Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline and competence of the teachers performance in the organizational commitment mediated SMP at Pati District. Selection of respondents who performed with proportionale stratified random sampling of 179 people.Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 19th disipin results showed a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, competence and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, discipline and no significant positive effect on teacher performance, competencies influence positively and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment and no significant positive effect on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline Against Teacher Performance Moderated Principal Leadership Styles On Secondary Schools Teachers in District Trunk. In this study population of all teachers in the district of Batang junior civil servants, while the sample used as many as 149 respondents with a sampling technique. With the criteria of the respondents are civil servants Teachers in Secondary Schools Kecematan Batang, Batang. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is the validation and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) the principals leadership style has no effect on teacher performance, (iv) Style Principal leadership has no effect on work motivation against performance Teachers, (v) the principals leadership style had no effect on performance erhadap Work Discipline Master. Abstract

This study aims to analize the influence of commitment and competence on teacher performance  moderated by headmaster supervision. Testing instrument using validity and reliability,normality test,asumption test using heteroskedastisitas, are testing a model using the coefficient of determination and the F test (Goodness of Fit). The results of hypotheses testing obtained the results that competence of teacher positively and significance effect of the teacher performance,  organizational commitment unsignifiance effect of the teacher performance, headmaster supervision positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, headmaster supervision weakness then the influence competence on teacher performance and headmaster supervision don’t  influence on commitment with  teacher performance Keywords: competence, commitment, supervision, teacher performance.

Abstract

The success of teachers in performing their duties as well as an indicator of teacher performance can be known from student’s learning achievement. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of teachers discipline on job satisfaction in all Pemalang SMK, test and analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction of teachers in all Pemalang SMK, test and analyze the effect of teacher discipline on the performance in all Pemalang SMK, test and analyze the effect of motivation on teacher performance in all Pemalang SMK The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all Pemalang SMK teachers as many as 314 people. The sample was 176 people that were taken proportionally in each school. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable multiple linear regression analysis were used. Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that the discipline has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers in all Pemalang SMK. Motivation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers in all Pemalang SMK. Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance in all Pemalang SMK. Motivation has positive and significant impact on teacher in all Pemalang SMK. Satisfaction has positive and a significant effect on teacher performance in all Pemalang SMK. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect on performance of work discipline. Abstract

This study examined the Effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction (Case study in SMA Negeri in  Pemalang ). The specific objectives of the study is to examine how the the effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction (Case study in SMA Negeri in  Pemalang) . The purpose of this study is to explain and extend previous research on the Effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction. The population in this study were high school teachers in Pemalang. The samples of 116 teachers were determined using the Slovin formula and Proportional Random Sampling technique. In this study used primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research using questionnaire in a question form of high school teachers in Pemalang. This method research using computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The method of data analysis used linear regression to test an intervening. The results shows that competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Intrinsic motivation has not significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant impact on  performance of teachers. intrinsic motivation is not significant  on teachers performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant on teacher s performance . Keywords : competence, intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction and mediation .

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on teacher performance in moderation transformational leadership studies based on teacher fixed SMP sub-rayon 05 Kayen, Pati. The usefulness of this study to clarify and extend previous research on the influence of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on teacher performance remains SMP sub-rayon 05 Kayen, Pati with transformational leadership as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach that is supported by descriptive and qualitative analysis. The sample was the whole teachers remain SMP sub-rayon 05 Kayen, Pati totaling 151 people. Research using proportional random sampling technique to sample size using the formula of Slovin, by determining the proportion of the population that is used as a sample study. Techniques of data analysis starts from the test instrument, the classical assumption test, test models, test of goodness of fit, and hypothesis. The study of permanent teachers SMP sub-rayon 05 Kayen, Pati showed that: (1) self-efficacy significantly influence the performance of teachers, (2) organizational commitment does not significantly affect the performance of teachers, (3) significant influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance, (4) ineffective transformational leadership moderates the influence of self-efficacy on teacher performance, and (5) effective transformational leadership moderates the influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of writing is to analyze and describe the effect of competency and role ambiguity on  organizational commitment. In addition, to analyze and describe the influence of competence, role ambiguity and organizational commitment on performance of employees in South Pekalongan  districts. Recent result research can be conclude that : (1). Competence has no effect on organizational commitment (2), the ambiguity of role no effect on  organizational commitment (3). Competence significant positive effect on performance (4). Ambiguity of role significant negative effect on performance (5). Organizational commitment has no effect on performance, organizational commitment is thus not mediate the effect of competence and role ambiguity on performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of empowerment and competence against the performance mediated Motivation and Organizational Commitment in Batang Government. Population and sample of the study is Civil Servant at Bodies in the Trunk Regent Office. This study is a census of the number of respondents 127 people. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires as many as 127 pieces. Techniques of analysis in this study included a test instrument consisting of validity and reliability testing, further testing of the model with regression analysis, F test, Coefficient of Determination Test, then test hypotheses through Partial Test (t) and the Test of Mediation. The results of this study stated that: (1) Empowerment significant negative effect on motivation, (2) Empowerment positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (3) Competence positive and significant effect on motivation, (4) does not affect the competence of Organizational Commitment, (5) Empowerment and significant positive effect on performance, (6) Competence positive and significant effect on performance, (7) Motivation no effect on performance, (8) Organizational commitment has no effect on performance, and (9) The direct influence of empowerment and competence towards more effective performance than the Motivation and Commitment mediated by Organisional. Abstract

This study was investigated about the role of motivation  mediated influence competension  and Leadership  on performance. Specifically, this study to examine and analisys whether the role of motivation  mediated  influence competions and leadership  on performance. The contribution of this study is explain and explore the previous research about the influence copetensions  and leadership  on  performance. Dindikpora Office in Demak  as much as 120  people. The research data is the primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 16. The method of data analysis using Mediation Regression analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed motivasion  to weaken the effects of competensions  on  performance, and the motivasion  does not mediated  the effects of competension  on  performance. Competence positive effect on motivation, leadership, positive effect on motivation, competence positive effect on performance, leadership no positive effect on performance, motivation, positive effect on performance.
