path analysis is applied to this research. The findings of this research is all of the variables represented macroeconomics fundamental factors ; Inflation (X1), Interest Rate (X2), Currency Rate (X3), GDP (X4) does not have significant effect to the firm performance and form value. Meanwhile, from the variables represented financial firm performance ; CR (Y1), ROE (Y2), DER (Y3) Return on Equity has a significant effect to the firm value (Y4) Keywords: Macroeconomics Fundamental Factors, Financial Firm Performance, Firm Value

Abstract

conventional manners of marketing systems that are considered inefficient and ineffective has been replaced by internet marketing which is easier to use, has a wider range of consumers, and provides better result. Social media has started to be used as a growing medium for the promotion of business activities because it has an attractive appearance. This study is conducted to see whether there are differences in effectiveness of sales before and after the usage of Talk Fusion online marketing videos in Manado. The analysis method in this study is comparative research by using paired samples t-test. This study uses 30 respondents who are obtained by using snowball and purposive sampling. The result of this study shows that there are significant differences in the effectiveness of sales before and after the usage of Talk Fusion online marketing videos in Manado. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the quality of services impact on brand image , the expansion of the brand impact on brand image , the quality of services of its effect on customer loyalty , the expansion of the brand impact on customer loyalty , and image brand impact on customer loyalty. The research results show that: The quality of services it has some positive effects and significantly to brand image , The expansion of the brand it has some positive effects and significantly to brand image, The quality of services it has some positive effects and significantly to customer loyalty,The expansion of the brand have had a positive impact but not significantly to customer loyalty, and  Brand image influential positive and significant against customer loyalty. Abstract

the theory that used in this research is human resources management theory, especially the aims of this research are  To know the influence of compensation, leadership style And job satisfaction towards the performance of the workers in the Regional Secretariat Of Manado City. The type of the research is associative research. The location of the research is the Regional Secretariat Of Manado City. The Population of this research is all employees in the Regional Secretariat Of Manado City in the amount of 201 with 127 decided as respondents. The data analaysis is using multiple linear regression. Conclusion compensation and job satisfication variable influence towards the performance of the workers. Abstract

Job Performance or achievements of the work is the work that is achieved by a person in performing duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. Sinode The Christian Evangelical Church In Minahasa(GMIM) office the service center GMIM as the place of the study authors,Where the organizational culture always be assessed in every turn of the head. Many collision on how leaders take a stand against employees or against the other leaders as well as how to serve leader. The results showed servant leadership,job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance while organizational culture is not a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

the purpose of this study, to investigate and analyze the positive influence and significance of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction and loyalty Taplus in PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Office. This research is associative and the selected object is PT BNI (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Office. Technical analysis of the data used is the assumption Assumption Classic with multicolinearity Test, and Test Normality Heterokesdatisitas with the help of software program SPSS version 22.0 for Windows. The results showed: there is a significant positive effect on the quality of products to customer satisfaction Taplus BNI KCU Manado but there is no significant positive effect on the quality of service to customer satisfaction Taplus BNI KCU Manado. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is significant and gives positive effect on customer loyalty Taplus BNI KCU Manado. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyzing the influence of marketing strategy and entrepreneur orientation to the marketing performance and the influence of marketing strategy to the marketing performance with the competition environment as moderator variable to the company of real estate developer in North Sulawesi. The population of this research is the 85 developers in North Sulawesi with the sampling that been used is saturated sampling. The analysis technique that been used is Moderator Regression Analysis. From the result of analysis showed that there is a significant influence between Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneur Orientation to the marketing performance while the competition environment not as the moderating variable that influence Marketing Strategy with marketing performance at the Real Estate Developer company in North Sulawesi Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Entrepreneur Orientation, Competition Environment, Marketing Performance

Abstract

The purpose of establishing a corporation is to prosper the owner or the shareholders of the company. That purpose can be achieved by increasing the value of the company. Company value is very essential, since company with high value means the prosperity of the shareholders are also increased. The aim of this research is to examine the growth of Sales Growth, Company Size, ROA, and Capital Structure to the Company Value on companies listed in LQ 45 Index. The data period of this research is from 2009 to 2013. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 20 companies were used as the sample for this research. Data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data analysis, it is found that Sales Growth has a positive insignificant effect on Company Value, Company Size affects negatively on Company Value, while ROA and Capital Structure have significant positive effects on Company Value. Keywords: Sales Growth, Company Size, Return on Asset, Capital Structure.
