Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect deposit LPPL (Local Public Broadcasting) Radio on Radio LPPL Regency/City in Central Java. Some researchers emphasize the effect of the regulation is a factor, the budget ceiling given by the budget, the number of HR employees and deposit targets mandated by the respective local government district/city. The population in this study was 32 ​​LPPL Radio districts/cities in Central Java. In addition, this study uses panel data time series for the past three years, starting in 2011, 2012 and 2013. This study uses multiple methods approach, the approaches are : Pooled Least Square (PLS), Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The model testing uses Chow Test and Hausman Test. The hypothesis testing, conducted through partial test based on t test. The results showed that model tends to use FEM. Based on that estimation model was found that only two variables that were significant namely regulation and deposit targets at 5% significance level. Beside that amaount of human resources was significant at 10% significance level. The rest that is the budget was insignificant. Keywords: Deposits of LPPL Radio, budgets, HR

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership , organizational commitment and motivation on performance in the mediation of job satisfaction and organizational communication ( the study at the Department of Agriculture and Forestry Rembang ) . The collection of data with a survey method of 96 respondents in the Department of Agriculture and Forestry District Apex. Selection of respondents were conducted by census method . Engineering test data used in this study include the validity test , reliability test , multiple regression analysis , model test , t test and test mediation to test and prove the research hypothesis . Based on the results of the analysis and discussion demonstrate that leadership and motivation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational communication and performance. While organizational commitment is not positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational communication and performance. The influence of leadership, organizational commitment and motivation more powerful directly on performance than mediation job satisfaction and organizational communication . Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze that OCB and job satisfaction mediated the effect of leadership and empowerment on the performance of staff at the Department of Agriculture and Forestry Rembang. Sampling was done by census method so that all employees used as a sample except department heads. Engineering test data used in this study include the validity and reliability, multiple regression analysis and significance test to validate the research hypothesis and test mediation. The results showed that; 1) leadership has significant positive effect on job satisfaction, 2) empowering positive has significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) OCB has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) leadership has significant positive effect on performance, 5) empowerment has positive and significant effect on performance, 6) OCB has positive and significant effect on performance, 7) job satisfaction has significant positive effect on performance,           8) job satisfaction mediated the effect of leadership on performance, 9) job satisfaction mediated the effect of empowerment on performance, 10) job satisfaction mediated the effect OCB on performance. Abstract

From this aims to ditermine the effect of professional kompetence (X1) to work kepuasan (Y1), Organizational commitment (X2) on job satisfaction (Y1), professional competence (X1) to kinerjaguru (Y2), organizational commitment (X2) on the performance teacher (Y2) and job satisfaction on teacher performance (Y2) are mediated by job satisfaction. The population in this study was a Junior High School teachers sekecamatan Kedungwuni Pekalongan in 2014, including a number of 100 respondents and population studies. The method of analysis used qualitative and quantitative methods. Quantitative analysis is performed using multiple regression testing and test hypotheses on the significance set at 5%. To analyze the models with SPSS 19.0. From the results of this study showed that no significant influence of professional competence, then it implies that job satisfaction does not mediate the professional competence of the teachers performance. The organizational commitment both directly and indirectly positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The results of this study can be used by subsequent researchers as reference material in the field of Science studies the like. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Influence Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfactionon to Teacher Performance in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan.In this study population of all primary school teachers in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan  civil servants, while the samples used as many as 141 people as respondents to the census technique. With a respondent criteria PNS Elementary Teacher in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan. the District Education Office.Measure mentsusing 5 Likert scale ( five ) alternative answers.Test instrumentsused are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determinationand F test ( goodnes of Fit ). Test this hypothesisusing regression analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized asfollows: (i) Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Motivation  positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Organizational Commitment positive and significant impact on teacher performance and (iv) Job Satisfaction has negative effect against Teacher’s Performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline Supervision on Teacher Performance Moderated Elementary Principal at one-District of Batang. In this study population of all primary school teachers in the District of Batang PNS, whereas the sample used was 126 persons as respondents to the census technique. With a respondent criteria PNS Elementary Teachers in the District Education Office Trunk Unit. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation no impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline has no effect on teacher performance, (iii) (ii) Supervising Principal has no effect on teacher performance, (iv)Supervising Principal does not moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance, and (v) Principal supervision Work Discipline does not moderate the influence of the Teacher Performance Keywords:  Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Supervising Principal, and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ competence and organizational commitment to the performance of primary school teachers that are moderated by transformational leadership. Sources of data are primary data collected directly trough questionnaires from respondents. Measurement of variables using five alternative answers of Likert scale. Based on research result can be summarized that teachers’ competence, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership variables have positive and significant influence towards teachers’ performance. The variable of transformational leadership is not moderating variable of teachers’ competence towards their performance and the variable of transformational leadership is not moderating variable of  organizational commitmet towards teachers’ performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the principal leadership in moderating the influence of motivation and job satisfaction of the teachers performance. Population and sample are teachers of elementary schools in the Kandeman district.The data were obtained by distributing 147 pieces questionnairs,but only 144 are processed because 3 questionnairs were not returned by the respondents.Statistical testing  data include:: validity test with factor analysis techniques, normality test, hyterokesdastisitas test, reliability test using Cronbachs alpha formula, determination test,  F test, statistical t test and effect moderation test.The results of this study states that: (1) motivation has significant effect on teacher performance (2) job satisfaction has significant effect on teacher performance (3) Principals Leadership has significant role, in moderating the motivation on the teacher performance and (4) the principal leadership has significant role, in moderating the job satisfaction effect on the teacher performance.
