For optical lens manufacturing the development of product and service quality is a key thing in answering challenges in the business competition it is developing. To achieve this determine the Key Performance Indicator (KPI), the Rejected Rate and On-Time Delivery (OTD) to measure the extent of the performance that has been achieved and how to develop it, shape the work culture of Kaizen which commits to continuous improvement and value chain analysis largely determine the process of developing production and service quality. The Kaizen culture and value chain applied in achieving the KPI target in this study succeeded in reducing the KPI Rejected Rate by 0. 46% and raise OTD by 2. 22%. The method used in this study uses a review of literature studies, observations, and direct interviews of the plant manager of one of the largest optical lenses manufacturers in Indonesia using data comparisons in 2018 and 2020

Abstract

                                                  AbstrakDari hasil analisis Strategi Pengarusutamaan Gender Sebagai Upaya Untuk Mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Millenium Di Kabupaten Banjarnegara diperoleh hasil bahwa di Kabupaten Banjarnegara masih terjadi ketimpangan gender, karena masih terjadi selisih antara capaian nilai Indek Pembangunan Manusia IPM dan IPG pada tahun 2009 = 10,74. Padahal salah satu tujuan pembangunan millenium adalah mendorong kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banjarnegara melakukan peningkatan akses perempuan dalam berbagai pengelolaan sumber daya pembangunan; manfaat kegiatan pembangunan bagi perempuan sebagai pemanfaat dan penerima hasil berbagai program pembangunan; kontrol perempuan terhadap pemanfaatan berbagai sumber daya dan fasilitas/prasarana yang tersedia; dan partisipasi perempuan dalam kegiatan pembangunan, khususnya dari segi tingkat keikutsertaan perempuan dan laki-laki dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Strategi peningkatan akses, manfaat, kontrol serta partisipasi perempuan dalam pembangunan dituangkan dalam penyusunan perencanaan  berperspektif keadilan dan kesetaraan gender.Kata kunci : Akses, Manfaat, Kontrol dan Partisipasi                                                     AbstractFrom the analysis of Gender Mainstreaming Strategy For Efforts To Achieve The Millennium Development Goals that the results obtained Festival Festival in gender inequality is still there, still there is difference between the achievements of the Human Development Index, HDI and GDI in 2009 = 10.74. In fact one of the millennium development goal is to encourage gender equality and empowerment of women. To achieve these objectives Festival Local Government to increase women's access to a variety of resource management development; the benefits of development activities for women as a result of a variety of users and beneficiaries of development programs;control women on the utilization of various  resources and facilities / infrastructure available, and the participation of women in development activities, particularly in terms of level of participation of women and men in decision-making process. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence regional economic growth. The analysis technique used is to combine time series data and cross-section (pooling data). Time-series data from 2015 - 2017 and cross section data consisting of 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results of the model test using the redundant fixed effect test and random effect-Hausman test show that the best model is the fixed effect model (FEM). Regression results show that only the HDI (Human Development Index) variable is not significant, the other variables (fiscal decentralization, capital, and labor) have a significant positive effect on regional economic growth.

Abstract

Abstrak             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagament dan Modal Sosial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan  Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB)sebagi mediasi, studi kasus pada kantor pusat Bank Jateng. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai kantor pusat Bank Jateng sebanyak 293 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 orang, yang diambil dengan metode Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian adalah daftar pertanyaan  atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkaa, bahwa : (1) Employee of engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (2) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (3) Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan (4) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement and Social Capital on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), a  Case Study of Head Office Bank Jateng. The population in this study was  employees  of Head Office of Bank Jateng  as many as 293 employees. The samples of this research are 130 employees using which carried out with Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling method. The tools used to obtain data related to this study is a list of question or questionnaires. Measurements of the results showed that (1) Employee engagement had significant and positive effect on OCB, (2) Social Capital had significant  and positive effect on OCB, (3) Employee engagement had significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, (4) Social Capital had significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, (5) OCB had significant and positive effect on Employee Performance.Keywords : Employee Engagement, Social Capital, OCB, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK           Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas kinerja Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat di wilayah Kabupaten Karanganyar. PKBM merupakan salah satu satuan pendidikan nonformal, yang didirikan dan dikelola oleh masyarakat sendiri dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta bakatnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, termasuk dalam meningkatkan pendapatannya. Tidak jarang PKBM menghadapi persoalan dan kendala dalam meningkatkan fungsi dan kinerjanya, terutama dalam menyelenggarakan program pendidikan yang berbasis pada masyarakat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 PKBM. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilakukan dalam setting tertentu yang ada dalam kehidupan riil (alamiah) dengan maksud menginvestigasi dan memahami fenomena yang terjadi, peristiwa, sikap, pemikiran, individu atau kelompok. Kata Kunci: PKBM, kinerja, pendidikan berbasis masyarakat, kualitas hidup. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine level of performance effectiveness of Community Learning Center (CLC) in conducting community based education in Karanganyar District. CLC is one of the non formal education units, established and managed by the community itself with the aim of improving knowledge and skills, as well as his talent so as to improve the quality of his life, including in increasing its income. Not infrequently CLC has problems and constraints in improving its function and performance, especially in organizing education programs based on the community. The sample in this research is 25 CLC. The sampling technique is done by total sampling method. In this research using qualitative approach, which is done in certain settings that exist in real life (natural) with the intent to investigate and understand the phenomenon that occurs, events, attitudes, thoughts, individuals or groups. Keywords:  community learning center, performance, community based education, quality of life

