Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource competencies to employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. Branch Office Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis showed that the competence of human resources have a significant effect on the performance of employees, as well as the regression coefficient of human resource competencies which meant that if the competence of human resources increased by one scale, the performance of employees will be increased by zero point nine one assuming factor other Factors unchanged. Thus, human resources competencies at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Manado make a positive contribution to the performance of the employee.Keywords: Competence, Human Resources, Employee Performance

Abstract. Erafone the IT Center realizes that in order to take a decision, then the promotion is important in influencing the decision-making product purchases. Promotional be a priority in terms of the introduction of a product to make the decision to purchase the product. Considerations for implementing sales promotion pursued by Erafone IT Center to attempt to introduce to consumers in the case relating to the product Smartphone Promotion is one of the factors determining the success of a marketing program. However berkualitasnya a product, if consumers have never heard of and do not believe that the product would be useful for him, then consumers would never buy it. , Purchase decision is an act of consumers to want to buy the product or not. Of the various factors that influence consumers to purchase a product or service, typically consumers always consider quality, price and product already known by the public The aim of this study was to determine the effect of promotion Smartphone Samsung Galaxy Consumer Buying Decision Against Erafone IT Center in Manado. Correlation test was to determine the effect of promotions on purchasing decisions by comparing the count value of the variable promotion Erafone (X) is greater than t table and show that t count is greater than t table so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between promotion of consumer decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study to determine how the health level of PT Bank BNI Syariah, Tbk based health assessment methods bank continues to grow, the latest method is a method RGEC. using RGEC in 2012-2014. The soundness of banks measured by financial ratios. These ratios include CAR, NPA, ROA, ROE, NIM, ROA, FDR, NPL, LR, IRR, DR, and facr.This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The subjects were financial statements of Bank Negara Indonesia Sharia. The objects used in this study are the financial statements of Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah 2012-2014.Data collection techniques in this research that is by downloading the financial statements of the official website of the State Bank Indonesia Sharia. The analysis technique used is the method RGEC to determine the soundness of a bank are classified into health ratings of banks.The results of this research note that for Rating Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah using RGEC shows predicate health of the bank in accordance with the standards set by Bank Indonesia, for the period of December 2012, December 2013, up to December 2014 the average Bank Negara Indonesia HEALTHY Sharia predicate, so that the performance of Bank Negara Indonesia Sharia should be maintained by preserving the soundness of banks. Bank Negara Indonesia Sharia can improve the ability of assets, capital management, as well as operating income, so the quality of bank profits can be maintained and even improved.

Abstract

Abstract .This study was conducted to determine the effect of Worklife Balance and Compensation for Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Area Manado.Based on the results of the study states that Worklife Balance employees get a fairly good value, employee satisfaction in achieving harmony between the responsibilities in private life, and the responsibilities of work is urgently needed so that employees can work better, Compensation of employees received value very good, with a proper compensation system can further optimize the performance of employees due to direct impact for employees, Worklife Balance and Compensation together influence Employee Performance by 55.2%, compensation more dominant.It can be concluded that the Worklife Balance and Compensation affects Employee Performance of PT PLN (Persero) Area Manado partially and simultaneously. Recommendations for Human Resource Management is to continue maintaining the system of compensation and attention to the intensity of management policies for employees in order to achieve balancing between work and private life so that Employee Performancewill increasing andCompany goals can be achieved.Keywords: Worklife Balance, Compensation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aimed "to determine the influence of the BI Rate to Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk". This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data by source and by the dimension of time using time series data (time series). In this study, the time series of data used is the data on a monthly basis in the period January 2013 s / d December 2015. The data collected were then analyzed by applying descriptive statistical analysis techniques and simple regression analysis and correlation of product moment.The results of the study were presented as follows: (1) that in the study period, the variable BI rate positive and significant impact on Return On Asset (ROA). (2) that the increase in ROA of 12.4% co-determined or influenced by the BI rate, while the remaining 87.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states "It is believed that the BI Rate effect on Return On Assets (ROA) PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk "validity can be tested empirically, as well as justify terori-the underlying theory.To optimize the reception ROA at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, required government policies, especially Bank Indonesia to control the value of BI-Rate effective and competitive so as to stimulate the real sector thus encouraging the proper functioning of banks as financial services, which in turn will increase the ROA of the bank itself.Keywords: BI-Rate, Return on Assets, Bank Mandiri.

