Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is one form of awareness of a company to the environment. Currently CSR aims to maximize profits but is also required to better accommodate the needs of the community and its stakeholders. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on assets, Return on equity, and Net profit margin on social responsibility at mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2016. This research uses multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that during the period 2015-2016 ROA has no significant effect on CSR with a significant value of 0.986, ROE has no significant effect on CSR with a significant value of 0.191, and NPM has no significant effect on CSR with a significant value of 0.205.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Rising incomes and business progress indirectly, affect the increased needs of the community and the funding source - the source of funds to meet their desires. One option to obtain funding is through financial institutions, namely Multifinance. One of the financial institutions that operate in the city of Manado and its surroundings are, PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk, which is able to provide funding to meet the needs of the community, which is also the subject of our research. The objective of this study was to determine the extent of non-performing loans and the level of credit risk faced by the company. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis using financial ratios namely, Non Performing Loan (NPL) to determine the level of credit risk. The details of the Non Performing Loan PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk Cabang Manado for the period 2013 to 2015 are as follows: 2013 NPL 0,0054%, 2014 NPL 0,0081%, 2015 NPL 0,0056%. From the details of the calculation of non-performing loan ratio in the period 2013 to 2015, namely: 0.0054% + 0.0081% + 0.0056% = 0.0191% Average - Average NPL = 0.0191 / 3 = 0.0063% Average level ratio - average NPL since the period 2013 - 2015 amounted to 0.0063% ratio is very good, because the level of credit risk is still low and is far from the level of Non Performing Loan tolerance set by Bank Indonesia, which amounted to 5%. This shows that the management of PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk, Branch Manado excellent in credit management. Keywords: Credit Fluent, Non Performing

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Given the number of malls and supermarkets (supermarket) which is located in the same area, then by itself would give birth to the fierce competition to seize visitors and buyers. Additionally the competition also came from some retailers in traditional markets and shops are scattered in the same area. Golden Supermarkets is one of the famous retail among some retail in the city of Manado. In the motion of daily operations, Golden Supermarkets as shopping centers provide a variety of different goods with different types, brands and sizes at varying price levels. Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Golden Supermarket Manado.Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Golden Supermarket. "Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service "The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method in accordance with the purpose of the research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Golden Supermarket Manado, especially in the service sector should be implemented properly. It can be concluded, responsiveness (Responsiveness) is a variable that shows the desire and willingness of employees Golden in providing services to consumers Golden. Abstract

We know that every company aims to survive and thrive. Goals can be achieved throughefforts to maintain and even increase profits. Profits can only be achieved if the companycan maintain and increase the sales volume of goods and services sold. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine the effect of lending rates to consumers. The interest rate is the priceof the use of money or loan services or can also be viewed as rent or use of certain termmoney. And the consumer is any user of goods / services available in the community eitherfor their own interests, family, or other living creatures. The type of research used in thisstudy is quantitative research. Based on the results of research on PT.Tridjaya MuliaSuccess when the money or the amount of money is greater than the amount of moneyneeded then the price of goods or services will tend to rise and vice versa. Abstract

In this era of globalization banking world is a service industry that is very important in supporting the financing of development, as an institution investment financing and working capital and as a lack of funds. Ones of the banking products that help support the success of the business world and to help the community is a credit facility, the credit provided by the bank is one of the largest productive activities that contribute revenue to banks. Although the placement of interest on credit has a big role in contributing income to the bank, but keep in mind that credit products have the highest level of risk, for that bank is very careful in doing credit expansion. Research object is PT. Bank North Sulawesi go and the purpose of research is to know the relationship of credit to the amount of income tax on PT. Bank SulutGo. The method of data analysis used is the method of correlation analysis, which is used to measure the closeness of a relationship between variables and to test the relationship between variables. Statistical results show that credit with income tax has a very close relationship. Abstract

Absrtact. This research has been conducted in order to collect information on the financial statements from 2014 until 2015 that the balance sheet and income statement at PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado in July 2016. This study uses the theoretical basis of the theory of financial management regarding profitability ratio analysis of the financial statements, analytical tools used in this study Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment and return on Equity. Based on the analysis shows that the Gross Profit Margin PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado decreased from 2014 to 2015, judging from the Net Profit Margin for three years beginning in 2014 until 2015 has decreased. Then Return on Equity and Return On Investment achieved during the year 2014 to 2015, the results showed the same percentage, which decreased in 2015. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of profitability in the financial statements. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado yet stable and efficient enough to run the company's daily operations.Based on the formulation of the problem of the study "How big is the analysis of the profitability ratios in the financial statements. Abstract

The existence of competition between automotive products between companies impact on the determination of competitive prices and affordable by consumers to encourage increased sales volume. Thus, this study aims "to determine the effect of price on car sales volume Xenia at PT. Astra Daihatsu Tbk Malalayang Branch of Manado City ". This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, then applied percentage analysis and for hypothesis testing applied simple linear regression analysis technique and product moment correlation The results of this study indicate that (1) the price level of Xenia cars varies according to the type and size / model of the vehicle, then each year increases the price by an average of 4.9%, while the sales volume decreases from year to year. The decline in the level of sales volume, in addition influenced by factors of price increases, is also caused by the replacement of vehicle type. (2). The result of hypothesis test shows that between price and sales volume have relationship relation and influence that its contribute and very significant, but negative linear pattern. Abstract

The background of this research indicates that the low organizationalcommitment of employees affects that the low performance of work, so theproblem studied in this research is: How big influence OrganizationalCommitment to Employee Work Achievement at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch ManadoEmployee commitment to the organizationshown by employee characteristics is (1) employees are more concerned withpersonal interests than the company's interest in completing the target work,where employees are more focused on personal issues. (2) less maximize thecontribution of his work as part of the organization as a whole in carrying outits duties and obligations; (3) lackof cooperation among employees in solvingthe problem. This shows that the low organizational commitment of employeesresulted in the likelihood of job performance at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch Manado, so the higher one's commitment to the taskthe higher the performance will be generated. In this research the method usedis quantitative method, by using correlation analysis approach and simple linearregression with data analysis technique used is Pearson Product MomentCorrelation Analysis (PPM). Based on the calculation of Pearson ProductMoment correlation, organizational commitment contributed 97.6% while theremaining 2.4% was a contribution from other variables. And there is asignificant influence between Organizational Commitment to EmployeePerformance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado.While the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis with the resultfhitung ≥ ftabel, or 2787.82 ≥ 2.05, thus reject Ho, which means a significanteffect. This means that Organizational Commitment has a significant andlinearly influence on Employee Work Performance at PT. PermodalanNasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. There is a significant influencebetween organizational commitment employees affect the performance of workat PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. It isrecommended to always pay attention to employee performance for theeffectiveness and efficiency of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero)Manado Branch, so as to maintain its reputation as one of the reliable and trustworthy capital business entities.Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.