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze, to know the advantages and disadvantages of cash collection system in private hospitals in Semarang based on accounting information systems are still running during this time, then reengineered to improve cash collection cycle. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation.Based on the research, known system of patient care Private Hospital in Semarang, which runs up to now too long because the patient is required to repeatedly (and back) to the Administration outpatients, after the patient completed through the process of health care, and this has resulted in process accounting become too long.Accounting information systems, especially in cash collection in the Private Hospital in Semarang, which is too long results in delays in the process of making financial reports to the Board of Directors. To improve cash collection cycle that has been running for this by making a cash collection system design is shorter in pemprosesannya, namely the patient's payment is made after completing all types of health care in the outpatient clinic at the outpatient administration of the Settlement and a statement made by the Administration patients outpatient care.Design of computerized cash collection system using the method of real time to all processes at the transaction of patients at the Polyclinic and the batch method used in the accounting for all patient care data from the Administration outpatients in the process the next day as a step supervision.The result is expected to be used as a guide in improving the cash collection system that runs so far in the Private Hospital in Semarang Keywords: System, Accounting Information, Cash Collections, Real time and Batch.

Abstract

Financial liberalization has significant role in fostering economic growth in the developing countries. However, it also cause a risk for the emerging countries when the advanced countries make an interest rate adjustment. This paper try to examine the economic adjustment both on emerging countries and advanced countries in response to the shift of risk perception in emerging countries. This study will simulate the shock of risk perception in emerging countries by using intertemporal general equilibrium economic model that are called G-Cubed Model. The simulation result from the model indicates that international financial flow has a significant role in explaining the spill over effect of the lost confidence in emerging countries. In the short run, there is a significant drop in consumption and private investment in emerging countries. In the long run output of the emerging countries is expected steady below the baseline. On the other hand, in advanced countries, there is a significant increase in private consumption and investment in the short run. Moreover, it is expected that lower interest rate stimulates the investment in the future in advanced countries.Keywords: G-Cubed, emerging, simulation, risk, financial flowLiberalisasi keuangan memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara-negara berkembang. Namun, liberalisasi keuangan juga akan menimbulkan risiko bagi negara-negara berkembang ketika negara-negara maju melakukan penyesuaian suku bunga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dampak dari pergeseran persepsi risiko baik bagi negara-negara berkembang maupun negara-negara maju. Studi ini akan mensimulasikan pergeseran persepsi risiko di negara-negara berkembang dengan menggunakan model ekonomi keseimbangan umum antarwaktu yang disebut Model G-Cubed. Hasil simulasi dari model menunjukkan bahwa aliran keuangan internasional memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menjelaskan efek tumpahan dari hilangnya kepercayaan di negara-negara berkembang. Dalam jangka pendek, ada penurunan konsumsi dan investasi swasta yang signifikan di negara-negara berkembang. Dalam jangka panjang, output dari negara-negara berkembang diperkirakan stabil di bawah baseline. Di sisi lain, di negara maju, ada peningkatan konsumsi dan investasi swasta yang signifikan dalam jangka pendek. Selain itu, diharapkan suku bunga yang lebih rendah merangsang investasi di masa depan di negara-negara maju.Kata Kunci: G-Cubed, negara emerging, simulasi, risiko, arus keuangan