Abstract. In Running an enterprise activity need to make an assessment (evaluation) of the implementation of programs that have been developed human resources in achieving overall corporate objectives to ensure that the functions of the human resources (HR) has been running and contributing to better achievement in the company's success. Therefore, companies require an audit to assess whether the management of the programs and activities of the HR function is in conformity with the effort in achieving corporate goals. This study aims to determine, describe and explain the Influence of Human Resource Audit on Employee Performance at PT. Sanggar Laut Manado. Variables examined in this study are the Human Resource Audit as Independent Variables and Employee Performance as a Dependent Variable. In this study involving all employees who are 40 employees as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from the questionnaires and interviews. For Audit Human Resources on Employee Performance, the author uses descriptive quantitative method, Spearman rank correlation, coefficient of determination analysis, and test results is done manually and using SPSS. Based on the statistical analysis of the results are as follows: Hypothesis Testing results indicate that the Human Resource Audit influence on employee performance. of these findings it can be concluded that the study results were declared "Human Resource Audit Significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

To assess whether or not the company's healthy performance lies in its financialperformance. To know the level of achievement or success of the company, then thenecessary financial indicators. These financial indicators can be obtained from financialstatements. The financial statements used are balance sheet and income statement. Tofind out how far the development of the company from year to year required ananalysis. The most important aspect in analyzing financial statements is profitability, asa measure of management effectiveness indicated by the profit generated from the saleof corporate investment. An analysis tool that can be used to measure the success rate ofa company in generating profit is to use profitability ratio analysis. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine the financial performance of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbkreviewed from profitability ratios. Sunyoto (2013) profitability ratio is the ability toprofit from its business. Financial performance analysis tool based on profitabilityratios used in this study is RETURN ON ASSET, RETURN ON EQUITY, MARGINPROFIT NET AND GROSS PROSIT MARGIN from 2012 – 2015. Based on the resultsof the analysis it has been seen that the average RETURN ON ASSET is 5%, below theindustry standard average of 20% and return on equity has a downward trend wherethe average RETURN ON EQUITY is 16 , 60% is still below the industry standardaverage of 30% and net profit margin is 18.15% is still below industry standard and theresult of Gross Profit Margin always increases , The average GROSS PROSITMARGIN showed poor results because only 1.48% was still below the industry averageof 20%. This research is expected to enrich the concept of knowledge about Profitabilityratio analysis. The results of this study are expected to provide meaningful informationto the management of the company regarding the position of Profitability of thecompany.Key Word : Ratio Profitability

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in Bank Prekreditan Rakyat (BPR)office of Prisma Dana Manado, which is in the management of archive that is not veryproductive using work time so that the work quickly accumulate and the limited of humanresources. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of archivalmanagement to the work efficiency of employees at PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. And theconstraints faced are the maintenance of records that there are still records stacked in thecabinet so that the archive becomes easily damaged and also difficult to recover when neededat all times. This can certainly hamper office work. Therefore, there is a need for good andorganized archive management so that it is easier for employees to reinvent the archivequickly. Arrangement arrangement is one of the aspects that must be applied at the office tosupport the achievement of the goal of increasing productivity and efficiency of office work. Inthis research, the method used is descriptive quantitative research method by spreadingquestionnaire 50 respondents who become sample in this research. The data were collected byquestionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. And our data analysis isdescriptive and inferential statistic, consisting of simple correlation coefficient and regressiondone by using program SPSS for windows version 24.0. The results showed that there is asignificant influence between archival management on work efficiency. From these results aredone and followed by analyzing the data obtained, then there is a significant influencebetween the influence of archival management on employee work efficiency at PT.BPRPrisma Dana Manado and this means the work hypothesis or alternative hypothesis accepted.this means there is a positive influence between the management of archives to the workefficiency of employees with a level of influence of 21.3%. for it suggested more increaseagain the existence of filing system and work efficiency.Keywords: Archives management, work efficiency.
