Abstract

The study titled Influence People, Physical Evidence and Process Against Consumer Satisfaction Hypermart Manado Town Square aims to determine the effect on the customer satisfaction, the influence of physical evidence to customer satisfaction, how to influence the process of consumer satisfaction, how Influence People, Physical Evidence and Process together on customer satisfaction, and where the most dominant variable from person, physical evidence, and prosess to customer satisfaction Hypermart Manado Town Square.            The results showed that the variable effect of 12.8 % on customer satisfaction, pyhysical evidence variable effect by 21.8 % on customer satisfaction, process variables influence of 27.3 % on customer satisfaction, the variables, physical evidence, and process together provide the effect of 35.6 % on customer satisfaction Hypermart Manado Town Square,  the result of partial test of the coefficient of determination is obtained that the process variable ( X3 ) that are the dominant influence. Manajemen must add him to the training of employees, give more attention in terms of direct physical can be enjoyed by consumer, and should pay more attention to the end of the service to consumers Hypermart Manado Town Square. Keywords : People, Physical Evidence, Process, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In carrying out an activity the company needs to conduct an evaluation (evaluation) on the implementation of human resource programs (HR) that has been developed in achieving the overall objectives of the company to ensure that the function of human resources (HR) has been running and contribute well in achievement success of the company. The purpose of this study are (1) To determine the effect of reward on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado; (2) To know the effect of giving punishment to employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado (3) To know the provision of rewards and punishment on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado. Benefits of this research are: (1) for the researcher is to add insight about systematics reward and punishment to employee loyalty; (2) for the library to add collections and reference materials to other researchers in the field of field works; (3) for the company that is able to provide good input for PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado to improve performance and loyalty and the wider community regarding appropriate rewards and punishments. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and test done manually and using SPSS application. Based on statistical analysis obtained results as follows: Hypothesis Test Results show that Reward and Punishment simultaneously affect the loyalty of employees of PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado, while punishment does not partially effect on employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Maintaining the company's survival in the midst of economic uncertainty and global competition is essential. Companies should conduct an analysis of its financial performance in order to still be able to monitor the state of the company to avoid losses even bankruptcy that threatens the survival of the company. This research aims to analyze the potential bankruptcy of the company by using Altman’s Z-Score method that specifically demonstrate the potential bankruptcy of the company where there are three circumstances, those are safe zone, grey zone, and distress zone. The samples are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2015 with sampling purposive technique. The result showed there are two companies in safe zone, one company in grey zone, 18 companies in distress zone, and 10 companies in different zone from year to year. It can be concluded, about 58% of a total sample are in distress zone, so the companies have to immediately find solution in order to prevent the bankruptcy, like do merger. Abstract

The background in this study is to make the merger as one of the techniques for a company to survive in today's tight competition and also so that a company can strengthen its capital structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there are differences in corporate financial performance before and after the merger based on financial ratios. Benefits in this study is as a source of corporate information on the financial performance of the company, so that later investors will be more appropriate in making investments.Company's financial performance is measured by using the financial statements consisting of income statement and balance sheet in the period 2012 to 2015, with data source namely secondary data obtained from Indonesia stock exchange in the period 2 years before the merger of 2012-2013 and 2 years after the merger 2014-2015. Comparison of financial ratio analysis is done by using several ratios, namely Profitability Ratio, Activity Ratio, Liquidity Ratio and Solvency Ratio. And also use data analysis techniques that is financial ratios.The results of the calculation of 8 financial ratios used, there are 6 financial ratios that decreased after the merger activities are Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, TurnOver Total Assets, Fixed Assets TurnOver, Debt Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio. And 2 financial ratios of Current Ratio and Cash Ratio increased after conducting merger activity. It can be concluded that this company experienced a lot of decline in financial performance when conducting merger activity. As one of the suggestions, the company should review the cooperation or penggabunngan this business because based on the analysis of financial ratios, when companies merger financial performance decreased while the company is still standing alone or single financial performance is very good.Keywords: Financial Ratios, Financial Performance and Merger

Thus the higher the Transformational Leadership of PT Bank Sulut GoKawangkowan Branch hence the higher Level of Employee Performance in the company.Statistically Proved that Transformational Leadership Positively influence on EmployeePerformance so that hypothesis accepted.From the results of this study indicates Transformational Leadership is neededsomeone to stimulate employee to work better and make employee as the most valuableasset in the company. Abstract

The purpose of this research to find determine wheter quality of service that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles influential throught of customer loyalty in Esther House of Beauty Manado.This type of research is quantitative research with descirptive approach. The population of this research in Esther House of Beauty Manado customers, with 60 respondents. The result of this simultaneous showed that the impact of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangibles takes controlled of customer loyalty in Esther House of Beauty Manado is 84,5%. Whereas, variable tangibles uninfluenced simultaneously throught loyalty in Esther House of Beauty. Whereas, the result of this research showed that the partial tangibles  has no influence though customer loyalty in Esther House of Beauty Manado. And the quality variable of service that mostly influence is responsiveness.

Abstract

Abstract. the primary variable in this study is a savings product ( X ) and customer loyalty ( Y ) . This study aims to the effect of Product savings fund to customer loyalty of Bank SulutGo Calaca as branch offices. The method used is descriptive quantitative method ,approach using the Spearman rank correlation, to test the significance of the relation between variables and to measure the level of influence that occurs in variable savings products and customer loyalty.Research suggests that the relationship between variable savings product with customer loyalty obtain positive results or categorized as very strong. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the spirit and discipline on employee productivity at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses multiple regression analysis, the independent variables morale (X1) and discipline (X2), and the dependent variable labor productivity (Y). The total sample of 65 respondents, and to test the hypothesis, F test and t test From the analysis of the data obtained the following regression equation: Y = 5.887 + 0.58 X1 + 0.508 X2 + 2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 0.354 provides that the actual research work productivity can be explained by two independent variables, that is spirit and working discipline at 35.4%. While the remaining 64.6% influenced by other variables not studied. The amount of F count = 18.568> F table = 3.145 with significant level p value = 0.00 <0.05 it can be concluded that Ho refused or Ha accepted which means the spirit and discipline of work affect the productivity of employees. To test t obtained spirit (X1), t = 3,708> t table = 2.042 and significance p value = 0.000> 0.05 it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, or spirit and discipline effect on employee productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfactionon organizational commitment in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk,Manado Area.This research is a quantitative research using simple regression analysisapproach. Data collection technique was done by distributing questionnairesfilled by 39 respondents. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significanteffect on organizational commitment of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk AreaManado. Based on the results of this study, companies should further increaseemployee satisfaction so that the organizational commitment of employees willalso increase.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Job Placement is an activity undertaken to decide whether or not an employee is placed in a certain position within a company. Employee performance is a very important thing in the business organization or individual to achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance of PT. FIFGROUP Cab. This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative associative and data collection is done by survey. Population in this research all work of PT. FIFGROUP Cab. Manado. While the sample using by Slovin in formula and obtained the number of 85 respondents, using simple linear regression test and correlation analysis with SPSS 23.0. Using simple linear correlation and linear regression analysis. The result of R value between the two variables is 0.282 means the relationship between job placement on employee performance is low. Then the value of R Square (coefficient determinant) 0.079. This shows that the employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Cab. Manado 7.9% is affected by job placement, while 92.1% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. One of the factors that make the job placement does not affect the employee's work performance is website, conditions and rules that have been determined by PT. FIFGROUP Cab Manado does not demand the same educational background as the existing job position or position. To further improve the performance of work then the job placement should be in accordance with existing educational background. Keywords: Job Placement, Employee Performances