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antrian dan informasi kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, populasi branch.The Semarang dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jalan tol pengguna jasa PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, cabang Semarang yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Jadi jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling.Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi berganda, asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determination.Based hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kepada kepuasan pelanggan,hal ini terbukti dari persamaan garis regresi Y = 5,908 + 0,317 X1 + 0,500 X2 + e, dengan koefisien regresi b1 = 0,317 dan hipotesis ini didukung oleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa t (5.260)> t tabel (1,984) pada α = 0,05, berarti antrian baik maka meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Ada dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di antara informasi, hal ini terbukti dari persamaan garis regresi Y = 5,908 + 0,317 X1 + 0,500 X2 + e, dengan koefisien regresi b2 = 0, 500 dan mendukung hipotesis bahwa hasil menunjukkan bahwa t (6,392)> t tabel (1,984) pada α = 0,05, yang berarti bahwainformasi semakin baik meningkatkan kepuasan pelangganKata kunci : Antrian, Informasi, Kepuasan PelangganAbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of queuing and customer satisfaction information on PT. So the numberof samples that will be used in this research is 100 respondents. Sampling techniques performed in this study is random sampling. Tools of data analysis used in this study is to test the validity, reliability testing, multiple regression, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination.Based on the results of this study concluded; There is a positive and significant effect between satisfaction to customer satisfaction, it is evident from the regression line equation Y = 5.908 + 0.317 X1 + 0.500 X2 + e, with a regression coefficient b1 = 0.317 and the hypothesis is supported by theresults showing that t (5,260)> t table (1.984) at α = 0.05, mean better queue then increasing customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction among information, it is evident from the regression line equation Y = 5.908 + 0.317 X1 + 0.500 X2 + e, with a regression coefficient b2 = 0, 500 and supported the hypothesis that the results indicate that the t (6.392 )> t table (1.984) at α = 0.05, meaning that the more information the better increase customer satisfactionKeywords : Queue, Information, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh EPS, DPR, struktur modal, profitabilitas, inflasi, suku bunga dan kurs terhadap return saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI 2010 - 2012. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh data keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2010-2012.Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling.Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 81 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2010-2012. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari ICMD. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkanhasil perhitungan uji t yang telah dilakukan, earning per share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, Dividend per Share berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham, inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap return saham, suku bunga berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham. Kata kunci: EPS, DPR, struktur modal, profitabilitas, inflasi, suku bunga, kurs, return saham. Abstract The aim of this study is to empirically examine the influence of EPS, the House of Representatives, capital structure, profitability, inflation, interest rates and the exchange rate to return stock companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2012. The population of this study are all financial data companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study were 81 companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012. The data used are secondary data from ICMD. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. Based on the results of the t test calculations have been done, earnings per share (EPS) has no effect on stock return, Dividend per Share positive effect on stock return, capital structure does not affect the stock return, profitability positive effect on stock return, inflation negatively affect return shares, interest rates positive effect on stock return and exchange positive effect on stock return.  Keywords: EPS, DPR, capital structure, profitability, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, stock return.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT               The success of entrepreneurship is influenced by many aspects, especially aspects of personality and humanial capital, which in this study manifested in the variable need for achievement, locus of control, knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial experience.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of need for achievement, locus of control, knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial experience to the success of young entrepreneurs.               Respondents are young entrepreneurs in Semarang some 100 people, selected by purposive sampling. Analysis of data using test validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), Test kindness model (the F test and the coefficient of determination) and hypothesis test (t test).               The results showed that the need for achievement, locus of control, knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial experience positive and significant impact on the success of young entrepreneurs. Keywords: personality aspects, capital  humanial, successful young entrepreneurs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of participation and willingness to pay the community in rural infrastructure development. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis in analyzing the participation rate and the Contingent Valuation Method in analyzing the willingness to pay the community. The Data used are primary and secondary data. Primary Data sourced from questionnaire result 92 respondents. Secondary Data is sourced from Pidodo Wetan Village Office. The results Showed that the level of community participation in the construction of infrastructure Pidodo Wetan village is in the high category. Form of participation is most Widely given the power and material / food. Furthermore, the average value of willingness to pay the community of Rp.10,500 with the total value of willingness to pay of Rp.13,728,000. Family income affects the value of the willingness to pay of the community, whereas gender, age, and education have no effect on the bid willingness to pay of the community.
