Abstract

ABSTRACT This research outlines the interests of Austria refusing to expel Russian diplomats from his country due to the Segrei Skripal poisoning incident. After Russia was suspected as the culprit behind the Sergei Skripal poisoning incident, Western countries condemned and expelled Russian diplomats from their respective countries. However, Austria as a member of the European Union became one of the countries that refused to follow that step. Austria's interest in not expelling Russian diplomats from its country is interesting to examine not only from the country's neutral position, but also the relationship between Austria and Russia. This study uses the Concept of Neutrality and National Interest Foreign Policy. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative data obtained by literature review. The researcher argues that neutrality is not only the reason for Austria's policy of rejecting Russian diplomats from its country, but the country's political and economic interests with Russia. Abstract

ABSTRACT Fulfillment of the food security in Indonesia has been pursued since the pre-reform era. One significant cause in meeting the desired level of food security in Indonesia is the population’s over-growth. WFP is an organization that was originally formed as a program that distributes food to disaster areas, but with increasingly dynamic and broad problems, WFP is also recognized by the United Nations and moves under the auspices of the General Assembly. The problems faced are also increasingly widespread in the field of food fulfillment.Since 2012, WFP changed its role in Indonesia from organizations that provide direct assistance to become a strategic partner for Indonesia. Where they act more as consultants who help Indonesia in finding sources of food problems. WFP itself is more concentrated in analyzing and assisting Indonesia in policies related to food security. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to explain why China opposes India’s membership in the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) by using explanatory qualitative methods. India's desire to become a member of the NSG is based on India's fulfillment of clean energy and gaining international legitimacy as nuclear weapons countries. The submission of India membership is supported by a majority of NSG members including four countries from the P5 Countries. Although, many countries supported the submission of Indian membership, China decided to oppose, which make China the only P5 Countries that blocks India's membership in the NSG. This research uses the Neorealism framework to answer the reasons behind China's refusal on India’s membership in the NSG. The research then found the answer that China's rejection was based on China's efforts to protect its survival from threats from other countries while simultaneously maintaining a strategic balance in the South Asian region.
