Abstract

This research aims to test the partially influence, direction, and the significance of EPS against stock prices in the sector of consumer goods manufacturing company listed in IDX 2015-2018 Period. Financial information functions as a means of information, management accountability tool to the owner of the company, success indicators against the depiction of the company and as a material consideration in decision making. One of the indicators measuring share price i.e.: Earning Per Share. Earnings Per Share (EPS) to measure the company's ability to generate profits per shares. And the stock price is the closing price of the stock market during the period of observation for each type of stock. This research method is associative causal. Of the total population, conducted the withdrawal of samples as many as 29 companies with purposive sampling method, a sampling method that takes an object with certain criteria. Data analysis was done of simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the analysis of the coefficient of determination and test results showed t. EPS positive and significant effect against the price of the shares, with a value of the coefficient of determination (R 2) 0.435 and value 0.000 probability less than 0.05. Based on the results of test data analysis research, it can be seen that the level of variable earnings per shares or Earning Per Share (EPS) have a positive influence significantly to stock prices in the sector of consumer goods manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Price on consumers purchasing decisions in PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado. The population that used is all of the consumers’ of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado where the population size is unknown. The sample which is taken in this research is 96 respondents who had used Toyota Avanza and used the simple random sampling technique. The sample based on respondent level techniques and the data collection method with using questionnaire. The statistical analysis that used in this research in linear regression analysis with using SPSS 25 for windows. The result of this research demonstrate that the Brand Image and Price have a positive influence and have significant influence on purchasing decisions. The amounts of Brand Image and Price influence on purchasing decisions are 59,5% and 40,5% which are influenced by other variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the brand image and price variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for Clear brand shampoo, (2) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions up to Clear brand, and (3) the influence of celebrity endorse and brand image on Clear shampoo shampoo purchase decisions.This study uses a quantitative approach bycollecting data through survey methods. This study also uses a purposive sampling technique based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 people of the Wenang sub-district of Manado city. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Celebrity endorse has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of t count of 2.186 with a significance value of 0.031, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.340; (2) Brand image has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions, evidenced from the value of t count of 4.346 with a significance value of 0,000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749, and (3) Celebrity endorsers and brand images have a positive effect against purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of F count of 29,446 with a significance of 0,000. The adjusted R square value of 0.378 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 37.80%, and the remaining 62.20% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PDAM Tomohon City which has the purpose of this study to: 1) knowing the effect of motivation on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 2) knowing the influence of work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 3) knowing the motivation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees. Where employees are required to have knowledge and skills must also have experience of motivation and discipline as well as performance, but basically PDAM Tomohon City employees ignore motivation and discipline as well as existing performance. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative descriptive research. The sample used was 60 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaire and library methods. To examine the influence of motivation and discipline on performance by using multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The tools used in testing data instruments are validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test (normality test, multicellularity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results of this study show that motivation variables and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PDAM Tomohon city employees, while partially motivation has a significant effect on performance, and discipline does not affect the employee performance of PDAM Tomohon City.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to evaluate the health level of PT. BankNegara Indonesia, Tbk from 2015 until 2017 by applying CAMEL method (Capital Adequacy Ratio, Asset Quality, Management of Risk, Earning Ability, and Liquidity Sufficiency).The object of this research is the financial report of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk during three accounting periods form 2015 until 2017, which consists of balance, loss profit, capital, productive asset quality, earning ability, and liquidity reports. The results of the analysis show that capital, assets, management, earning, and liquidity of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk are in a good position. The result of the position are showed in the following statements. It can be seen from the following data: the Capital Adequacy Ratio in 2015 was 25,7%; in 2016 was 18,4%; in 2017 was 18,3%. Asset quality which is based on Return on Asset (ROA), in 2015 was 2.45%, in 2016 was 1.89%, and in 2017 was 1.94%. The Management of Risk based on Net Profit Marjin (NPM), in 2015 was 37,1%, in 2016 was 32,5%, and in 2017 was 35,7%. The Earning ability is also based on the operational cost ratio to the operational ability (BOPO), in 2015 was 50,5%, in 2016 was 192,89%, and in 2017 was 181,31%. The Liquidity is based on Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), in 2015 was 6.54%, in 2016 was 7.74%, in 2017 was 3.93%. Even though there are increases and decreases in the result of the calculated ratios of CAMEL Pt. Bank Negara Indonesian is at first rank.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the health of a bank, at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. by using the Rgec method. The Rgec method consists of several components, namely Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital. of these components also have indicators. which will later rank a bank which is ranked in what category, based on calculations through the company's financial statement data. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The data source used is secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that during the 2015-2017 period, (1) Bank BTN risk profile was in a healthy condition with NPL of 1,60%, 1,40% and 1,30% respectively, and LDR of 109,54%, 103,63%, and 104,19%. (2) GCG for the period 2015-2017 is 2 with healthy criteria. (3) Earnings in the 2015-2017 period are in a healthy condition with ROA of 1,47%, 1,55%, and 1,47%, NIM of 3,96%, 3,81%, and 3,57% , BOPO was 78,67%, 77,96% and 77,12%. (4) Capital is in a very healthy condition with a CAR value of 16,96%, 20,33% and 18,86%. (5) Rgec as a whole is in Composite Rating 1 which is very healthy with a value of 85,71%.

Abstract

The purpose of the results of this study was to find that there were eighteen samples of male sex and twelve samples of female sex. most work thirty-one years. From the test results it was found that the results of simple linear regression were 16.607. regression direction coefficient of 0.590 states that each addition of 1% value X, then the value of Y is 0.590. the regression direction coefficient is positive. and get a significant value (p-value) of 0.004. can be concluded that job satisfaction affects the performance of employees in the company CV. Manado Independent Global Diagram. Based on the results above, the significance value is 0.004. it can be concluded that the independent variable has significant influence on the dependent variable. The results of this study can answer the hypothesis that job satisfaction is influential on the performance of CV employees. Manado Global Self Chart.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction in the products of PT. Hasjrat Abadi branch Manado. This study uses interview data collection techniques and observations with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The focus of this study is customer satisfaction with the services of PT. Hasjrat Abadi branch of Manado measured from several aspects: 1) Consumer satisfaction in the process of car purchase administration, 2) Consumer satisfaction with the quality of products purchased, 3) Consumer satisfaction with response from officers regarding Consumer complaints regarding car disturbances or technical problems, 4) Customer satisfaction with handling problems or technical problems of the car. Results of the study indicate that administrative procedures at the time of product purchase are still lacking. Likewise with customer satisfaction with the quality of the vehicle during use. Many complained that some items from the car products purchased were still lacking. Or not according to what was promoted. Furthermore, some customers say that the company is less alert and responsive to complaints submitted by customers on technical matters of The the products purchased. The latter is also carried out that repair services for damage experienced in purchased car products are still not satisfactory. In the sense that the improvements carried out have not been maximized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work value on the performance of study employees in Millennial Bank Mandiri Area Manado employees. Values contain an element of judgment because they contain an individual's ideas about what is true, good or desirable. Work values are important for studying organizational behavior because work values are the basis for understanding attitudes and motivation and influencing our perception. Performance is the result or results achieved during a certain period in the tasks compared to, such as work standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been agreed upon in advance have been agreed upon. The relationship between work values and employee performance is closely related to employee empowerment in a company. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study stated that the Value variable in this study had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Study of millennial generation employees in Bank Mandiri Area Manado.PT. Bank Mandiri in Manado should increase and pay more attention to the value of work than employees within the company, especially to millennial generation employees, because giving due to paying attention to work values than millennial generation employees can improve employee performance within the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.
